I wanted to try something new when I visited one this day. I was craving an iced cream chai variant.... I saw that they had a new chai drink called the Iced mango cream chai. I ordered that one. It was very underwhelming. I do enjoy mangoes, but I did not like the mango flavor in a chai latte drink lol It just seemed odd.... Not something I would order again. Service was fine. We were searching for some new cabinets for our kitchen at ASKS CABINETS and this Starbucks was in the same plaza so we SWUNG BY! I usually order the Matcha Frappuccino but, today I wanted to try something DIFFERENT!! DRAGON DRINK: 9/10 It was very refreshing! Not too sweet and really quenched my thirst in a hot day!! I highly recommend this drink because it really QUENCHES your thirst and DOES NOT make you more thirsty!!! CARAMEL STRATO: 8/10 It reminded me of the Mocha Frappuccino at McDonald's but, not as sweet. Hubby's order and I took one sip and it was like a dessert drink so I immediately went back to drinking my DRAGON DRINK!!! AMBIANCE: 10/10 It was a very quiet Starbucks. Drink and service were good. However, I went there to get some work done, and made the decision based on the hours listed on Starbucks' web site. At 8pm, 20 minutes after I had arrived, someone came over and advised that they were closing the lobby. Posted hours show a 9:30 closing time, but according to the barista, this apparently only applies to the drive thru. If lobby hours are going to be different than what is posted, this should be made clear. Waste of time to get set up and barely into my work, and then told they were closing. I am not sure why they couldn't let me know that when I first arrived either, knowing that it was only 20 minutes from when they planned to close. I will be contacting corporate as well to let them know that this store is not adhering to posted hours. read more

I usually come here because the line is pretty short majority of the time, BUT I've been getting bad batches of drinks for the last three months now. Maybe it's new staffing? I don't know. I stopped by this morning since I'm in the area. The drinks I ordered just tasted like warm milk. I decided to stir some of them in hopes that's all it needed. Nope. It was all milk! Do better guys. Friendliest Starbucks of all. Traveling and here for a few days. 3x in 3 days and they are always cheerful in their greeting and service. The vanilla sweet cream cold brew at any Starbucks is inconsistent in the formulation and this was no exception but the two times it was a little light on cream they fixed it without hesitation. read more

Stopped by for an afternoon pick me up while waiting for my pups to get pampered at the spa next door. It's usually the only time we frequent this location. Service is always quick and friendly, Cora and company answered all my questions patiently about merchandise and their upcoming shipments. Only issues I had was when I checked my receipt, the tall blended strawberry lemonade that I always get was a bit pricier. I always pay $3.45 at any location in Murrieta. Wouldn't recommend the coconut like bar, it was small and oddly came in a plastic package like it came from a box at the store. They also didn't have my favorite spinach feta egg white wrap :( read more

I swing by this Starbucks almost every morning bc it's close to work, located off Jefferson, south of Winchester. This is the 2nd time they've run out of an item. 2 weeks ago they ran out of the spinach feta wrap. Today they ran out of the Impossible breakfast sandwich. What's next? What made me want to Yelp about this Starbucks was this though... I asked if they had any other sandwich without meat. The lady at the drive thru said "No but you can order any sandwich and we can take the meat off for you" so I was thinking ok cool, they just won't put meat. But to clarify, I asked them if the meat touches the sandwich or do they put the sandwich together. She said it touches the sandwich since all their sandwiches are pre-made and they heat it up in the oven. I didn't even care that the sandwiches are pre-made. It's the fact that she offered me a sandwich that would previously have meat and they'd just remove the meat, but bottom line touched meat!! Period!! I just said no thanks, and was thinking wtf in my head. I just thought that was weird and gross. But, whatever.... here's a tip.... if a customer asks for a meatless sandwich if you don't have one, just say no. Don't offer to remove the meat from the sandwich bc that defeats the purpose!! I'm not a vegetarian anymore but I don't eat pork and every so often I'll want meatless food. read more

This Starbucks location is now one of my favorites. I pulled into the parking lot from the west end of the center. Driving in, I passed a shirtless gentleman chainsawing a stump of wood into a tiki. While I enjoyed my coffee at a high-top table, the gentleman came in (now wearing a shirt) and first used the restroom before emerging and approaching the counter. "Hi! How can I help you?" "Do have pliers?" "Pliers?" "Yeah. Pliers. I have to fix my chainsaw." "You have a... chainsaw??" "Yeah outside. I was working on a statue and it broke so I need pliers and tools to fix it." "Ummm... like when things break here... like other people come and they have tools of their own so..." "No problem I just have to get my other chainsaw when I come back tomorrow." ::leaves the store:: I may return tomorrow for part two, but it is a little out of my way so idk. Some people might have scored this store lower on account of not having pliers but not me. read more

VERY POOR service!!! No one wanted to answer a simple question.. On 9/09/23 at 2:50... I hope the district manager sees this and reaches out to me. If the employees don't want to help customers maybe they shouldn't be working... I came thru the drive through and asked if they had a specific cup and they said you would have to get down and look at the cups. I figured wow they must be busy. Well they had maybe 3 people sitting inside and all the employees where just standing around staring at the wall of cups... my god have you not heard of going above and beyond... read more

Been here twice over my usual spot and both times they messed up this time it was over a cake pop going through the drive-through I got only one bag usually the cake pop comes separate from the hot food in it's separate bag so I question the person in the drive-through and they assured with me that it was in the bag so I continue to pull out check in the bag after realizing it wasn't in the bag walked back in and ask them to show me where in the bag was the cake pop then that's when he realized that it was sitting on the counter and never handed to me read more

It's super disappointing to see how low this location has gone. Everytime I've come into this location, they have people sleeping inside the store, hanging outside the location harassing customers. I'm in shock that Starbucks allows this type of behaviors in their location. As I'm sitting here there are 2 people outside harrasing customers and one person sleeping inside. What happend to standards?? Charging $4.75 for a medicine coffee, to sit in an environment like this is unfortunate. read more

Came here to kill time now that you can sit outdoors. It was busy when I got here, but they are on it and the wait time is short. My drink was as ordered so everything was perfect. The baristas at this location are always so friendly! Here is a shoutout for Jared! I went to Starbucks today on my lunch and wanted to try a new way to drink an iced chai. He recommended the tik tok iced chai (if that's what people call it ) and oh my goodness, this drink is super tasty! He also said the drink was on him when I got up to the window! I was shocked! This Starbucks was located right across the street from the La Quinta that we stayed in last night. I didn't even notice it when we arrived at the hotel, but I certainly did this morning as we drove out of the parking lot. It was so cold this morning and I really wanted some hot tea to warm up and soothe my tired and achy body. I think because it's New Year's day, this place was more empty than usual, but nevertheless, I received fantastic service. I was immediately greeted, the guy chatted me up and we had a nice conversation. It's small and quaint inside, but it was very clean and they had some really cool soulful music playing. There was only one other patron inside and another sitting outside. It's located on the corner of a strip mall, right off of Jefferson and Winchester. It's more of an industrial area and not very busy. read more

I bought this today the 27th and went to go eat it and it was smelly and watery and my boyfriend ate his because his wasn't as watery and is now sick to his stomach! If you don't like wearing a mask you are more than welcome here. I felt awkward being the only human wearing a mask. Staff was wearing masks, but the five customers inside were not. It is very tidy, tastefully furnished and decorated. I was warmly greeted by Emily, who helped me decide by explaining the different types of coffee. It wasn't hot out yet so I chose the Americano with a shot of Toffee Nut and ordered a GF Ube cookie. I found a table by the window and sat in one of the armchairs where I sank into it & made myself comfortable. It took no time for my order to be ready. I sat back in the chair luxuriating and savoring my very tasty coffee. The cookie was meh but I was in love with my coffee. I sat, relaxed, sipped, chewed, and looked over my phone while people watching. By the reading nook, was a young lady whom I assumed to be the mom and her son relaxing while perusing her phone. When I was done I took a few more photos of the interior and asked permission to take photos of the staff. The only one who indulged me was Troy. So, thank you Troy! I look forward to returning as I enjoyed my first visit here. It has a very calming ambiance, friendly staff, and great coffee!

Ya, I'm not about to pay like $4+ for a piece of cake three days old. Yikes, people, buy your pastries more often! Also disappointed they didn't offer dine-in cups. Very wasteful. I had to ask the barista to clean the table before I sat down. I get that they prioritize drinks over wiping down tables but it's still icky (and they weren't that busy).

As soon as I walked inside, the host Dakota was super cordial and got me seated at their outdoor patio beneath sun shades, next to the vineyard and I had a perfect unobstructed view of the jazz performer on stage. After seating, I ordered a glass of their signature Cabernet Sauvignon and the Fromagé plate, which was presented shortly afterwards. The fromagé plate had a variety of cheeses, seedless red grapes, dried apricots, fig preserve spread and additionally a plate of bread... perfect for sharing or not. The saxophone player played contemporary music which was all entertaining as I noshed and sipped vino. Their signature Cabernet Sauvignon was quiet lovely; aroma and depth of flavors was perfect with the fromagé ...love!! After the lunch, a stroll around the grounds to see more vineyards, felt the breeze on a hot day was nice. Inside the gift shop there was so much to peruse through, but some of the stuff will definitely get a giggle out of you. There's an art gallery connected to the main building. I wouldn't call it an art gallery but many walls were dedicated to showcasing local artists work depicting the Temecula Valley lifestyle. In the same room is the wine tasting bar and most of the people inside the art gallery seemed to be more interested in wine tasting than the art lol This was my second time visiting, both times, I had a great first impression and last impression from the ambiance, food and service. Service from the staff members were all courteous, helpful and just wonderful, All was amazing, Cheers!!Recommend

One thing that stands out to me is how diverse and knowledgeable the staff is. Many servers are well versed about Latin flavors, and it makes the experience feel more authentic, welcoming, and internationally minded, which is very important to me. The winery itself is beautiful - elegant, clean, and always impressive. The views are some of the best in Temecula (I think they even won an award for it). I'm proud to bring friends and family here when they visit from outside the country because it consistently leaves a great impression. I personally don't drink wine, but when I go with people who do they say it's very good. I also appreciate that they offer excellent non-alcoholic options. Their cappuccino is fantastic, and it's nice that people who don't drink (whether permanently, temporarily, or for health reasons) can still fully enjoy the experience. The food quality has always been excellent. I like high-protein meals, and the steak frites with chimichurri sauce is one of my favorites. Everything tastes fresh, high quality, and consistently well prepared. Overall, this is a classy, welcoming place with outstanding service, great food, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back.
