They take 10+ minutes even when not crowded. Staff is undertrained with the holiday drink menu plus poor customer service. Im disappointed I waited 15 mins for drinks that were made wrong and on top of it all the work staff was rude about. I think my approach was appropriate but oh well, ill never return. read more

What a SHITHOLE! I walk up to filthy windows, the place had customers ordering and drinking coffee. I needed to use the restroom, there was one out of order and the other was occupied. I waited 15 minuets for the person to come out and finally a employee knocked on the door and said "a customer needs to use the restroom " the was a inaudible reply. Apparently there was a homeless person taking advantage of the tolerance policy. read more

I love coming here.. I come as often as I can for the perfect cup of coffee and since I am a snack lover I have to get a yummy delicious muffin to start off my day.... The Chocolate Caramel Muffin is by far one of my favorites here.. And those Cake Pops.. Mmmmm.. You just have to try them!! I love how they always greet me with a big smile.. I love coffee so needless to say I frequent many different Starbucks in different areas of the city and I usually don't have negative things to say about most Starbucks, but this Starbucks although big and with lots of space was not ideal for me as it was not clean, the tables looked as if they had not been wiped down for hours and the trash cans looked as they had not been emptied. The service was good and the baristas were very friendly, but part of the Starbucks experience is to be able to come into a clean store where you can enjoy your drink, luckily my coffee was to go but I would seriously recommend this store to clean every so often to make the visit more enjoyable. read more

Horrible customer service! I was there this morning around 7:10am, there were 4 employees standing around chit chatting behind the counter and did not acknowledge me for a few minutes; I was the only customer there! I finally was able to place my order but was given attitude from the cashier. When I got my coffee, they had given me a different drink so they had to remake it, again I was the only customer in the store and they still didn't get my order right. When I finally got the correct drink and asked for a sleeve, the barista just threw the sleeve on to of my cup. I don't think I'll be going to this particular Starbucks anymore. I started working in the area and was looking for a chill spot I could stop by for a quick cup of coffee or to do some work away from the office. The vibes are relaxed and not too loud, I just wish they had more cushioned seats. But the great staff and fast wifi more than made up that. Will def be coming here more often. read more

Today I decided to place my order on the mobile app so I wouldn't have to wait when I arrived to the location. I walk in n I see no drink on the counter, I ask the cashier if my order way ready n she replies "are u sure u chose the right location" ummm yes I'm pretty sure she looks at a printed ticket n totally forgot about my order it was already almost 10 minutes of time being wasted. It doesn't end there the female making my drink calls out my name n it's not the drink I ordered! I was already irritated! It's kind of secluded in a small shopping center with no drive thru, so I feel like the staff is more focused on quickly serving the patrons without the distractions of drive thru orders and heavy shopping mall foot traffic. Spacious inside, thought they can use an extra table or two. Conveniently located across from Whittier (Presbyterian?) Hospital, so they probably get some folks who walk or drive over, as a better option to hospital cafeteria or vending machine coffee. read more

Since I work in the area, I've been regularly coming to this Starbs for close to 6 years or so. The staff has been consistently amazing! Very very nice people that hooked me up with tasty drinks while I studied there day after day. The location is perfect in the sense that it's on a major street and is just a couple blocks from my job. However, seating is not the coziest and the outdoor seating area leaves something to be desired. My favorite place to sit? On the stools :) nice and quiet over there. read more
