Starbucks makes my day. Idk what they do: coffee is always great and it just makes me happy

This Starbucks is pretty busy, but they work really fast to get everyone out as quickly as possible! Took less than a minute to order and about 10-15 minutes to get my drink. Normally I would say that's a long wait, but there were about 10 orders ahead of me so having to wait that amount isn't too bad! I only got a drink and left but most of the tables were full with people working at 8am just a heads up if you plan on doing some work here!

    BEST STARBUCKS WORKERS EVER!!!

I loved the service workers are so nice and friendly they gave me another drink when I didn't like my first one, highly recommended! The environment is very friendly too !

I only recently started to go to this Starbucks and I swear it is a hidden gem. I say this because every time I come here, it's never busy! Don't get me wrong, there is a great flow of traffic but never where I'm waiting more than a minute or two to order. I'm not sure if it's because this Starbucks doesn't have a drive-thru but whatever it is, I'm grateful. Any other Starbucks I go to takes forever and definitely has me waiting longer than I would like. The workers are always friendly and efficient in getting out the orders ASAP! I see they do a lot of mobile orders as well. My go to drink is a dirty chai with sweet cold foam & they make is perfectly every single time. If you're looking for a low key Starbucks that will have you in and out in 5 minutes or less, this spot is for you! Mind you, I come to this Starbucks anytime between 6:45 AM - 7-15 AM. So if you don't mind getting out of your car, you have found your forever Starbucks spot.

The best Starbucks in the area! I love coming here for both personal coffee and business (grabbing coffee and snacks for my customers). Karen is awesome. She is always so helpful and has a smile on her face. One time I stopped by and they were having "coffee with cops" and the local and county police were in Starbucks just hanging out and talking to the locals. It seems like they do a lot for the community at this particular location! Parking is plentiful. If there isn't any parking in their lot you can cross the parking lot street and go near publix but it isn't a far walk at all. Bathrooms and store itself are very clean. They decorate so cutely for the holidays!

I have been coming here for about a good year now since my wife got me more into coffee. This Starbucks location has been super accommodating to me with all sorts of crazy combination requests for my desired coffee. They are quick and efficient and there is this one doughnut I have been staring at for a long long time now that one day me and that doughnut will meet and it will be a glorious moment. Until then, I'm going to keep chugging away at some good wholesome coffee!

Went in for a Blonde Roast and Lemon Cake. They didn't have enough blonde roast left so they said it would take 2 minutes to brew, it was more like 7 minutes. Regardless, the coffee was great, as usual and the lemon cake moist and sweet--just perfect. The place is a good size inside but only a few tables to sit at, and a long wooden group table. The patio outside has lots of seating and is nice. It's pretty noisy here.

Great service and my coffee was delicious! Went to study but the inside has no seating because of covid, but there was plenty of great space outside.

Starbucks in the Westin shopping plaza. This location has plenty of available parking, WiFi, and seating for patrons. Drinks were consistent. I wasn't too pleased that Starbucks requires emails and names for login to their WiFi now but the ATT connection absolute garbage in the area.

Before how beautiful are these decorations!

I am so disheartened, I came to this store today only to see that there are no decorations, where's the heart and the soul of this place, Starbucks' are supposed to be the go to space for the community, and unfortunately this place no longer hold that value for me, my family or my friends! Great service by the Baristas but where's the beautiful energy and more importantly where's Agatha?! e, we miss seeing diversity but still knowing that Starbucks' all over will have similar beverages, even if you go to a Chinatown Starbucks and then go to a Harvard Starbucks it's different but holds the same value?

    Samantha S.

I really like this Starbucks. I like how it's set up, the atmosphere is very nice and the baristas are very nice as well. Interestingly enough this is the Starbucks my sister met her husband at so there is that. It's a nice starbucks to get a good cup and honor sit and relax

When you add in the fact that it's the cutest location too, this place is an absolute can't-miss! But literally, make sure you keep an eye out for Bamboo Grove signs while you're driving because it's easy to miss. Whole Latte Monkeys is in a little van in a patio area, where there is also a food truck. I got an iced matcha latte with lavender, and it came in the cutest little can. At $8.99 it's definitely on the expensive side, but I also feel like the portion was pretty big. The quality was DEFINITELY there. It was absolutely delicious. The area is cute too. I brought my laptop to work for a while in the shade, and there were groups ranging from families with little kids to people on their lunch breaks. It was such a calming place to relax or to work, and being outside is always nice. The only thing that keeps me from going back more regularly is the price, but it's such a great place.

I didn't realize how close this place was to me so I will definitely be visiting more frequently. Their set up is nice. There is a shared area where you can sit under the shade and there is a turf area where it looks like they have some things to keep children entertained for a bit so this place is also family friendly. The space is shared with another truck but I think they serve food. At Whole Latte Monkeys I was sad to see that the truck was not open on the inside, but from what I could see, the set up and decor inside the truck was very cute. I placed my order at the window, and got a Lavender iced Matcha latte with oat milk, a vanilla latte with oat milk and a Papito Chulo with oat milk. As I was ordering, I realized some of the names of the drinks are named after some of the monkeys they have shown on display in the truck which was a very cute touch. I wasn't able to read the stories of the monkeys, but I will certainly ask next time. The cashier/barista was very kind and patient while I decided what to order. I wasn't too crazy about the matcha, because I love a stronger, more astringent matcha, but the Papito Chulo was a hit and I would come back for that drink. Overall such a cute spot, great coffee and a hidden gem in this area. I'd definitely come back with friends and family to grab a drink, walk around the garden and relax.

They do have a wide variety of coffee flavors as well as signature and seasonal coffees/lattes they seem to have on rotation. Today, we ordered the Iced Caramel Macchiato, Iced Cinnamon Roll Latte, Spicy Beef Empanada, and their Key lime Pie. The coffees were good, but in my opinion, their pastries and snacks tasted better and left a bigger impression on me. The coffee flavors, I felt like I can find them elsewhere but the key lime pie was nice- just sweet enough and right level of tartness. The spicy beef empanada was nice too or maybe I was just hungry. You make sure to try it and let me know if it was really good or no. They offer indoor and outdoor seating but are both limited so get there at the right time or be ready for Togo. The interior is cleanly decorated and they seem to have put in a lot of time hand writing out the special menu and seasonal items. Yes I would recommend this place to others. Yes I would definitely visit the Wild Mug Coffee Bar again.

She politely approached the truck and was told that they do not provide cups of water and that bottled water was available for purchase. When she explained she only wanted a little water to finish her drink, she was again told no and encouraged to buy a bottle instead. She politely declined and returned to her table where my kids were. As she was explaining the interaction to me and my son, an employee who had been cleaning a nearby table abruptly interrupted the conversation and said, "If you want free water, go to Starbucks." My wife was understandably surprised and said, "Excuse me?" The woman then made it very clear that she was the owner and proceeded to say things such as: "What coffee shop gives free water?" "Why do people always want everything for free?" "If you don't like our ways, you can leave and go to Starbucks." My wife calmly explained that she had not come there to argue, especially over a cup of water that had already been denied and was no longer a big deal. She also reminded the owner that we were paying customers and had not asked for anything for free. In fact, my wife had generously tipped before being treated this way. I told my wife to keep me on the phone and I seen the owner continuing to pace around my wife ranting about people wanting things for free. Another employee, who appeared to be her daughter, was heard telling her in Spanish, "Ma, ya, basta" ("Mom, enough"), but the owner continued. She then sarcastically offered my wife sink water now and remarked, "You can drink it at your own risk," but while continuing to tell her to leave and go somewhere else for free water. The entire interaction was bizarre, awkward, and honestly shocking. My wife and kids sat there completely puzzled and offended. I told my wife to leave and she did but not before telling the owner that they would gladly leave but that, as a business owner herself, she should work on her customer service before running her business into the ground over her mouth. What was most surprising was that other customers witnessed the exchange too. I heard over the phone while my wife was walking out a customer say "that's not right". My wife said the couple also got up and left too. Overall, between the overpriced coffee, lack of Wi-Fi that my wife said they told her they don't share with customers and most importantly the incredibly rude and unprofessional treatment by the owner herself, this is not a place we will be ever visiting again or recommending as locals. All that unprofessional treatment over my wife asking for a cup of water to dilute their overly sweet and overpriced drinks, what a joke.
