My wife and I stopped here for a quick break, and I needed a little caffeine. The drinks were good! I had the double berry Matcha latte with oat milk on ice. I love how prominent the berry flavor comes through the Matcha. This is important to me because when cafés advertise that they've placed something else inside with the Matcha, I'd like to taste more of that rather than having it as an afterthought. The other reason I like this place is because they are courteous and kind-the cashier who took our order complimented my wife's hair. I jokingly asked why didn't anyone say anything nice about my hair and another staff member and I appreciate that. It's good to have a good sense of humor to complement the great service and the wonderful products we received. This is ridiculous I ordered online so I can pick it up. Turns out this Starbucks closes their lobby after 6:30. I work close by and had a 10 minute break I was not planning on having to spend the time waiting in a drive thru line after I already ordered and paid for. It's the first day of the 2020 holiday drinks so my daughter and I went to this Starbucks on Lander to get our holiday drinks and what we were also looking forward to was the free reusable holiday cup that you get with your holiday drink. First problem with this was the person taking our order claimed there is no such drink as a Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate. Well there is!!! I just bought a strawberry acai lemonade and it doesn't take like strawberries or Acai, just like lemonade It had no berries at all. I wish the person that took my order would've told me they didn't have the berries. I knew they didn't had my favorite, dragon fruit drink, that way i ordered the strawberry acai lemonade. Even if they did, it's no reason to really not care about taking my order or making my drink. It's the whole very essence of your job. I was out shopping with my Husband and his friend and asked them to go thru the drive thru as I really was feeling like my Latte. When my husband order the "extra hot, nonfat Egg Nog Latte" we were told that they could NOT make it entra hot because the eggs would scramble!! I swear I looked around for a camera as I thought we were being punked!! My Husband asked her to repeat herself and she repeated the same thing! LOL!!! Stopped here on a road trip a few weeks back. Saw the blonde roast on tap, asked for it. They said it was out, but they could make me a pour over. I said that sounded good. Over the next ten minutes, I got to watch a few different employees screw up the pour over, dumping out the coffee and grounds into the trash each time. Just like many others I love my Starbucks. This one had terrible service and tasting ever. The drive thru was around the corner so we went inside of course so did everyone else. I really love Starbucks! I sometimes add things like whipped cream to my drink orders and I am always having to repeat my order to the person at the drive-thru several times.. They don't write on my cups which is probably the reason why. I have gotten home with the wrong orders multiple times. I will tell them what I want and then they will repeat it once or twice back to me and a lot of the time when I get to the window they will ask me to repeat what I ordered AGAIN. I don't know what the problem is. The employees are very nice but I do speak up and talk slowly and clearly so either they aren't paying attention to my orders or they are busy talking. I just wish they would write down my order on the cups so we don't have to do taste tests every time we pass the drinks out! read more

They always joyfully accommodate my food allergies and go out of their way to do little things like saving green bananas for me and a friend after we go for a long run, or have my husband's favorite latte made for him before he even pays.
