Hi Starbucks. We have been in your drive thru line for about twenty minutes. Twenty. Minutes. We have too many cars behind us to back out and the curb prevents us from leaving the line from the right. Not sure what on earth is going on inside today, but for a company that was supposed to built on efficiency, you need to improve on your service speed. I suggest if you have one drive thru order that is taking longer than usual, ask that car to pull over into a parking space and wait there so you can move the rest of the orders alone and not hold other cars in a very claustrophobic line. Love that this place closes late, so it's great for the weirdos like me who drink coffee at 10PM. Great for studying but you've got to have a leprechaun and a half to snag a table here around finals. Also, for having that many plugs for electronics, the wifi here is incredibly slow. Otherwise, more or less your average Starbucks. read more

This location has a drive through and a lobby I have never had an issue parking in their lot The lobby has both comfortable chairs and less comfortable chairs Right next to Potbelly's so if you are studying and want a sandwich you can pretty much just step outside, The drinks are made to standard, and the people who work there are nice. Friendly staff, pretty ok overall. My big negative for this location is that they are inconsistent. I order the same thing every time and sometimes it'll be really milky, other times the espresso is way strong, yet other time they put too little/too much vanilla syrup in it. They occasionally have problems moving their drive-thru line along quickly. When a drink is wrong and I bring it back up, they're always super nice and apologetic and they remake it, which I really appreciate. They could just work on consistency. read more

One of the best Starbucks locations! It gets too busy most of the time but they do their best to make the line fast and smooth. Actually, there is barely a line! The outdoor seating is really nice when the weather is nice and cool. One downside is the noise from Rural road but it is not their fault. Not sure why this location has such low ratings! I've been through the drive-thru at least a dozen times and never leave dissatisfied (other than when they're out of blueberry scones). The service is always friendly and the line typically moves pretty fast. My only complaint would be that they've overfilled my drinks on multiple occasions... I'm not a fan of sticky hands. read more

Come here for expensive, average coffee. If you like that bitter burned flavor of Starbucks coffee, this is the place for you. This is my absolute favorite Starbucks! I go out of my way to go to this one and I judge all the other Starbucks by the standards of this Starbucks. I have been going there for about 6 months and I have not had a bad experience yet! They are fast, and always get my order right! Wallie is the most memorable employee here. He's always cheerful, helpful, remembers what I like and knows my name. It's such a great way to start the day! We go here often and everyone is always great! Our coffee is always perfect, the store is clean, and stocked for the morning even if you get in as they open. Great space/plenty of tables for studying! Employees are super nice and accommodating. I spilled my drink shortly after purchasing, without even getting to try it. I was just going to purchase another one but my friend said to call this starbucks store and just let them know what happened. I was very hesitant to do this because i was afraid they'll just be judging me and telling me to purchase another one. I called and they didn't even hesitate to offer me another one. Ugh! Went through the drive thru this morning around 10 and there were approximately 5 cars in front of me and another 5 or 6 behind. I sat in line for what seemed like an eternity. I finally make it to the 2nd car from the window and notice that the barista is hanging out the window having a conversation with the driver of the car in front of me, just laughing and having a good time. She turns away from the window, gets a small cup of what I presume is water and hands it to the driver. It is handed back to the barista and she holds it out so that the dog in the car can drink from it while the driver takes photos with her phone. Then she decides to pet the dog for a couple of seconds, then they drive off. drive. I pull up. The barista turns in towards the store, grabs my croissant pin a bag and tries to hand it to me. I ask her if she would please wash her hands and she says okay, turns around says something to another barista and they laugh. Guessing that she washed her hands. Seriously? Then she proceeds to just be rude (didn't expect anything less). Never, ever will I purchase from this location again. Didn't even want to give them one star. read more

I ordered a dark roast coffee this morning and it was nothing to my expectation. It was watered down and no flavors what so ever. The dark roast coffee is not consistent in term of flavor and intensity across Starbucks stores. I could get the same quality coffee at MacDonald for way cheaper price. read more

Coffee is the same as any other location. The male baristas are a little too comfortable being a little bit too friendly with your passenger though. Completely disregarding you, the driver, the person closest to the window. 1 star for making me and my passenger uncomfortable. read more
