It was very busy. Stood in line and decided while waiting in line I'd do mobile order. Ordered through mobile and said it would take 4-8 minutes so I got out of line. I ordered at 4:25pm according to the apps receipt. It took mins 6-7mins for my order to get prepped. The person in front of me and back of me that was in line before I walked out of it didn't receive their order yet. I made a great decision to mobile order and Starbucks was able to deliver! This store is by one of my favorite shopping spots, Waikele premium outlets! Too bad I go in the morning when all the stores are closed. Been here many times and only had 1 bad experience by a staff that looked like they hated being there so early. Anyhoos, 99.9 percent of my experience was excellent. Staff that helped me was supah nice and fast with my order. Store was clean and organized. Many tables and chairs to sit on. Like with many Starbucks, outside seating. The order taker, JASMINE (who had no name tag & wouldn't give me her name- so I asked another worker bricen) this took place on 01/29/2022, she wore black glasses white shirt hair all over your food & drinks. She was RUDE & inpatient & her service was below standard. We frequent starbucks often, so we normally order the same thing. She barely let my husband finch his order & was trying to say is that it? When she read the order back wrong so I tried to correct his drink. She was so done with our order that I didn't even have a chance to order. She asked for our name & I replied with KAIPO & spelled it out && that was even spelt wrong. So she let my husband order but wouldn't let me order . You can tell that there are good people who work here. They take pride in their jobs and serving customers. I have been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. This Starbucks is conveniently located in Waikele Shopping Center next to Kmart. They just renovated and looks more modern. Some updates include new flooring, bar stools for counter seating by the window and barista area, new tables and chairs inside along with new shelves for their Starbucks products. Outdoor seating is still available if all the tables and seats are occupied inside. Parking is ample but is hard to find during the holidays. It's all uncovered stalls so expect to come back to a scorching hot car if you come during the day. If you don't drive, you can get here by a Waikele trolly or the city bus. This Starbucks has a good mix of both locals and tourists. I personally like all the natural light that comes inside. Overall, it's a great spot to escape the sun after shopping or just a place to chill if you need a drink. read more

Starbucks consumers BEWARE: the "mid-shift workers here have poor customer service skills. One thing that I noticed is that they were un-naturally nice and very rushy with my order as if a big line was there. In fact, there was only one lady before me. It seems like all they want to do is talk amongst themselves on their down-time. Who ever runs this store needs to emphasize more on customer service. The closing staff here are spot on, which is why I like coming here. The poor customer service incident: I got accused of trying to refill my drink as if it was from a different day. Its just because it didn't have a sticker on it. The employee have it to me like that and her co-worker next to her should of remembered because she handed it to me as well as heated the freaking pretzel I purchased! The shift manager also said, "these refills also only work if you have been consumed in the store the WHOLE time." (Attitude much??) I tasted the kids one & it was nothing special. There's no flavor to it. Just a whip cream taste. The color made us think it's WOW. So don't get fooled by the color! I'm surprised by the 3-star rating. This is our neighborhood Starbucks and we love it. The baristas are all great and friendly. I've never had any issue here with them being out of a drink or food, and they always have fresh coffee (I worked at a Starbucks for years and I know how tough it is to constantly be brewing fresh batches like clockwork). The only reason I won't give them a 5-star review is because they lack the comfortable vibe that a lot of my favorite Starbucks stores have. There are no big couches and there are few tables inside in general. Other than the seating situation, this is a great store. They're located walking distance from Waikele Premium Outlets and a bunch of other stores such as Old Navy. read more

This Starbucks is pretty good. It's nice, clean, and fast enough. It has more than enough parking and is cheaper than the one by my house. The workers were also very accommodating when I made a mistake and accidentally ordered a drink to this Starbucks and not the one by my house. I was using my app. Since I come here sometimes, I didn't check to make sure that I changed the location. I was on my way to work anyways, and I called and asked if they could hold off on making my drink until I was closer. They were very nice about it. The staff is very kind and they work very fast! I love using the Starbucks app because I can get everything made the way I want it and they will have it ready in a flash. After leaving work it's a great place to stop on your way home! I don't know about you but when you work the night shift it's nice to have a place on your way home for a quick pick me up, etc. this Starbucks is very clean and usually very busy. They have a very big parking lot so usually there's no problems finding a parking spot. They share the lot with other businesses but that doesn't seem to Hinder people from finding a spot to park. They have nice clean restrooms and a handicapped friendly. I guess that go into see them too often because they know my name every time I come in!! When people ask me where the Yelp office is, I like to point to the ground and say: "You're looking at it!" But maybe I should say: "It's at Starbucks!" I spend so much time at Starbucks these days that the $8 power lunch has become a staple in my weekly meal planning process. If you haven't gotten the power lunch, it's a bistro box (the protein is my favorite!), chips or popcorn, banana or That's It bar, and a bottle of water. Bam! For $8 you've got a healthy lunch and that's quite a steal! I was worried that they'd end the promotion in September but a barista told me they're going to keep it going indefinitely. This Starbucks is not my favorite by a long shot because it's insanely crowded. I know Starbucks on the regular is already busy, but the size of this location make it impossibly difficult to grab a seat. When I walked inside to order my power lunch every seat of stools by the railing was taken and every table as well. Thankfully my work husband Sherri had grabbed a seat outside for us to have our important planning meeting where the highlight was trying the Megpie's brown sugar pop tart. Highly recommend by the way! As a pop-in location this is okay because the baristas are very friendly. But as far as a meeting spot, I'd go elsewhere unlesss you're ready to wait for a table. Oh and don't even get me started on the 'espresso.' It is burnt, not 'roasted to perfection,' it is BURNT. And will leave a lingering bitter aftertaste on your tongue. One of my best friends used to work at a Starbucks (although she's not proud of it) and she said to run a shot, all they had to do was press a button. The espresso would then drip out and the crema 'plooped' out on top at the last second. With good, real espresso, you would see crema the moment the shot started. If you think you're getting a bigger caffeine buzz by getting the Schmenti, haha, you are kidding yourself. A tall has 1 espresso shot, Grande has 2, Venti has 2. You're paying more milk and ice that's watering down your shots. Get a Grande and save yourself some calories. Burger King may have started the whole customization thing with 'have it your way', but no, Starbucks needed to be like King Kong and go all corporate giant and allow people to order half-decaf, half-regular, one packet of this and one of packet because I'm too lazy to do it myself, 3 1/7 pumps of this, 294 degrees extra hot, non-fat milk, with extra whipped cream on top. People are just effin' ridiculous. On the plus side, this location usually has a clean bathroom and about 3+ baristas at a time. Even though they can get crazy busy in the morning (especially around 7-8), they're actually pretty fast on getting you your drink. Wow, I am seriously underwhelmed. And why do I always end up going to this Starbucks? It's near Lowe's which is like my second home. gah! The workers bark at me and make me scared to request anything from them, scared to take too long to order, scared not to know what to order, and scared to ask for anything out of the ordinary. I've been here four times, four out of those four times they have managed to get part or all of my order wrong. Most of the time it's always the same fat ass on the register screwing things up...hello!! So first order: Venti decaf Americano with hazelnut syrup. What I got: Vent Americano with no syrup. Second order: Spinach and feta wrap. What I got: Ranchero wrap. Beans in the morning...ummm, my stomach says it thinks not. Gas while I sleep is one thing, you will thank me for avoiding beans while I'm wandering the island. Third order: Bagel with cream cheese, toasted. Venti decaf Americano with hazelnut syrup. Grande vanilla bean Frap. What I got: Everything but the bagel. Ask for the bagel. He says it's coming right out. 10 minutes later, ask for the bagel again. He says he accidentally gave it to someone else and he's heating another up. 8.7874298379238 minutes later...still no bagel. At that point I asked for a refund. (By the way...I did not order that all on the same day.) Not only is this dudes hearing completely off. He made me repeat my order quite a few times, on quite a few different occasions. Repeats my drink, and STILL forgets something. WTF dude...are you serious? I correct him, he repeats it correctly (finally) and then still managed to get it wrong. On numerous occasions. In addition to this, they are slow as hell. So habitual messed up orders + slow service = EPIC FAIL. Hands down the worse Starbucks. EVER. read more

Went in today for a passion tea lemonade and a mocha cookie crumble which were delicious so one star for that. Headed to the restroom and nearly left without my drinks. Vile doesn't even begin to describe the condition of it. I'm talking CHUNKS of who knows what and a puddle of urine, and don't even get me started on the smell. I told the barista when he handed me the drinks and he made the slicing motion across his neck. Umm, what? There's no way I'm going back if that's the standards of their bathroom.
