We have been coming here for the past 5 years or so and have always had a decent experience. The reps are usually pleasant enough, but not to the point for me to go out of my way to write a review. However today, Kanin one of the reps, made our experience extra awesome! So much so that I felt it was one of the best experiences I have had coming to this Nespresso (been coming here for 5 years now) Kanin was very professional , covered the product line and was accommodating to our requests. He had a positive attitude and gave off the impression that he could be store manager some day. He had a great attitude, it gives me hope for humanity. He made our day!!! I am very happy I had a great experience at this store! I always buy my nespresso pods in amazon but so glad I found this place. The worker that helped me was super nice and he offered that I could try some of their flavors. Of course I had to!! They have a discount for new members and definitely use it to your advantage if you buy pods pretty often ($32 for 50 pods/5 flavors). I don't why but the place gave me a vibe like an Apple Store and they really assist you with what you need and happy to answer any questions you have! After reading several not-so-good reviews of the Beverly Hills "Nespresso Boutique Bar", I was a bit skeptical if I would be receiving the same type of treatment from the staff as some of the other Yelpers. However, my experience was a pleasant and positive one. I came here with my lady during the morning of Sunday 7/28/2024 at around 11:05am. Parking on the surface streets of Beverly Hills is not the easiest but you can take full advantage of a nearby parking garage (in between Starbucks and Crate & Barrel) that allows up to 2 hours free. As for the interior of this location, it has a little bit more merchandise and square footage than some of their other locations. The most prominent display is a plant wall complete with an "N" in the middle that stands for "Nespresso". They even have a bright orange counter with an employee on-site that demonstrates how the different machines are used. I also wanted to add that you'll also notice a large LED TV that shows some of what Nespresso sells (coffee pods, machines, accessories, etc). And of course the large size of this location means it is fully stocked with so many sleeves of coffee and espresso for purchase. Since we came here during the heart of summer, I specifically wanted Nespresso Vertuo pods that cater towards iced drinks. I purchased three sleeves (10 pods each) of their Iced Leggero (for iced coffee) and one sleeve (10 pods each) of the Scuro (for iced lattes/mochas). Since I've been using Nespresso pods dating back to 2021, I have a general idea of what my purchases will be. For the most part, I come into the brick-and-mortar stores but I also purchase through their website as well as Amazon. The lady that helped us was very engaging while genuinely enjoying her job which was the polar opposite from some of the negative Yelp reviews that I read. I also wanted to point out that we were also given a couple of complimentary pods to take home with us. And since I like to be environmentally friendly, I also requested several recyclable UPS bags where I can put my used Nespresso pods. All in all, the Beverly Hills "Nespresso Boutique Bar" exceeded their expectations with excellent customer service, a well-lit display, and an overall positive shopping experience. I snagged a fantastic Nespresso machine from Facebook Marketplace - a gem! Started with Nespresso pods from Amazon. I checked out the store on a Sunday to taste some flavors. Ivan kindly allowed me to try the daily pod, but remember you can only sample one specific flavor daily. I Bought a new flavor and got samples. The store's vibe is lovely, filled with espresso machines, merchandise, glasses, cups, and all the Nespresso pods you can imagine. Ivan even threw in samples and a bag for used pods - bonus! Overall, it was a great experience, though my primary mission was flavor sampling before the online order. You can also chill with your coffee there, but I didn't stick around. Parking- two hours of free parking. I'm not a big fan of Beverly Hills traffic and crowds, but hey, I'm from Santa Monica and work in Beverly Hills on Sundays, so that's how I ended up here. Beautiful store and great place for first time Nespresso shoppers! Very knowledgeable and patient staff; nice display of all the different models and pods. Also a much quieter and more elegant place to get a cup of coffee than most of the other cafes or coffee drink places in Beverly Hills. I love their window side seating area with a beautiful wall of plants and comfy sofa. Wish their coffee bar would have as many flavors as the pods they offer but must give a shout out to their all-paper, including the lid, coffee cups. Heaven on earth what an experience. My husband and I were staying at the mayborune and I walked to the cafe to pick up some pods- WOWOWOWOW! Ok the assortment is insane and something I very much would have overlooked ordering online as I usually do. So many amazing new collaborations and options $175 and like 12-15 sleeves later I have been looking forward to my morning coffee like never before. I'm a new person because of it ha! Not exaggerating. And I learned so much abt the brand by going to the flagship store so now I will remember to look for the special offerings. What an experience! This place is a coffee lovers dream! When you walk in your greeted and you wait for someone to assist you with purchasing a machine and/or coffee pods. I love you can see all of their machines up close and they have a display on each counter with the nespresso pods they order. I love how knowledgeable the staff is about the nespresso pods and able to describe the flavor profile. This is really helpful when your new to the world of nespresso. Linda the manager here in this picture is awful. The worst. The other employees working here were great. I had to wait so long for my turn - the new que system is terrible. Linda inserted herself in my conversations with the employees. She is a micromanager and doesn't let the employees do their job. She is bossy and mean. I liked their simple menu. I went for the Hazelnut Latte. The barista was really pleasant and helpful. My coffee was really pretty quickly. So disappointed by the rude and unprofessional service by a young man with black hair and glasses who served me on July 24 at 12:30. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. Not only did he not inform me that it was a charge to receive a coffee sample which I have gotten free from other Nespresso stores.. But he told me to "sit down and you don't have to watch me while I make it." Then he laughed rudely. Never have I been treated so poorly in an Nespresso store. Customer service training needed! They moved down a few stores from their original location and now its smaller and no cafe for food. Cafe bar is still closed due to covid which I'm so disappointed because I really wanted to try different drinks so I can try at home with their capsules. I usually like to shop and enjoy a small meal and coffee at their bar and I'm so sadden, it's gone. I was here on the July 4th week for their sale. Buy 5 sleeves get 1 free, buy 10 sleeves get 2 free, and 25% off accessories. First I was ignored, then after standing there for about 7 minutes looking lost a sales rep asked if I needed help. Service was ok, but definitely didn't feel the enthusiasm and excitement as the Newport Beach and Glendale location. *Fantastico Nespresso" Nespresso pods aren't the easiest to obtain - you either order directly from their website or Amazon Prime. The only way to buy them on the spot is directly from Nespresso Boutique stores and some Bloomingdales stores too but their variety stock is limited. Problem is, there's only ONE Nespresso store on the Westside that's right here in Beverly Hills. Made sure to get here early and before the BH Triangle got busy with people on their holiday shopping sprees. Lucky for me, there was no wait upon my arrival, and was in & out with what I needed in less than 5 minutes. And also received a free gift pack with 2 pods. Aria, fulfilled the order in a flash and he was very friendly & genuine while displaying perfect professionalism. The store was very clean & organized as usual and when it's not busy, it's a seamless process. There's 2hr free parking lots all over the area unless you circle the streets and feed the meter. Today, I parked in the structure connected to the Montage, and then walked a few blocks to stretch my legs. Thankfully I was already in the neighborhood and didn't have to go out of my way this time. But it would be really nice if Nespresso had a couple more stores on the Westside or neighboring Beach Cities. read more

When I first began shopping for my Nespresso coffee pods, they gave customers a free cup of coffee for bringing pods to recycle. They discontinued that in relatively short order much to my disappointment. This store also has a wide selection of Nespresso machines and both coffee cups and glasses that a stylish and pretty. I'm sure that you'll enjoy drinking coffee from them as I do, and I'm sure that your guests will like them, too. I suppose that the major advantage of going to this store instead of ordering online is getting some advice without having to experiment and paying for pods that you don't really enjoy, but seeing their selection of coffee accessories, machines and cups adds another dimension to the selection of coffee that you can make online from home. Also, I should add that at least two times I had problems with the Nespresso website; so I called this store on the phone, and placed my order with a live, courteous person who had my order promptly delivered. read more

Very elegant place. Large store with lots of seating at the front and a large display of coffee pods in the back. So many flavors to chose from. You can sample coffee before purchasing for free. Since we have a Nespresso machine at home we ended up buying few boxes of coffee and few boxes of their delicious caramel salted dark chocolate squares. Tastes so good with the Coffee. We tried to sit and have a cup of coffee/cappuccino at the cafe but the service was so slow that after waiting in line for 10 mins and not getting anyone's attention we decided it leave. The design of the store is very modern, lots of areas to sit at, comfy chairs, sofas, tables and chairs. Perfect place for business meetings or hanging out with friends. Environment of the store is totally zen and I loved the decor. I was eager to purchase a Nespresso for Christmas (family gift) but due to the poor customer service, I felt like there was no need to invest in a product here. Disappointed with customer service, I asked if there was a price list and was told "I'm busy I can't help you." Not sure if she was overwhelmed with the customers at the time but she definitely was not friendly nor willing to sell any products. This employee would benefit from a performance evaluation. This is one of those places that you wonder... "how on earth do they stay in business?". Sure, one of their coffee machines could set you back $600, but how many are they selling of these things in a day? The "boutique" seems to exist as a meeting place for the beautiful people of Beverly Hills. You can buy a limited selection of coffee drinks. No food. Lots of different (but all terribly cool) seating options. This is a large, designed to within an inch of its life space. It's sort of cacophonous so working or meeting here doesn't feel comfortable to me. And despite being part of an international coffee brand, I didn't love my simple cup of black with cream. It's a puzzle really. But if you need a little cup of OK coffee or a coffee maker as much as your car payment, this is your place. read more

I usually buy coffee pods online but I decided to come by in store for the first time. I was able to recycle some of my old coffee pods at the door and was greeted for a complimentary drink at the Nespresso bar before being paired with a sales associate to buy pods. I was then able to look at the booklet they have and pick the pods that were best for me. ALLISON AT THE TASTING BAR IS THE KINDEST!! She has the best energy and was so sweet and gave me amazing recommendations. The store is very modern and well kept. However, in all honesty, I will say that not all the sales associates are the kindest but I totally get not everyone is having the best day, I think some more customer service training for some of the others would be helpful. While I enjoy the entire concept of Nespresso, I think it's a bit overrated. I've been to a couple of their locations, but I must admit that this one is certainly beats out the other. My 3 star review is based on the lack of service from my latest visit. My buddy and I sat at one of the small tables. It took forever for the woman to come over, and she disappeared after our lattes were brought to the table. We had to hunt her down for our bill. My lattes and drinks have been pretty standard. I doubt that people come here specifically for the drinks, but rather for the meeting space. It's a great location for meetings. The large space provides a convenient meeting space for professional from all industries. Nespresso is crawling with people dropping in for a quick meeting, or those who need a regular place to work out of. It seems to work for everyone. If you're looking for a working space, Nespresso will probably work well for you. There are different types of tables, chairs, couches, and seating arrangements to accommodate to every customer. This location is conveniently located on Beverly Drive, with a public parking garage across the street. 90 minutes free (hint- drive out and go back in if you don't want to pay, LOL) Not that I've done it myself... read more

I used to love the entire Nespresso concept - but I fear they entirely lost it. I returned two bags of capsules to recycle (which implies I had grossed at least a couple of hundred with Nespresso before) and other than promised, they did not even invite me for a coffee. I bought new coffee - and while the cartons did not show any sign of damage, ALL capsules insite had dents. I did recognize this as very poor quality control, but thought "what the heck" - after all I put the machine - and then.... the first one imploded. Coffee everywhere - a complete mess. Our machine does not work anymore - and cleaning it costs more than buying a new one. As if this was not enough, I had friends and bragged how good their maccacrons are - and they really were at times. I bought 12 for the four of us - we wanted to munch them on our stroll to Rodeo Drive - and they were so dry we threw em away. NOW I do understand why the place was empty. I do very well recall when you had to stand in line to get in. Those days seem to be gone for good. Last but not least: I did go back and try to voice my concerns, but was asked to write. When being in the store, I took the attached image. Nespresso has obviously built a fancy machine that visually represents as if there were real barista at work. But if you look closely - they must have reduced their standards from professionals to some sort of monkeys - at least a low standard where they have to explain how to use the machine in BOLD steps. Nespresso as a company is a fraud. I received a coffee machine as a gift. It included a gift receipt, image below. The gift receipt clearly says that the product can be returned within 30 days if not opened. I took the unopened product within 30 days to the store, but the extremely rude associate (photo below) stated that "she knows what the receipt says," but the company policy is that they will not rerun a product without the original person who bought it present (so what's the point of this gift receipt?), they also refused to give me store credit or a gift card because apparently that's also not their policy. They said the company policy is that they will only exchange. I called the customer service, and another rude person said the same thing. I will try to find the time to take them to court just to make a point. read more
