Wow, the barista named Tribe is terrible! I'm a frequent visitor and this lady,by far, has the worst customer service! As I was looking at the menu, she asks "what do you want?" My friend and I just looked at each other. Then I told her what I wanted, and when my friend gave his order, she shook her head no, then dumped a pack of sugar into her mouth. I don't know if she's on drugs or what, but we had to repeat my friends order like 5 times....a grande quad shot caramel macchiato. Then she goes near the drive thru window, and says "oh shit oh shit!" When i asked what her name was, I guess she asked the lady that told me, and said "what are they going to do?!" So rude! Someone give her some work ethic training! Now...my favorite barista is Josh. He is always amazing and makes our coffee so good! Is this a joke?! This is how I received my drink. I paid for a venti to get the same amount of liquid as a tall. I'm furious. I've given this location so many chances and this is sadly not the first time I've received a drink like this. My ENTIRE cup was filled to the brim with ice. DO NOT COME HERE! The customer service is absolutely disgusting. I came through the drive thru on 6/26/17 at 4:50pm and was NOT greeted by an employee who clearly looked like he did not want to be there (longer hair, seemed to be wearing something on his head-- I will call and find out his name). Anyways, he walked back and forward from register to espresso machine so lethargically. Also, if I'm not mistaken, employees are no longer allowed to take customers' phones, which he did with mine and then placed it next to the register proceeding to take a customer's order. After I was finally given my drink and phone, I had asked for a cup of water. Boy, did that tick him off! He turned around while he rolled his eyes and said, "Suuuure." Mixed emotions about this Starbucks... It's my St. Arbuck's of choice due to it's proximity to home, my commute route, and the all-important drive-thru window. It's the usual mix of mostly nice with a couple of routinely grumpy people (no surprises there, everyone has bad mornings once in a while) and the service is above average for Starbucks. I have only one complaint, but it's a big one... Whoever orders stuff for this store needs to get their act together. They routinely run out of certain size cups, sleeves, lid plugs, syrups, flavors, sweeteners, varieties of coffee, and things to eat... And I'm not talking about running out of chocolate croissants at 8 PM on Sunday evening, I'm talking about "we're out of all scones" at 6:15 on Wednesday kind of thing... This has been happening on a fairly regular basis for years now, and it drives me nuts. It's also the only Starbucks where (on two occasions) they ran completely out of brewed coffee (both bold AND whatever) and the customers had to stand around for 5-10 minutes while more brewed. Got there ordered mine and my moms drink.Mine a pink drink and my mom a green tea frapp. Also ordered a bagel for me. Waited at least 15 min for my items. While waiting for my bagel the worker C.G dropped my bagel on the floor then picked up and put it in the oven and warmed it up. Also my pink drink was way to sweet and had something in the cup. The service here is generally poor and the line is ridiculous and blocks parking for other establishments. Today I got called a liar multiple times and was told their "computers don't make mistakes." I drove out of my way this morning and waited 20 minutes before work for a sando and coffee. Paid separately. Got 2 receipts. Was told to come back after 2 for $2 iced coffees with receipts. Decided to take advantage of deal this evening, drove across town to be told my receipts had yesterday's date. Well i went this morning, so I dunno how that happened. The guy, who didn't care about my misfortune, said "well that's impossible, our computers don't make mistakes. They take care of the time." I said, oh, well I came this morning, used my rewards card. Asked if there was a way to check my rewards card to verify? Mentioned I don't live in this town, and wasn't even in Vacaville yesterday morning. Asked if he could check by employee code. Dude was really not trying to help. Like, at all. After going round and round and almost driving away, shift leader, Jackie, comes up and reiterates exactly what Mr. No Smiles said. Because apparently saying the same exact thing will somehow make me understand. Like how yelling at someone who doesn't speak the language will suddenly get the message across. Um, no. I didn't have problems understanding. You just don't understand that I'm bringing back the same receipt I was given this morning. She again pointed out I "must be wrong because there's no way to have the wrong date on a receipt." I suggested all the same things about pulling up transaction number, or employee ID number, telling her I was asleep yesterday morning, didn't even come to Vacaville yesterday. How I visited this morning, some girl helped me and told me about the promo. She very clearly reluctantly agreed to honor it this time, "but next time bring in a valid receipt with the correct date." Ummm, excuse me while I pick my jaw from the floor after your snide remark. I did. I brought back the same receipt from this morning. I didn't realize I needed to check the date after flat out saying I'm mistaken and insinuating loudly that I was a liar. I didn't even really want coffee that much, just wanted to participate in a neat promotion because I'm not usually around a Starbucks since I live in a small town 45 minutes away and don't get to a Starbucks much. She could have at least pretended that the register could have the wrong date because an employee didn't close the register correctly last night. But i gave it another try today because i was near Peabody, but will never go back to this location again!!!! I was given the wrong drinks in the drive thru, something that is not my fault at all!!! I like coffee, I like Starbucks. Michelangelo S. turned me on to the Starbucks app where you get points from every purchase. Basically, I am hooked. I am gold level and proud. But that is not the only reason I go. This location has everything you would want from a Starbucks: outside seating, drive-thru, plenty of parking, a full Friends-style couch and professional employees. I think they should improve counter service. If it's not busy, there's no one at the counter. If there's someone there, then there's a line. I want my coffee now! It's always clean when I go. Like all Starbucks that I have been to they run out of things. In the past they have run out of cup protectors and have always been on it to inform me and double cup my hot beverage. Safety first! I used the "mobile order" on my Starbucks app for the first time at this location. I messed up my order. Came here with my son for some afternoon drinks. My son ordered a caramel frapp and he accidentally spilled it. My son told barista Kyle about it and instead of being nice and remaking it right away or even saying we can re-make it for you, he proceeded to get smart with my son and say where is the spill, inside or outside? Then after he cleaned up the mess he went behind the bar and ignored my son. My son had to ask another person to remake it and when it was re-made it tasted horribly according to my son. I honestly love the Starbucks, but this was a very disappointing experience for me. The worker when I arrived was nice. Taking my order though...he was very confused and rushed. I went to go sit down and checked my starbucks app, saw that it was happy hour(buy one get one free only that day), and still in time for it. So I told the three workers that I ordered just the one and was unaware that I could get another for free. They kindly said it should have worked if I used my Starbucks card, so I assured them that I did. Upon hearing that, they said "oh, well you have to order two." I am not saying that this was a bad thing, it's just a shame that I wasn't told at the register that I could have gotten a free drink. I go to Starbucks almost everyday in this area and usually enjoy great service and product. This one Starbucks is the exception. Nearly everytime I've gone in this location it's a longer than usual (for a busy Starbucks) wait to get just a cup of coffee. The other day my GF and I went through the drive through asked for one breakfast sandwich to be cut in half and two splendas in my coffee. This is usually not a problem at any other SB but the girl here said she couldn't cut the sandwich in half but gave us a plastic knife. In the car? Really? She couldn't put the splenda in my coffee either, given to me on the side....good thing she gave us that flimsy knife or I wouldn't be able to stir my coffee. I went there today and no one was in line and it was very slow. Great, no waiting. I asked for grande bold coffee. I'll have to brew some sir, ok give me the Pikes then. I have to brew that one too sir. Starbucks was completely out of coffee and it wasn't busy. I'm done with this place....I'll drive to the next one from now on even though it's further. read more

I will not go to this location again. I always ask for my crap to be made with cold brew instead of the Rose. The cold brew is makes the drink smoother and since I have a medical issue it makes it easier for me to drink. I get coffee every night on my way to work after two nights of ordering my drink this way I was told they had to charge me an additional fee 4 an add shot to make my drink with cold brew instead of the frap roast. No other Starbucks between Vacaville and San Francisco ever does that to me. Additionally the customer service when I go through the drive-thru is always bad in some form. For example if I order dessert anywhere else they automatically warm it up or ask me if I would like it warm. This location simply gives it cold. With so many Starbucks locations to choose from, I recommend you pick one other than this location. read more

I have to say that this particular starbucks probably has some of the friendliest baristas around. Everyone is always nice and polite, not just in the usual fashion either, it really feels like they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The coffee is tasty as well and consistently tastes the same, which has been a major complaint of mine since SB took over the planet years ago. Until I visited this site a couple of times out of desperation for caffeine and a lack of time to go across town to Green Bean, I would avoid SB like the plague.
