Their salted caramel croissant is beautifully laminated and filled with just the right amount of caramel. In fact, their croissants across the board are solid--flaky, tender, and buttery without being greasy. The sourdough bread is excellent, and the espresso drinks are reliably strong and well-crafted. It may look like Paris inside, but don't let that inspire your inner Francophile--the staff are lovely, but no one's following your French. My partner said he tasted some coconut flavour in their sandwich, which might be the potential reason I didn't like it as much - I generally don't like coconut flavoured stuff. I also didn't like that they don't accept credit card, especially since they're charging tax. Most Asian operated banh mi places don't charge tax when you pay with cash, it almost seems like they're double dipping.
