This location is one of the best in the city. Way better way better, way better, way better, way better, way better, way better, way better than the location on Elmira & Nut Tree. It is so much more of better service and quality drinks that I will definitely drive the extra few miles to come here to get some coffee. This Starbucks location is the closest to me, and has never been on my radar. I think because where it's located in a shopping center that...not at all close to the main street. One annoying change I have to whine about (Starbucks, not this stores fault)- I cannot put "light ice" to customize my free birthday drink. There was no option online. I've given them probably 6 chances and it's the EXACT same every single time so they can't argue that it was a one off, someone called out, etc. IDK what is going on here. Been here twice and both times awful experiences. They couldn't care less about the people who come into order... all they care about is their drive-through business and their pick up business. Both times we visited the establishment our drinks were stuck on the counter with nobody ever calling out our name, the one time nobody even ever asked our name when we placed the order. The second time not only wasn't an awful experience, but they also got one of our drink orders wrong and the drink looks nothing like what they have advertised so I think they put little to no effort into making it. Where is the compassion? The courtesy and respect. People just don't care anymore and it's so disheartening to hear others being made fun of. I went there this morning to get their new fall pecan latte and was told they were out of the pecan syrup. Immediately after I observed the barista laughing over the intercom. I'm leaving this review because I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but after the treatment I received a few months ago at this location and a subsequent conversation with the store manage who was very accusatory, I can no longer continue to support Starbucks. This is the only location where I have had consistent issues, and I'm deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability here. I cannot support any business or corporation that allows its store managers to treat customers with disrespect over the phone and fails to hold their employees accountable for their actions. I've visited many other Starbucks locations across town and never once had an issue, but this specific store has made me question my loyalty. This Starbucks' drive thru is always steadily busy, so I usually opt to go inside the store to make my purchase. My wife and I stopped by this past Saturday around 8:45am some coffee after dropping our car off for a smog check nearby. There were a decent amount of people inside. All the employees were busy making drinks including the young lady working the cash register. After standing at the cash register for a couple minutes waiting to order, the young lady finally realized we were waiting to order and acknowledged us and said she would be with us in minute after she finished the drink she was working on. My wife ordered a Apple Crisp Macchiato while I ordered a Caramel Macchiato. They both came out quickly. As with most Starbucks, the drinks all taste pretty much the same. Only reason for 4 stars is because of the extra wait to get our order take (up to 5 minutes before our order was taken) and the pastry section and sandwich selection was lacking that morning. read more

Every time I come here, the customer service is terrible, even though they smile in your face while stringing you along. Unless it's their buddy. 9th time now. Order a plain nitro brew at the register. Cashier then says, it's going to be awhile, they (and she points to the window) are dealing with the drive thru. She then walks away and starts emptying a drip coffee pot. Her buddy who was ahead of me (I listened to the conversation) gets his food almost immediately and goes about his business.
