No need for the attitude. Overall, the problem could have been resolved very easily with a simple apology and professional customer service. Instead, the interaction left a very negative impression. Stopped at this location on my way to home and it was an absolute worst experience ever. The barista talked loud (she was little chubby), as she was deaf, drink came up totally unsweeten and they used milk I have allergy from, even I requested specific one. When wanted to change, took me 7 min to be exact to get young kid female "manager", who did not even put a effort to fix it. Will never go to this location again and send my experience by email to a real store manager Casey MCKay and district manager Pat Swyney (I wish at least Casey was at location). I stopped by this Starbucks again today, and once again the experience was just amazing. The service was super friendly, welcoming, and quick, and everything felt really smooth from start to finish. My drink was honestly a 100/10 perfectly made, refreshing, and exactly what I was craving. It's one of those spots where you can consistently count on a good experience and delicious coffee, and today was no exception. Vanessa and a few others that work their are awesome. I wasn't a fan until Vanessa turned my experience around. When someone remembers your order and gives you courtesy makes for a great experience. I'm happy to say that customer service took the time to respond, listen to my concern, and ultimately helped resolve the situation. I truly appreciate their effort and professionalism in addressing an issue that I had been trying to resolve. I do wish the store manager had taken the initiative to address the situation when she first responded to my review instead of leaving me to escalate it myself. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes matters. I'm glad that, after escalating the matter, I was finally able to get it resolved.
