I absolutely love Dutch and get it almost every morning on my way to work. The only thing I hate is how they sit there and chat with their customers for so long, knowing there's a long line of people who don't got time to chit chat and are on their way to work. Yes, I know Dutch Bros is known to sit and converse with their customers, but do they not realize people have places to be in the mornings? A lot of people start work between 7am-9am and we don't all have time to sit and shoot the breeze every morning. I leave 30+ mins early to make sure I have time to get coffee and that's still not enough time. Also not a fan of them asking for a tip every morning too. If customers want to tip, they will. I've been ripped off from the ditch brothers app now and and multiple coffees made wrong on multiple occasion. customer service is no help and will tell you to taste at the window when I have my coffee dropped off to me at work daily. So that's not an option I've been hung up on 3×3 customer service and honestly I've never had trouble like this through A different coffee compan. But to spend over $800 a month for me and my friends coffee once if not twice a day to get absolutely no help is unacceptable I really suggest going elsewhere. Terrible quality drinks, I'm a frequent Dutch Bros customer and just started working nearby, came through a few times to get my usual drink and each time my blended rebel is melted and runny the moment they hand it to me, its not slushy at all and they don't mix it correctly so it taste off. Will not be coming through here again, who ever is training them to make the drinks is teaching them wrong and their machines are not cold enough to make a proper blended rebel, they also need to realize they can't sit and have a 10 min conversation with people while they have a massive line of people waiting to order. read more

First off I DID LOVE Dutch Bros. With a serious passion. A 911 6 days out of the week for years!!!!! I was around when they just started in G.P. Or. and stuck with em' over the years. They were awesome in Grants Pass, Corvallis, Beaverton, hell even out in Spokane!!!! But both locations in Vancouver (4th Plain and Mill Plain) wow something has happened. The thing that kills it for me the most is the service. You folks bump your music too loud and try to hold a brief conversation.....if any at all....it does not work. I'm not in the club tryin to get my dance on....nor should I feel like I am at the bar trying to yell my order to the guy/lady behind the counter. Past that (and I have complained about it in the past). If you have people patiently waiting in line (drive through) and people walk up to the window. You cant just serve them first. They can wait like everyone else. If I wanted to be a dick to everyone I'd just goto the walk up window cause I know I can get served and be on my way before anyone else. I'm sorry but for the money I have spent over the years to continue to go to 2 shops to treat me the same across the board. Its just crap. I'll just throw my money into my Keurig. read more

Best coffee in Vancouver, and probably the best drive-thru coffee stand ever; this applies to every Dutch Bros' I've gone to. Driving back along the coast from California I stopped at one every couple hours, since every town from Eureka northwards seemed to have at least one in it all the way through, oh, somewhere north of Coos Bay. I hope they keep expanding further: Tillamook really needs one. But yes, small chain that has very carefully expanded and preserved high, local coffee standards. The coffee is perfect, avoiding the bitter = good vibe that Starbucks has virulently infected the coffee world with, very strong, and the soy and breve and regular lattes all intimately creamy. Service is quick and affiable, and most importantly, they stay open very late, which is such a worthy thing on late night adventures because it keeps me from going insane with the only other choice it sometimes seems being AM/PM. I can only hope they add more locations in the Vancouver/Portland area soon, but definitely also do so carefully. This quality should not be squandered. read more

Is there ever anything you can say about a Dutch bros that's negative!? I'm astounded this place doesn't have a complete 5 star rating. This is one of the busiest Dutch Bros I've seen to date, but man they know how to handle a busy flow of traffic! I was incredibly impressed with how well they were running orders to the cars and having drinks ready by the time you drove up. Kelsey recommended a fantastic drink, and was incredibly friendly and just a pleasure to be around! It's places with staff like this that make you want to keep coming back! read more

I have to admit this place is gone downhill since the first opened. I don't know who does the hiring but I have chosen to go elsewhere for my coffee from now on and for a while now because they're very slow and their customer service leaves much to be desired. I can't tell you the number of times that I've had to actually leave the drive-through because of how slow they are. So now I just take 2 sugars in my Americano and that's it. Medium Americano with 2 sugars. Simple enough, right! Nothing complex. They always ask if I want cream and I ALWAYS say no. Last 4 or 5 times, they have put the cream in anyway or just cream... WTH? It's like they can't fathom sugar without cream. Compared to everyone else Dutch Bros coffee is just too weak for cream in my opinion. When they put that effing cream in, it just makes it that much weaker. I love dutch brothers. From the bay area north, they are consistent and fun to visit. This one, However... Well... I ordered my drink... Half-sweet almond milk er911. They made it. First time: regular milk. Realized after driving away. Returned, remade: They gave me back the whole milk drink. Returned, remade: Third drink was correct. Almond milk, coffee. Always friendly service. They come out to your car when the line is long. Baristas seem to be knowledgeable and the Americanos have a nice smokey flavor, not burned. I've been to about 4 locations and they're always lovely. For $3.00 I get a 16 oz iced Americano and an espresso con panna. It's like they're not even charging me for a shot. I had been told by co-workers of how much better tasting their drinks are here over other mainstream coffee shops. I finally broke down and went this morning as I was on my way to work. As I pulled up there was a long line of cars, both ways, in their drive thru. I thought to myself that I was going to be here forever. Well shortly after I pulled up a non-descript lady came up to my door with a cell phone in hand and asked what I'd like. I explained that this was my first time and wanted a large but didn't know what they called it. Then I was unsure what I wanted because they have no menu or board to order from. Guess you just have to know. So I ordered a large mocha, how could you go wrong with that? She thanked me and moved on. Well in quick order I was at the window and was promptly greeted. The lady at the window quickly acknowledged that I was a Dutch Bros virgin and thanked me for trying them out. I gave her my debit card and she said that she was not charging me today as they wanted to have me try my drink and if I'm happy with it then I can come back. Well I will say that I was extremely happy with my drink. It was not syrupy sweet and you could ACTUALLY taste the coffee in it. I will be back. Thank you Dutch Bros!! read more

I guess you don't need common sense to be a barista at this dutch bros. When I came through this morning after I placed an order they said they cant take cash. It is understandable with what is going on but a sign out front would have been great. It doesn't take 5 minutes or even $5 to buy a big white cardboard sign, write out on a sign that says we can't take cash right now. Just putting in your social media isn't enough. About 80% of your customers don't follow your social media. Maybe IQ test your next new hires! read more

I went to Dutch Bros. for the first time this week. Shocking, I know, especially since I went to school in Corvallis and also regularly go on road trips through small Oregon towns (where Dutch Bros. reign supreme). Turns out, I love the stuff! Fancy a drive-through coffee shop next to my workplace delivering on high expectations (which I had, since my friends are always raving about it on Facebook). At this point, I've only had the hot chocolate and coffee, but I've been there almost every day this week and plan to try the iced drinks once the weather warms up. The staff is friendly and young, and the laid-back-loud-music atmosphere reminds me of being in college again. Which is kind of awful, but kind of awesome. read more

Couldn't order till get to the window. The normal window where you order was evidently closed with cones directing in odd way to other window. Waited 15 minutes for 2 previous cars to order and move out. Pre ious car sat and chatted for several minutes after receiving coffee. Placed order and was asked if I wanted to tip. To tip for what? Making me wait to order and follow the jungle him in the parking lot in order to get a cup of coffee? The coffee was good but service certainly needs improvement. Incidentally there were 4 gals working but still took that long. Wont be returning, since I'm usually on my way to work and timing is super important. I don't have Dutch Brothers where I come from, and it is a complete heart breaker that I am not by more often! I've had a fair share of Kickers (the best, regular coffee isn't good enough for me anymore), their white chocolate mocha, the double torture, the white zombie (hot - not bad but not for me!) and the trifecta (iced - second favorite to the double torture/white mocha) and a bevy of Italian sodas and their energy drink cocktails. Always pretty busy but always worth it, friendly service and a wonderful drink. read more
