This Starbucks (with a drive thru)is absolutely amazing. Kate the cashier that helped me is absolutely divine, making the atmosphere completely welcoming and enjoyable. I also made a mistake with my order and they understood, fixing with no complaints and made it free of charge even though it was my mistake. PLUS the AMAZING wireless phone charging stations. I went here today the line was extremely long. But they were so quick. I was There for no longer than 15 mins. Right now it's super hectic due to the whole virus thing. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink and Tyler happily took care of it for me. He's great!! His attitude was like no other. So happy and carefree. Just left the drive thru and we ordered a Venti and Grande Mango dragon fruit. Yes it's the hottest drink out right now and more of the time it's sold out and luckily this store didn't. Once at the window she handed us a grande coffee and gave it back told her it wasn't our order. Then she hands us a clear drink that looks like watered down lemonade and I tell her oh wrong one again the mango dragon and she just hands them to us and says it is it just minus the fruit we ran out of the fruit but it's the same drink. Didn't want to be make the line longer or be the annoying person that makes everyone behind us wait so we took it and left. To say the least it taste like crap and it's disappointing that she didn't mention it when we ordered! Not happy from our order there today. read more

Super fast and super friendly. This great staff got me a traveler rolling in 5 minutes. Very clean and lots of space to stretch out and do what needs doing. If you are traveling I-15 through Temecula and not sure where to stop, this is your place. Fantastic customer service! read more

Very poorly treated by a gentleman called Jonathan clearly he was on his period I never would leave a review like this I'm not a rude mouth person but had a bug up his butt making us repeat over and over and telling us to hold on rolling his eyes and when clearly we bought some goodies to take he didn't offer a bag and when my husband asked for one he threw it on the counter he does NOT like females because after I moved away from the counter two females were ready to make their orders and were also treated rudely. My husband asked for the manager she was very apologetic. This Starbucks is huge and has a lot of room it's nice and clean they should just change the crew. I give it a 2 stars because it is very roomy and well cleaned. I would like to go there again it also has a drive thru next time I will very much avoid JONATHAN with a young Duran Duran look and hair cut. They have a weak management and very poor customer service the staff not dressed properly they look like they need some higiene care. read more

This Starbucks is great! I've been coming here since March to do my school work and have always gotten fantastic customer service. The staff is one of the main reasons I have stayed loyal to this location for my studies as they are hella nice and I love all of them! :) I am going away to college in January and I am honestly sad to say goodbye to them. My drink is always made well with rarely any mistakes. (To be fair I always get the same thing tho XD) The building itself is good sized with comfy couches as well as tables and chairs. It's a very good location and I highly recommend it! read more

My coffee was fine (to be truthful it wasn't full to the top but that isn't a huge deal). The biggest deal is that it is freezing in there :( I asked the employees if they could cut the air off a bit and they cannot. One employee said it's a common everyday complaint by customers. You could tell he felt bad for us customers. Really nice service but I won't be coming here again. I need to study for a couple hours at a time and there's no way I could with all the vents blasting freezing cold air. Sounds like this is a bother to many customers. read more

Good location, but so incredibly slow. Three incidents in the last WEEK! All incidents are through the drive thru. First one was after I paid, the guy asked if I needed anything more....I answered, "my coffee?".....um they forgot to make it. Then the next day I ordered my Vanilla Latte....drove away to discover there wasn't any vanilla in it. The next day, I ordered my Vanilla Latte to only discover it was Hazelnut....I have a SERIOUS nut allergy! I will not be back. read more

We ordered cappuccino's. They were worst I have ever had. I could barely taste coffee. They were more of a coffee flavored milk than a coffee drink. Service was slow. It is a big store and a great location. That is the only reason to give this Starbucks any stars. read more

06/12/2016 This morning (@ 7:58am )was weird...drove thru and ordered my drink and when I went to pay, the lady asked if I had any rewards and I let her know that I did but I didn't want to use it...she gave me a look and scanned my phone turned and started talking to her other co-workers, i mean no "thank you, have a good morning ", nothing just turned treated me like I was whatever. Incredible rude. Wow. She was super nice to the cars ahead of me but for some reason I didn't get the same treatment. Thanks for hurting my feelings so early on a Sunday morning Starbucks. This is a new location beautiful inside, and friendly service but worst starbucks coffee I've had! I threw away half the drink. I ordered the pumpkin spice .....way too much syrup. And there were no sandwiches or salad in stock all out. Spill on floor, ( leaky sandwich case) and dirty suger/ creamer counter. Maybe they're too busy to keep up with demand or still getting the hang of things ( being new). This was my first visit here--but ill try it again simply due to convenience of location. read more

Line in drive thru was empty and yet my drink was made horribly. The frap was super icy, I thought I was chewing on java chips but it was actually ice. I never really complain about my drinks to the baristas, but save yourself the time and go somewhere else! Every time I've gone here, the drinks were not good. I recommend going on the freeway and exiting Murrieta Hot Springs instead for a better drink. read more

There's not much one can say about a Starbucks. Only a few things that can differentiate one from another. I took away stars from this Starbucks for a few reasons. 1st. it is very difficult to get to. Coming from the freeway you can't make a left turn into the lot, you can't make a u-turn at the light either. So you have to drive .5 a mile away just to turn around. -2 stars. Then once inside, although very large, there is insufficient comfortable seating. I will choose another Starbucks next time. read more

Yep, I can see why this location has poor reviews. Space cadet millennials; I brought my own cup through the drive thru, told them I would provide the cup at the window, they had to ask twice how big the cup was with long thoughtful pauses in between (Apparently 16 oz does not compute because that measurement doesn't conform to the Starbucks unit of measure i.e. Grande). When I do provide the cup my coffee was poor out of the paper up I intended not to WASTE & poured into my cup. When I asked for a 'splash' of half n half I watched 3oz whole milk get poured into my cup! ARG! read more

Horrible Service; this is the worse starbucks in the area. Do not use the drive thru, it takes forever even if they have to cars. Too many people work in this store, but the process to prepare the drinks is broken. Needs a new manager. Also manager seems racist. I heard this lady talking very bad to a Latino employee because was talking in Spanish. I spend more than $100 per month in starbucks products. I frequent this location and have never had an issue. The staff is always friendly and I enjoy their customer service. My drink was correct and my bagel was actually toasted not just warmed up like at some other locations. This morning Hayden greeted my daughter and me at the window and literally made our morning. He was truly engaged in a conversation with us, that he sparked up. I was taken aback by the encounter and appreciate people like him. I'm happy Starbucks employs him but he's the one I'm giving credit to for the service. He's the one with the personality that made our morning brighter. This location is terrible. Consistently wrong orders, that are correct on the label but so terribly wrong in the actual drink. Consistently long drive thru times. If you go in, there are all kinds of random people asking for money, long lines but at least you aren't sitting idling in your car for 30 minutes. The only thing that makes me come back here is that it is right before I get on the highway. But I'm not coming back now that a better location opened up on Jefferson. I'd rather go out of my way than continue to get poor service and wrong items from this location. Womp read more

My Mom came to this location yesterday with a couple friends who were visiting from other countries and cities for a reunion. Been an avid Starbucks customer for years and as GOLD card members, you best know WE know our Starbucks drinks! She ordered a Venti Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher, which is her favorite. After visiting with her friends she came home and asked me if maybe they changed how it was made. I told her that I didn't think so, and why would Starbucks just change it out of the blue. She showed me her drink and it was as clear as water! It tastes like it but NO color, NO berries...CLEAR as water. I asked her if she refilled it with water, and she said no, that was the drink itself. Mind you, many a times have we refrigerated our drinks and even if the ice melted it never looked like that! I asked her why she didn't have it changed in the store and she said they were on the way out and didn't want the rest of her party to have to wait, so she just took it. I'm wondering if the barista even took a look at the drink and knew that something looked wrong and just didn't care to change it! If they can't even make a simple refresher, how are they supposed to make a more complicated beverage? Very disappointed!! First and last time visiting this location!!! I've read so many other negative reviews from this location. Their baristas definitely need more training!! read more

Never had any problems with this Starbucks. They do get busy at certain times. Great location before hitting the I-15. Bigger than most other Starbucks that I've been to. Staff is very friendly. Best of all its right down the street from where I live and a quick stop in the early mornings before going to work. read more

This Starbucks opened maybe 2 years ago, I think, and it's a great remodel of the space which was a Carl's Jr. Very spacious so there's lots of room to spread out with a group or just get comfy on an armchair. Plugs throughout for keeping your comp charged. read more
