This place is a mess, service is the low point of this location and they don't handle busy times well at all. They also open later than most locations at 6am. Only street parking all around. Placed an order for a venti Pike, nothing crazy at 6:05 am. Waited about 10-15 mins as they're going through everyone's orders. Asked and they had to scroll to old orders to find mine as if they completely skipped my order. It's a simple black coffee but with their new system it takes some time to make. No apologies, barista even went back to making other orders until I asked again. They blamed it on their printer getting stuck not printing. Finally got my order after bringing it up a couple of times read more

Great Starbucks location! Did a mobile order, and the drink was ready, right on time - it was well made, and the staff were super sweet and friendly. this location can be a nightmare. id love if people did their job and not talking instead of making drinks you pay high prices for. noone at register but no line youd think would be quick. no 100 coffees from apps whatever then the guys are talking about where to order food and while having their food conversation IGNORING my drink not working on it. do you think people have all day? then they guy put smallest amount of whipped creme ever. who doesnt fill the dome up? if im paying $7 for a frapp i want full whipped creme not a sample bite. its pathetic then have nerve to think your gonna tip them. tip for what to take forever be slow and give m small whipped creme then you want a tip. worst place these people dont care at all its worst management ever. read more

I realize that every visit to a Starbucks can vary a lot due to the time of day, the staff you encounter and other factors. I have been to many over the years in different locations and different countries. So Brian - why 5 stars for this one?? Well they delivered the "usual" for me (my hot venti skinny latte with 3 stevia and a grande decaf mocha for Mrs G) both to go with a couple of standard Starbucks food items. No drive thru, so I had to go in. Normally for me that would be a 3 star visit (if I bothered to review). So WHY 5 stars? [[HIGHLIGHT]]The STAFF!! The 2 I interacted with (the young lady taking my order and the young man delivering were amazing? Happy , talkative and interesting - just a really fun ambiance![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This was 10.30am on a Wednesday morning and I dare say later it would be much busier and less time to just shoot the breeze with a customer. Give them a tip people - they deserve it!! Yes I will be back :) read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I've been to this Starbucks and the customer base in this area is perfect for anytime of the day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was in during the afternoon and I had Grande Carmel Macchiato made with Starbucks Sugar Free Vanilla. I usually have the craft beverages and I had to get a drink that I normally got in the past. I also decided to get some food which I like about the convenience of wanting a drink and also getting a bite to eat. Customer customization is key to this store's success. The service was amazing! The young lady who took my order was so delightful! But, my pistachio latte was so flat that I poured it out - it wasn't worth the calories. There was hardly any pistachio flavor so it tasted weird. Years ago Starbucks was my go-to, but for the last few years I have been going to other cafes because their coffee and lattes are better. They seem to take a bit more time to make it right, and it makes a huge difference. I'll keep walking by the Starbucks on my way to another cafe like I normally do :) read more

Good location short-term parking available in front and around the coffee shop. The shop is nice make sure to order on the app to save yourself some time The staff does clean up the tables after them every so often they do have a a selection of Bakery items and it is tentatively quiet but there are many conversations happening read more

Worst location Horrible customer service!! Employees & management! * (everyone except this one big sweet jolly man that always goes above and beyond &very prompt) he wasn't there today tho To the other employees: **labels go in order, so drinks should come out like that too! I should not be waiting for a water Because of slowly placing on labels (that shouldn't be needed if I was the only person there) Still waited .. Person came in after I ordered (I was standing at the empty waiting area) This customer placed a custom frap order, with a Separate employee, asked for a warmed up cookie, paid (still my empty cups just sittin there) A third worker came in! The barista that was at the bar already was just standing waiting for this other order to print out, made his frap, warmed his cookie, gave him his order (that was way after me at this point) That customer left... And thennnn the barista put the water in the cup (Don't get how hard or why it took so long) I used to work at Starbucks so I know how things should go and the manger was not making me feel like I was heard. I'm a delivery driver trying to get back to work and stay hydrated during this heat..I don't need to hear comments while I'm still there like "Oh it's just a free water" idgaf !! a customer is a customer !! Kind of a chaotic mess. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. Food and coffee is the same passable stuff you get everywhere. Seems parking is always available . Employees are just okay; they should greet the customers and learn how to make the drinks properly. I ordered 2 of my favorite drink which is the caramel ribbon crunch with EXTRA Carmel in one and NO Whipped Cream in the other one. Sadly, they forgot my Extra Caramel and forgot the WhippedCreamin the other one. On top of that the chunks of ice was annoying. Nothing was blended properly. I've never encountered such a poorly made drink at any other location. However... Giving this location 3 STARS because I saw one of my favorite entertainers in there...lol... This morning, I walked into Starbucks with my red Make America Great Again hat. The manager thought that my hat merited a phone call to the cops to have me removed without serving me. What a disgrace this location is. I'll get my coffee from Dunkin' Donuts and never come here again. read more

This has to be one of the most depressing Starbucks locations. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bathroom is always dirty[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], [[HIGHLIGHT]]the tables outside never get wiped down[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and the staff--both cashiers and baristas are far from friendly except for the Latino Man with the beard. The only plus is the easy parking, but it seems like management isn't doing their job. Yikes. read more

This Starbucks is located in the corner spot of Beverly and Robertson, street parking only. They ran out of ingredients during the day when I wanted to try the Iced Pineapple Matcha Drink here, so had to order sth else. The outdoor seating tables are too close and not following the proper social distance. read more

The person at the register was super slow so I used mobile order. I barely completed my order and my beverage was ready. The floor outlets must not work because someone was plugged in to an outlet on the ceiling. A bad thing is they allow dogs. I got a picture of one but the other left while I was making my mobile order. They aren't service animals. read more

COVID-19 has this coffee house open with sidewalk service only. It was a hot day and we ordered two tall iced coffees. The coffees were spot on perfect and refreshing in this weather. I'll be glad when this pandemic is over so we can go inside and relax and drink our coffee. read more

This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks locations. It's located on the corner of Robertson and Beverly Boulevard next to Cedar Sinai Hospital. This location has become very unsafe with that amount of homeless people camped out. Be careful keep an eye on your kids if you bring them here. The coffee is good the danger not so much read more

I ordered the shaken apple crisp espresso. They forgot to add any syrup...just tastes espresso and oat milk...called the store and they don't pick up. Our friend picked up the order so unable to correct in store. Upset I didn't get the proper drink. read more

Very busy location but not much attention to detail and the workers do not seem to care too much about customer service. Seems like this location prioritizes on-line/app orders and keeps walk in customers waiting a long time. Took me 20 minutes to get my order, it was the wrong size and when I mentioned it they asked to see my receipt. First off, the customer is always right, second, it said VENTI right on the slip attached to the cup. What more stinking proof did you want? The fixed me a new drink in just a few minutes and it tasted fine. I will continue to be a Starbuck's customer, just not at this location. read more

Great Starbucks located right in the heart of WeHo. The store itself is extremely clean/tidy and the service at this particular location was solid. This place gets extremely Crowded but the staff was able to handle the crowd and push through product extremely prompt. I came here a few times early in the morning (5:30am) when I was still going to my appointments at Cedars clinic down the street. The staff was always friendly and attentive. They have the drinks ready when I arrive. The place seems really clean. These visits were all made prior to the March lockdown. read more

Was a big line in the morning and is conveniently located at the corner of Robertson and Beverly by the hospital. My wife went to the MAC store, so I took advantage and went to Starbucks for my daily Latte. It is your typical SB store, with a very cramped seating area outside. Across the street is a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, with a nice patio, I noticed looking out of the window. I personally go for the signature Starbucks flavor, I don't fancy any other brand besides 'Douwe Egberts Koffie', that's coffee, real coffee as we say in Holland. read more

My buddy and I ended our nighttime debauchery here. We needed some coffee and water before making the drive home, so here we came. This Starbucks location was located within half a block from where we were getting drinks for the night. Fortunately, this place was open late night. When we walked in, it was not too busy. We say mostly staff coming from or going to work at Cedars Sinai nearby. The baristas were getting ready to wrap it up for the night, and we were their last customers before closing time. I ordered a double espresso and some water. My buddy ordered some iced tea. I got some honey to go with my espresso, downed it in one go, and sipped on my water on the way back to the car. Nothing over the top can be said about this location, other than it is pretty convenient if you work at Cedars Sinai or another nearby establishment. They have longer hours than most SB locations I've been to, so that is a plus. read more

Attention to all please read!!! Do to all Starbucks as a paying customer (1-2) First of all I'm only giving a feedback 5star do to MKE the manager was very cool on replacing my coffee. The location is clean n fast. Staff is good at everyone. (2-2) I understand that there was a thing people waiting on friends etc. but as a paying customer I like to set down and enjoy my coffee get on my phone to. Everyone I go to there are homeless people there just charging there devices or the free WiFi only thing they have is a free water. Just now a bag lady with a empty pack of Oreos witch Starbucks don't sell. As a customer I like to enjoy my coffee setting down useing the WiFi. I know the management can't to anything to them but maybe corporate can or we as real customers can help this BS something needs to be done. #ImNotALone it's every race. Please do something about it. Love this location! Came here this morning to grab a sausage, egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich along with a tea so I can use my Star Reward points. Everything was great and the staff was vibrant and fun for an early Sunday morning! I got my tea, then picked up an extra cup of whipped cream for my Pooch that was with me. (They didn't charge me so I'm not sure if that was a complimentary item from them or not but it was very nice of them!) I noticed a long time had passed and my breakfast sandwich wasn't ready yet. From what it had appeared they didn't make it yet -which was okay since I was in no rush. But what made it even greater was that the barista, Mahali (sorry if I butchered the name) didn't even care to argue, got right to it and made a new one immediately. On top of that awesome customer service and attentiveness, he refunded my money! I was so appreciative because he did this all while still having a smile on his face and ensuring I had a nice customer experience. Thanks Mahali! I'll be back again soon :) you and your team rock. read more

Worst. Starbucks. Ever. MY G-D!! I almost had a complete meltdown in this PATHETIC store on Beverly & Robertson last night. The kids working in there don't even know how to use the $15,000 Clover machine. Place was FILTHY too! Sadly - this is the closest coffee shop to my house, but I think I'll never walk in there again. They were well balanced and not overly sweet, which I always appreciate since you can actually taste the quality of the espresso. We spent some time enjoying the outdoor seating and it ended up being one of my favorite parts of the visit. This place is so cute that I've driven by it a million times thinking it was a fancy restaurant - not a cute hidden gem coffee shop! This particular shop is incredibly popular and always full but if you're lucky you'll get a seat in their adorable little outdoor area. They have some belly up counter style seats along the sidewalk and also a side garden with a few tables & chairs, plus some cute cushions on the steps for ground seating. Once again, I'm obsessed with the aesthetics at a Verve location. They really seem to focus on rustic wood vibes inside and incorporating nature in a fun way. I always love their flash nitro cold brew here. It's so smooth and refreshing! I also tried their matcha and loved it. Plus their chocolate chip sea salt cookie was money. I'm sure I'll be back to Verve in WeHo! Really enjoyed it yesterday.

My daughter tried a strawberry matcha iced drink for the first time and absolutely loved it. I had a taste of hers as well, and I thought it was really good too. They also have a selection of pastries that you can grab to enjoy with your coffee or take with you. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit to Alfred Coffee. The drinks were delicious, and it was a great stop while exploring the area. The next time we're back in West Hollywood, we'll definitely stop by again!

We waited in line for about 45 minutes to an hour, only to find out that they ran out of sliders. We were incredibly disappointed. I wish they could have put up a sign of some sort to let everyone know they ran out. However, the place itself was nice, and I did end up getting a latte. Although the latte was good, I don't see myself coming back due to the long wait and them being prone to running out of goods.

My friend also had a Fusion Mocha Shake which he said tasted great with the right amount of mocha flavoring for his taste. We spoke to the owner/baker after we ate to compliment his desserts. I asked how business was and he said unfortunately slow. He mentioned how restaurants in general were having a hard time in the current uncertain economy. It has nothing to do with his products. The consistency was like as if you were to blend a bunch of avocados until it became a purée and added enough lemon acidic juice until it was slightly more watery and unpalatable. Then the kicker, pickled veggies! I could cry. Who in the chef came up with this?! It's the most unbalanced thing I've ever had in my life! With something already saturated with lemon, why are you serving me pickled vegetables? Would you also like to serve me a cup of vinegar juice to wash it down with? I vowed never ever to come back, until... I tried their lattes. Hear me out, they make their own syrups. Lattes are amazing, fire, 10 out of 10! So I'll come back for those, and I do, consistently. As for the food and the pastries, who knows maybe they do serve something good in this restaurant, but the first experience was such a miss, that I'm not gonna risk my tastebuds trying to find that out. There's too many really good restaurants in LA. Fool me once... As for the service itself: the managers, the employees, they're amazing; 10 out of ten nice neighborly great people.
