Starbucks come in different shapes and sizes. This store is a tiny drive-thru walk up which makes it unique to the Virginia Beach coffee scene. So if your always on the go this location may make scene to you. I am more accustomed to enjoying a cup inside with a paper and chatting up regulars. So although this has been a good option just off the Virginia Beach Boulevard and Great Neck Road it's not a favorite. The building itself is pretty neat and constructed of reclaimed wood. The foot print is bigger than a kiosk but it's also the smallest brick and mortar I've ever seen from Starbucks. The walk-up offers a few spots and that's all good. Maneuvering is a bit tricky. The drive-thru shoot is typically adequate to accommodate six cars, or so. Much more they would be on the road. I have easily had a few dozen visits over the four years since the shop opened in 2015. The drinks have been a bit more inconsistent than other locations, but still better than others at times. My usual Grande White Chocolate Mocha last week was good. Service has been more straight forward and cash you out then get to know you. I personally embrace the aspect of service at coffee shops. With a coffee running in the $4-$5 range I deserve it. I've never had an issue with my app on cashing me out. For a on the go this is a good option for coffee. 3.5, rounding down with in personal service.

Starbucks failed Attempt to keep a customer.

You can tell how good a coffee shop is by the quality of their regular coffee. And I go to various coffee shops. Up and down the East Coast, and I get the same thing regular coffee, cream and sugar can't mess it up, but this establishment whom calls themselves Starbucks have the audacity to serve me a warm coffee that taste like it's been sitting there for about four hours. Know please correct me if I'm wrong but Starbucks ,a coffee chain should be top of the food chain amongst other coffee shops,, should be the highest in qualityi and service. The verdict is in I'm gonna have to go with Dunkin. Their consistency hits the mark every time. It's true what they say when America runs on.

I've driven by here tons of times. Usually I was just in the wrong lane or not flowing the right way to get here. The location is only easily accessible from one direction. Today I was headed the right direction on Great neck and was determine to make it happen. The lot is not accessible from the shopping center so I parked near the street entrance but on the other side of the barrier and walked over. I never realized that this was a drive-up/walk-up only location. My first experience with one of these. The cashier was very friendly. She tried to get the app scanner to work about 7 times with no luck. With the way S-Bucks encourages using the app there should be so many issued with the scanner. The cashier told me that this was the worst scanner she has ever used. She apologized and typed in the card number from the app. My first Peppermint Moca! Short. FYI I ordered my first short today. Shorts only cost a few cents less than a tall i.e. less than a dollar.

On my way to the First Landing beach and wanted a pick me up. This location is so convenient. The staff was great and my drink was on point. I ordered a Venti Caramel Cocoa Cluster Frapp. Love it when the Baristas are gracious with the caramel and fudge sauce without me asking. I'll usually order the Smore's Frapp w/out coffee for my kids buy Starbucks doesn't have it this summer. She suggested the Serious Strawberry Frapp and my kids loved it!

Love this location, super convenient, and the employees are always soo quick. The exterior is also a nice change from the typical Starbucks. Hilltop location is actually closer to me and I usually do mobile order there since they don't have a drive thru but on those days I just want to roll outta bed and not go inside, this location is my go to. The only tricky thing about this location is exiting it. The traffic on VB blvd and Great Neck is always tragic.

Venti Cool Lime Refresher. It's okay, a substitute because they ran out of Very Berry.

Awwww yeaaaaah. My post-eighteenth birthday ideology has always included Starbucks. When the whole, "you're basic for drinking your Starbucks pumpkin spice skinny latte-chino" crap was going on last fall; I didn't even care, I was in the background fighting for equal rights for Starbucks lovers everywhere. This Starbucks, located on the corner of VB Blvd. and Great Neck Rd., descended from the heavens apart overnight about a year ago. And, man, am I glad it did. This SBux used to be a nightmare for me to get into and boy, did I loathe it. But today I figured out another way to get in (well, basically, I found the main entrance) and now I'm happy with the geographical specifications of this place. Reggie, the barista, always gives me killer service and gets my drink right every time (even though it's a six-step process to make my special drink). I, normally, think it's redundant to review places like SBux or 7-Eleven because they're all so similar; but this place is awwwwesome.

About to go pickup my beverage I ordered on the app. BAZINGA!

This location is a drive thru/ walk up only. I actually prefer it because I am not shy about getting out and walking up to the window. This means I get faster service, and if you are seriously BASIC like I am and have the Starbucks app and a gold card (Since 2010- COME AT ME) you can order online and have it waiting for you at the window and just go. Wham, bam, thank you ma'am!

went through drive through to get my favorite summer time drink - PINK DRINK. the only pic i have of this drink is after i drank it all cause it's just THAT good. idk what it is about it that makes me love it so much! it's strawberry acai refresher but instead of water, they used coconut milk. SO refreshing and SUPER tasty! the service was pretty fast considering it was drive thru and there were a ton of cars in line. the cashier was super sweet even though i was being loud and crazy with my coworker (per usual). so double thumbs up for handling us!

Literally. 96° outside and STILL got served cold brew chaos We finally made it to Three Ships after last week's oceanfront madness -- and I had high hopes. Tried their Piña Colada Cold Brew (cold brew + pineapple juice + coconut cold foam) and y'all... the acidity made the foam CURDLE. Like actual curds floatin' in my cup I took one sip and said "absolutely not." Then I gave their Banana Hammock Latte a shot. Cute name, but not the flavor. Too much milk, not enough coffee, and when I asked if it could be made with cold brew instead? They said nope -- no menu changes allowed ‍ Even the biscuit, which they make in-house, was a no from me. Heavy, not flaky, just... meh. But the worst part? Another spot we tried before that wasn't even dog friendly. Huge "NO PETS ALLOWED" sign on both doors. So Lexi had to go back to the car, AC blasting, while it's nearly 100° outside. That broke my heart Best part of the day? The kind girls working the counter and the beautiful café interior. But both coffees hit the trash FULL. Not even two sips in. Wasting money on mid coffee and being turned away with Lexi? Not a vibe. #SipAndSunday #BougieBTReviews #VirginiaBeach757 #HamptonRoadsEats #7CitiesFoodie #LexiTheBougieBT #BostonTerrierTikTok #DogFriendlyPlease #TooHotForThat #CoffeeFail #TikTokHonestReview

I had my mind and palette set on a latte but I ended up getting their Korean Plum Gochu Lemonade on special. The Mango Cream Brioche was a 7/10 with a yummy fluffy cream but it did not blow me away. The Ham and Cheese Hashbrown was suprisingly so good at a 8.5/10. I enjoyed the flavor and the touch of sweetness from the ketchup paired with the savory bite of ham and the potato. I got this warmed in the oven and I'd get again next time. I already knew this was my destination as I had been following them since they opened in VB. Upon our arrival we found the Cafe about a 1/4th of the way full so I had hopes for breakfast in a quiet setting. Even though there was a steady flow of traffic, we were able to dine in a relaxed setting without feeling rushed. I mention this because with it being a holiday weekend full of Jeepers, I fully expected them to be packed. The wait to order was too long as it left me staring at the pastry window so long I almost ordered one of everything however; I refrained from doing so but still bought 4 pastries, French toast & seasoned potatoes. Yes yes, alot of food for 1 person but I still had 2 days left in my visit and well, I have a thing for pastries. The pastries were: mango & passion fruit eclair, a pineapple muffin, lemon raspberry cake & profiteroles. I loved everything with the exception of the eclair. It wasn't anything against the eclair, it's just the mango/passionfruit mixture was just too passionate for my tastes. The muffin reminded me of my own homemade upside pineapple cake without all the brown sugar. It was light and buttery. The Lemon raspberry slice was delightful & not the least bit tart or too sweet. A mixture of both flavors without either one overpowering the other. The cake was super moist, perfect. The profiteroles were my favorite. They reminded me of that feeling I had the 1st time I tasted them while living in Italy. The choux perfectly baked and so delightfully light. The French toast was good enough without the side of syrup. The star for me of the breakfast items were the potatoes. I LOVED them. They were served HOT, seasoned just right with their insides softer that a baby bottom. I coulda just ordered 2 servings of those & bypassed the toast. All in all, well worth the wait. After he selected a cinnamon bun, I ordered it heated. A moment later, I added two more cinnamon buns for my husband and daughter. The cashier visibly rolled her eyes at what was literally a two-second delay in completing my order. I then ordered a coffee, a dark chocolate latte with almond milk, a cookie, and a gluten-free biscotti. My total was around $21, and I added a $5 tip. While my card was still processing, another customer walked in. The cashier repeatedly told me, "You're all set," even though the card reader had not finished processing my payment. The interaction felt rushed, as though I was being pushed aside for the next customer despite there being no line. While waiting for my order, the barista called out a "decaf latte with almond milk." Since I had ordered a dark chocolate latte with almond milk, I let her know it wasn't mine. The barista immediately appeared irritated and looked ready to dump the drink. The cashier then clarified that the ticket said "dark chocolate," not "decaf," and it became apparent that the handwritten order had been misread. The replacement drink was made while the barista loudly slammed equipment and banged metal tools around, making it very clear she was unhappy about having to remake it. The entire experience felt hostile and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, none of the employees were wearing gloves while handling food items, which raised concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Based on my experience, the customer service was poor, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the food handling practices were concerning. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, as several other customers appear to have reported similar issues. There are plenty of coffee shops in the Virginia Beach area that value customer service. I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere.
