Quick and efficient service! My order is always correct and the customer service is always on par. I customized my drink to a cookies and cream type and it's delicious! Drive through wasn't so busy either.

This is my go-to Starbucks store! Other stores near me don't make the drinks well, but this exact place makes it right every time! I also enjoy trying drinks I find from social media, and the workers here don't have any problems with the complicated order!

a hand holding a cup of iced coffee

The drive thru line took 23 minutes and there wasn't even a lot of cars. I haven't been here in years because of how slow they are I usually drive 10 minutes to one for better service, this one is 3 minutes from my house. Decided to try them again, wrong choice. My daughters drink was half empty it looks like it was drank out of. Didn't notice until I got home. When I got to window there were a lot of workers. Not sure how they are so slow. I paid cash and they still asked for tip. Nope!

New Year's morning, 2020. Wonderful weather and my mother happen to be in town with me; less fun plan though I had to stop by the office and wrap up some year end stuff. I ordered two cup of coffee from my app and to pick up on my way to the office. At the Starbucks drive thro, the guy picked up the conversation has a cheering, gentle and welcoming voice. He politely helped checked their system but didn't found my order. Then I looked up from my phone and realized that i set it up at a different location, purely my fault! I got a little disappointed about myself and starting to think of something superstitious that I might have ruined the start of a promising 2020!!! I decided to let it go and ordered again. Anything bad will be gone with the order at the other location and I am a strong woman that I will never let a cup of coffee ruin my new year! However, he must have heard the disappointment from my voice though I tried to hide it. I was about to pay with my credit card at the window when he kindly told me that it is free of charge since I already ordered, regardless that I selected the wrong pick up location. I don't know if every startbucks would do so for wrong pick-up locations or if it is a generous favor to me on the new year's morning. I am more than satisfied not because of the free coffee, but the kind heart from them that they hear what their customer feels and tried their best to comfort their customers!

Asked my sister to get a coffee for me. She goes through the drive through, drives to me and hands me a coffee that has a quarter of it missing. We go back because we just paid $5 for a not full coffee. The guy at the counter doesn't apologize, he argues it saying that it comes with whipped cream. Whipped cream shouldn't be a quarter of the coffee!! How rude. No offer for a refund he just said he'd remake it. at this point I'm just going to dunkin across the street from now on.

It's a Starbucks, pretty standard. I took stars off because it is pretty slow. The drive thru is consistently out of control and takes forever. Not as much seating as the Town Square location because most of the store is dedicated to the line corral.

Heading further in, you'll find the ordering counter, and you can even catch a glimpse of coffee beans being roasted, which adds a nice touch to the atmosphere. They offer both a seasonal menu and a straightforward regular menu, making it easy to find something you like. Overall, the environment felt calm and laid-back. The building looks like it was converted from a church, and the back seating area has some high stained glass windows. In the middle of the cafe is a narrow hallway/corridor where the supply closet and the single stall bathroom is, so it segments the cafe into two areas, connected by this hallway in the center. The design feels very clearly like a remnant of an old historic building, and a brick alleyway runs along one side. In the space/room where you order (walking through the seating area and through the hallway), it opens up with huge windows and a huge industrial coffee grinder on full display. There's another counter to order, with a few pastry options, and along another side wall, a rack of F&H clothes for purchase and the drink menus. (The aesthetic reminded me of Blue Bottle.) I ordered an iced Whiskey Vanilla Latte with oak milk and it was good! I couldn't taste any whiskey at all, and when I ordered the barista had mentioned this (cooked off so you wouldn't taste it) so it was a decent vanilla latte. I'll give them props for a really cool unique flavor. We all grabbed our drinks and headed (back through the hallway) into the other room with the seating area. There is a small section with a couch, otherwise lots of tables and chairs and I was glad it wasn't too crowded so we were able to grab a table. This was a great spot to grab coffee and meet up with friends. It's in a neat little downtown area in Wheaton, and they offer creative coffee drinks, with beans and merch to purchase.

When I approached the counter no one acknowledged me so I said hi and an employee said hello back but didn't offer to take my order, so I assumed I needed to order at the tablet which is located before the seating and counter area. While placing my order, multiple people walked past me and ordered at the counter, so that was a little confusing. Those people were eating inside, though, so I thought maybe you need to use the tablet for take-out and order at the counter for eating in. To be honest, I'm still not sure. I assume if a person approaches the counter the employee should do more than just say hello and keep working, especially when I had to say it first, so that was a bit off-putting. I had perused their menu before my trip and wanted to try the breakfast pizza but when I saw it in person it looked old and dry so I decided to try the rice crispy treat instead. Well, it was so hard I had to microwave it when I got home just to be able to eat it. While it didn't taste stale, I don't think you should serve a rock hard rice crispy to someone and ask $4.50 to boot. All that said, the iced latte I ordered was exceptionally good, so I kept that in mind for the future. A few days ago I went back and ordered the same exact latte (via their app this time), just in a larger size. It tasted nothing like the one in January. Not only that, but after taking a sip and inquiring about getting some packets of sugar, I was told there were some around the corner from the counter. All I saw was fake sugar in packets and Sugar In The Raw in an open container with a spoon. Maybe I missed where the regular sugar was, I don't know. The whole area felt really disorganized and dirty which was a turn-off. For what they charge I expect fresher food and a consistent drink experience. I want to support small businesses but this place makes that hard. I won't be back.

OMG OMG... Get the Ube filled brioche donut!…read more I've been to several Tous Les Jours and this location is hands down my favorite. It's fairly large with several indoor spots to sit and stay awhile. The staff members were so nice!! I recommend coming earlier in the day to try and take advantage of everything being stocked. I came in on a Friday around 430pm and although the options were slim, I was able to get a few delicious items. Back to the Ube donut. UGH!! FULLY filled that I spilled so much of it on myself when I took the first bite. Worth it haha. The Ube actually tastes like Ube. AH! I cannot rave enough about how good this was. It was creamy, sweet but not overly sweet and so frickin delicious. The dough of the donut itself was perrrrrrf too. I actually came back the following day and got another 2 Ube donuts haha. I also got a red bean donut, a slice of the strawberry cloud cake a slice of the chocolate cloud cake and the soufflé cheesecake. I normally like red bean but I think bc the Ube donut was so good, it was impossible to compete with. The strawberry (and chocolate) cloud cakes were fluffy and not overly sweet. The Ube latte was almost 7 dollars and it was literally all milk with zero Ube flavor at all, it was the most disappointing Ube latte we've ever had. The iced ginger looked like the Korean ginger tea jars they sell at H-Mart, nothing fancy. The name of the bakery sounds fancy because it's in French and there are locations all over Illinois. They sell French and Korean infused pastries and cakes that are a bit pricier than most. I think they should at least have nice boxes to put the pastries in rather than wrapping it up in plastic and stuffing it in a plastic bag. There weren't many options and service was eh. The lady who rang us up wasn't very friendly and ignored my husband a few times.

I ended up getting a karak chai and a gulab jamun cheese cake to go for $15 including $2 tip. The chai was too hot to drink right away but I kept sneaking tiny sips until it cooled off. It wasn't great, but I thought it would be better once I could get a good swallow of it. Wrong. The tea was extremely bitter (a sign of over-boiling or using too much tea leaves) and I wasn't able to discern any spices. I tried to doctor it up once I got home, but nothing helped so it went down the drain. Blech. The cheese cake should have been delicious, but it was drying out from sitting in the case too long. It was very stiff, and the outside was turning to plastic. (Not literally, but it looked and felt like it.) I didn't finish that either.
