The customer service will keep me from returning. They now give you less coffee if you ask for light iced. This has never been the case in all the years l've supported Starbucks. This location's employee insisted they give you less of their expensive coffee drinks when you order light iced and to expect room at the top with nothing in it. When coffee drinks cost what they do, give your customer what they are paying so much money for. There are plenty of coffee shops nearby that will. read more

When it comes to Starbucks, you know what you're getting. The menus at each franchise are just about identical, but there are distinct differences that make some branches more favorable than others. This review is meant to reflect what makes this Starbucks unique more so than the company as a whole. With that in mind, this Starbucks is in no way unique. It's a pretty standard strip mall chain coffee shop. Friendly baristas, clean bathrooms... but nothing to really set it apart from any other Starbucks. I'll continue coming because of its proximity to my work, but there's no real reason to go out of your way to stop by. For frequent coffee drinkers, I also strongly recommend pursuing a Starbucks Gold Card if you do not already have one. By simply reloading and reusing a gift card (or downloading the mobile app and paying with it), you can easily reach Gold status. Oh Starbucks, why do you burn your beans? The only reason that Starbucks is getting a 4 stars is because of the amazing staff at this location, I cannot give it a 5 because the coffee tastes like dirt. Went to lunch with some co-workers who are 100% stuck on the Starbucks bandwagon SO I had to go. Feeling a little sluggish I got an Americano. Bad idea, an hour later its still in the cup haha. While we were there the barista joined into the banter of what song was better and why, who should stay a blonde or go brunette for the season and told us about the gold card thing. He was extremely sweet. The service is always great. Will someone please tell your CEO to start roasting beans the correct way in small batches that aren't burnt and it would be perfect. Not as busy as you would think for a Starbucks on a Saturday morning. I think the cashiers name was Josh. I was indecisive on what drink I wanted. He was able to explain in detail the difference between the 2 drinks I was deciding between and even gave me a sample of the Nitrobrew. I ended up getting the Nitrobrew with sweet cream. Yum! It was a little spendy though at $4.25 for a tall. Drinks came out quick and customer service was great! read more

Came second times after 2 months was hoping better this time....nope, even worse. Saw the employee making her drink and you know it's going to be crappy when she put the milk all the way to thr top and when she put the shot of coffee in there and ended up over filled. I've been to some pretty slow Starbucks in my time but this one by far takes the cake. I waited in line for five minutes and another ten for my coffee before I finally asked for refund as the three people behind me got their drinks and the two people in front of me were still waiting as well. Something was awry but that's not really my issue as common sense is to make the orders as they come in not in whatever order you choose. So I asked the girl at the front counter for a refund and she didn't know how to do that so she got someone who was apologetic but full of excuses I didn't care to hear, I just wanted to go somewhere else, he asked for my debit card to put the money back on it, got home and checked my account and he actually charged me again. He didn't give me a refund! Can anyone who works at this store do anything right? It's great that SB pays for these fools to go to college. They clearly need some type of schooling. I'll be back to get my 2nd refund but after that I'll never come here again. read more
