Yes this Starbuck is busy, and yes this Starbucks can be slow. But it is the first Starbucks I have gone to that the barista made a great suggestion. I love my Caramel Macchiato's BUT I am tired of my Caramel Macchiato's. And the Barista suggested half Vanilla and half Hazelnut. I love my new drink and I love that she thought to suggest something new. That is something I just don't get about Starbucks, they rarely add new drinks to their menu, and I am sure most Starbucks fans are ready for something new! Okay, so this Starbucks is in no way close to where we live. I have been here about 3 times before just to meet with our realtor, because it is close to halfway between our homes.... So, we were here on Memorial Day at 5:30pm (it closed at 6) to fill out some papers. We were just sitting there minding our own business, when this man walked up to the counter and he was there for less than 5 seconds, before he started demanding someone help him. I noticed that one employee was making a drink and the other was helping another customer. The man at the counter said "Can I get some service" and he was not nice about it at all. The employee making the drink told him, that he was busy, so hold on a minute. The man at the counter said " I'm busy too"....The employee finished the drink and helped the man, but the man was still rude to him and continued to be rude until he walked outside. When he was outside, he was just sitting at one of the tables with his friends, kicking his feet up....Some hurry he was in. He was still there when we left. I don't understand people. I give the employee 4 stars for still being calm and having to deal with that. I am a server at a restaurant and there are times when I want to tell someone off, but have to keep my cool. read more

If you're going in after 8 pm make sure and try your latte! I know some employees like to start cleaning early and don't want to use the espresso machine, which will result in your latte tasting like a hot, high-sugar content frappuccino! Very upsetting because this location always makes great coffee. However, the amount of ratings state otherwise. read more

I probably visit coffee places more than I should. I've been to every Starbucks in my neighborhood area so much I don't even have to order they know exactly what I want. Recently I've been hanging out at my dads shop and stopping to get him coffee on the way and this location is 2 minutes from here. I know exactly what I want but I always have to ask because I've gotten some ridiculous coffee with tons of syrup. I've been here twice. One they charged me for an extra shot of espresso for my dads drink but failed to put it in. I didn't know bc I didn't taste his drink. The guy who took my order didn't offer my receipt either but the transaction amount showed up on my app. My drink I always order shots of espresso with mocha sauce over ice... Nobody beyond my neighborhood Starbucks ever gets this right. The second time I came here it wasn't super busy and I even let 2 people go before me so I could make sure I ask for my drink correctly and so everyone was taken care of and not waiting for me. But still.....I really wanted to reach over the counter and assault someone a little bit bc I started to order and wanted to make sure they use white mocha sauce and not white mocha syrup so I asked and she gave me a vague answer and I wanted to confirm so clarified her answer and instead of giving me an answer she said rudely can we get back to your drink order. The hell? Anyway in the future I will go out of the way to a different Starbucks and make sure I have a freaking cooler with me for what I expect. read more

And I have to agree with the other Yelper who reviewed this location since they got my order wrong as well. while I appreciate friendly and good customer service, it seems that the cashier was more concerned with socializing amongst her colleagues. I didn't think that "Chai" sounds remotely like "Mocha" I still dig Starbucks, especially the marble and pumpkin cakes. I'll just stick to my other spots. read more

Since when does a tall peppermint mocha get rung up with an extra shot? When I asked why she was ringing it in, my salt and peppered, rotund barista replied that's just how they ring it in. Is this true? Why am I paying extra? When I asked for a receipt she said they were out of tape. Really??? The drink isn't even good. Ordered it "skinny" and it tastes like they poured the entire bottle of peppermint syrup in there. I realize the peppermint isn't sugar free but come on guys... I realize this is Starbucks and one bad review isn't going to stop the masses from suckling on the sugary, caffeine teat, but it I was managing this location, I'd evaluate my current staff. read more

I always try to give this place a chance for improvement and I'm still always disappointed. I always get the Chai tea and today they were out. So I settled for a white chocolate mocha. Said no whip cream and I have whip cream. Stood there waiting for my drink and it was ready on the other side. No name or drink was called to me. So my coffee wasn't great. Then I ordered a blueberry muffin asked it to be warm and I get toasted. This stuff is not cheap. read more

This is hands down one of my favorite Starbucks locations to order from. For starters when ever I use the mobile app my order is always ready by the time I arrive. Whenever I order inside the baristas are always eager and ready to assist. I can't say anything bad about this location. If you're like me and always order the same thing , be sure to ask one of the knowledgeable Baristas for a recommendation on something new. Went to this location for my first time. It was on my way to work, I was stuck in traffic, so I used my trusty Starbucks app and ordered ahead of time, that way I could run in and run out. This place was packed!!!! The guy calling out names and handing out drinks was definitely a standout!! His name was Doug, this guy was the sunshine of everybody's day! I love this location! All of the baristas there are super nice, friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel at home! They are very personal and they all take time to get to know you as a person. My favorite barista there is Darren! Make sure you come in a say hi to him! They are quick and efficient, especially during their peak times. The store is always clean and organized.
