Go someplace else if you want hot coffee. Though the service was fine and the coffee's taste was good, the coffee was barely warm. ~$3.55 is expensive enough for coffee. It's too much for coffee that should be hot, but is less than lukewarm. read more

FALL HAS ARRIVED! While at target we decided to grab drinks to sip while we shopped. The pumpkin cream cold brew WAS INSANE. Creamy orange foam on top that tastes exactly like a bite if pumpkin pie with whipped cream on top. The coffee beneath was strong and smooth. My mom got a iced Apple crisp latte. She enjoyed it and loved the blend of flavors. Highly recommend that you shake it or stir it. The syrup settled to the bottom and was a bit intense. It was a maple cinnamon spiced syrup. Super concentrated, be sure it mixed in tho lol cheers to fall!! read more

Horrible customer service tonight! The girl behind the register was leaned up against the back counter with her arms crossed when I came up and when I said hello and started ordering she rolled her eyes at me. I was shocked! I said I was sorry and asked if they were closing soon and she said no, so I really have no idea what her problem was! Both people behind the counter acted like it was an inconvenience for me to be ordering coffee from them. read more

We went and ordered our drinks at Starbucks the first one we got back was absolutely wrong even after we repeated what it was supposed to be she made a new one and made an even worse drink! The second one was just as bad it was supposed to be a hot latte and it was cold even though we told her it was supposed to be hot and decided not to have her try again it was a little too much so I really would like credit for those two drinks how do I get it? read more

This Target/Starbucks is the absolute worst SB I have ever been in, the workers are so slow,usually only one or maybe two people working, it looks like a bomb went back there the place is a absolute mess,I'm surprised no one has slipped or tripped and broken their neck.i was there yesterday with my spouse and it took us 15-20 minutes to get our drinks and they put cream in my wife's drink after she said no cream,but the barista said its okay. I drive 30 minutes round trip almost every morning for this Starbucks! They're amazing! Kelli is fantastic, she is everything you want in a neighborhood barista, she knows your drink, asks about your day, remembers what's going on in your life etc. I can't imagine how many customers they have everyday so it truly is impressive. The coffee is on point, every time. I can't say enough good things about these guys and I've been to my fair share of Starbucks so I'm not just comparing it to the atrocious Meijer one. Which I should add I only go to if I feel like I'm having TOO good a day- you'll leave annoyed, frustrated, late and with the wrong drink. I feel like, and agree from observation, they tend to be understaffed much of the time. Other than that quibble, I agree with ms rapid city, this TC sbux is way better than the meijer one (service-wise). I prefer the hot london fog, or any frappuccino, or those iced teas. There's a lil bit of a see and be seen hipster-ness that makes me want to repeatedly bang my head against the walls here, but oh, par for the course, privilege and fwp, for sure. *For example, two young men with accents, a crazy line at 5pm, on a weekday, no less. Then, one of the guys asks the one girl working, "I have a question, did you forget me?," super snotty voice, but her reply was politesse itself, "No, I'm sorry, you're still in line, but I am the only one making drinks right now." The employees are nice, but never enough people are working. Waiting 20 minutes for a cold brew is not worth it. This is the norm, not a freak busy day. This store is so excruciatingly slow, and about half the time the drink isn't made properly. Today is no exception, no sweetener. I go out of my way to stop at this store, I don't shop at Target, but not anymore. I'm done with this store. read more

There is always a huge line and always only one person working. I ask for light ice every time and they still fill the cup to the top with ice. It's a pretty rough Starbucks location. read more

Located right inside Target, this is definitely the superior Starbucks in TC. The staff is always friendly and efficient, even during rushes. Not to mention, this store is actually clean and stocked. read more
