Literally the worst Starbucks in the city. The workers are extremely slow, but that's not even really the problem. They have never once got my drink right, they stare at you with a blank stare like you asked them to recite pi. The worst type of GenZ workers you could possibly imagine. Do not care or know customer service, act like a simple act of opening a door is a foreign language. I hate coming here, and today was probably the last time. A solid Starbucks located in the Bella Vista area. It's on the smaller end, but they make the most of the space with ample seating available. I came in needing wifi for a Zoom meeting that I was late for and ordered a chai latte. The staff are friendly and make easy conversation with customers. The ambiance is great to get some work done or catch up with friends. Street parking is available at a limited capacity, but most frequent the place by walking. read more

I come by to this location every so often when I don't have the time to make my own coffee or latte. The team here almost never disappoints even during busy mornings. I always do mobile ordering and they're very quick and get my drink right. Will have to say during the afternoon someone tends to add too much of something and perhaps misread the order... it happens, but I hate having to ask for it to get fixed. We stopped in here to quickly warm up with a cup of coffee. I always am nice to people serving me, especially in big cities, because their jobs are probably stressful. Plus, unless you were raised in a cave, you should just say please and thank you regardless. Even with that though, I'm bummed the staff was terse and unfriendly. When I asked if they had decaf coffee they almost seemed angry I asked. Soooo awkward. I've experienced better because the layout didn't seem conducive to this location either. For the size of the space, the tables were oddly placed and everyone was packed in like sardines. The people next to us were doing some ODD things and we were exceptionally close to them. Funny Monica was here recently! I was killing major time today and it was chilly Latte kinda weather. My first Latte came from 8th and walnut. They were chitchatty and ignoring the customers. However, the barista made killer foam. I am all about the foam. This Latte was decent, but the cashier took forever to actually ring me/take my order. Then my Latte was served in the stickiest cup on the planet. When I got up to ask for another one it was like I was asking for the secret code to the lock for the twenties. I'm pretty sure everyone who reads these reviews already knows what to expect... but I'll write one anyways! :) I always find this location to be extremely convenient and busy - right in the heart of touristy South Street. (If you do come here - make sure you walk one block up to see the Magic Gardens!) The coffee's hot, the sweets are scrumptious, and the baristas have always been super friendly in my experiences. I like to bring my own coffee mug for refills, too -- you usually wind up with a much larger cuppa'joe than ordering a disposable tall, grande, or vente. read more

This Starbucks is kind of small, but nice and clean. The baristas were friendly and seemed to have a good rapport with their regular customers. If you have a dog, they let you bring them in while you're ordering. The location is really great and is near a lot of places to shop. I came here to study and then stopped in ACME to grocery shop before going home. It's also near the Magic Gardens if you're looking for something fun to do nearby! read more

The next time I think it'll be fun to watch a scary movie, I'll think back to last night when I stayed awake until 5am, anxiously waiting to either be dragged out of my bed by evil paranormal forces, or fall into a possessed state and kill my dog, my neighbors, and ultimately myself. One cup of coffee later, I returned to my doomsday domicile, curled up on the couch and thumbed through my roommate's coffee table literature: a photography book aptly titled, "Women Before 10am." I kind of loathe reviews of chains, but I feel obligated to make a comment seeing as I "checked in" at this particular location. Darn you Yelp iPhone app! I pretty much feel "a-ok" about all Starbucks regardless of location. Their beverages don't send me into a transcendent state, but they do warm me up and make me feel like I'm giving myself a little treat. This is my local Starbucks. Across the street from my house. We had a falling out for awhile, but when I'm in a rush, I'd be lying if I didn't tell you I stop in here multiple times a week (I'm always running late). The staff is kind and quick to pour and get my drink going, so I appreciate them for that. I definitely prefer Chapterhouse, but they only take cash (unless its over 20 bucks I believe) and they don't open until 7am, and sometimes they open late, so sometime Starbucks is the only option. Luckily this Starbucks really does their best to keep it a humanized establishment despite their corporate superpower backing. Currently I'm into the gingerbread latte, but usually I'm just a soy latte kind of person, or black iced tea unsweetened in the summer. I mean, judging their drinks is like judging the corporation, so I mean, they're just fine. It's really the people that work here that make it a nice place to stop. So I'm happy to call them my neighborhood 'bucks. read more

The other half of the time? The room is created by only putting half the amount of ice, instead of a little less water. So then I have a room-temperature, super watered down Americano. Sad. This is the closest starbucks to my house and I'm quite the regular here. There is always a line, however they manage it well and I am able to get in and out rather quickly. ie) I can order my coffee and wait without my son freaking out because it takes too long! (very important these days!) This is the only starbucks where I've seen dogs inside, which I am a huge fan of. Despite the business of this place, it's pretty serene inside and I always see people working on their laptops so it can't be too much of a disturbance. I like that there is outdoor seating at this location which makes for great people watching on South Street! Ehh, this starbucks is ok. I came here mid afternoon on a Saturday and the place was packed. Waited in line for at least 5 minutes to order and then another 5 for my drink. Luckily, my drink was prepared well and correctly. The service was average, nothing to complain about but nothing spectacular. The barista making the drinks was disheveled in appearance and had liquid all over the front of his apron. Granted, I get that spills happen but his apron was gross, he should have changed to another one if he was going to continue making drinks. Overall, average experience. Eh, it's Starbucks. They're all pretty much the same. The good: The set-up is nice. You can sit at the coffee bar. There are a ton of windows for prime people watching. Their coffee is consistently so strong you're guaranteed to wake up. The bad: It takes an eternity to get a cup of coffee here. The staff is hit or miss with friendliness. They've been known to mess up your order pretty miserably. Not a bad option for coffee but with so many other options in a half block radius I'd recommend checking out some of the more local shops. read more

The workers at this starbucks are so friendly, whether its 5 am or 11am. I like coming here to change up my regular study spots. There are a lot of tables where you will see people doing work. It gets quite crowded on weekends. Note- they will be closed all next week for a renovation!
