Five stars for customer service. Every time I've come in they have fully stocked wide variety of fresh donuts. It has always been clean and not too busy which I appreciate. The only down side is the area it is located is not the nicest in my opinion. We always leave happy customers they even pay attention to the smallest details making sure your donuts aren't a mess by the time you get home! read more

I bought this extreme melt this morning. This is a favorite of mine. It cost $11.04. This particular one tasted horrible. The bagel is so dark. The bagel has a weird sour smell to it. It was super tough to eat. I called yum yum to complain and all I got was an I'm sorry. No please come back so we can make it right for you. Nothing. Nothing worse then ordering a bunch of donuts and getting back home to learn that they were all HORRIBLE and STALE! Everything was bad. Stale!! I shared these with others and every single one of them said their donuts were dry and stale and had a funny taste as if they had been left out for days. Waste of Money!! This was around 12:30p on a Friday afternoon. There's NO EXCUSE! Never again! Shame on this business. read more

I've been here a couple times and it's always the same experience. Customer service is great! All the employees I've ever dealt with have been very kind, friendly and helpful. The donuts are okay. The cake donuts are fine, the bars are mediocre, and I'm not a huge fan of their old fashion recipe. I am on the hunt for the perfect maple bar and this place is middle of the road. The store itself is always busy so I've never sat inside to eat the donuts because it's often full when I go in there morning or afternoon. For me the best thing they offer are their mini donuts! I have two little ones and these are absolutely perfect! The kids can choose more than 1 kind and they are a great size! read more

On Veterans Day I read about a free donut and gave it a shot, no harm no fowl. When I went inside I asked the only employee for the free donut and she responded with I only speak Spanish. Ok then, I spoke to her in Spanish and then she said that they were not giving out a free donut. So online Yum Yum says just walk in and just ask. I really do think you should advertise something and not follow through, all the other freebie veterans deals were honored, but the reason I'm giving it one star it's because she said she didn't speak English and that's not how businesses operate, so what if a person who only speaks English walks in then what? They get no service?. I'm sorry Yum Yum, but at least hire someone with bilingual customer service instead of discriminating against people who only speak English. Came in approximately at 8am and didn't leave til about 8:30. Ordered a pastrami sandwich, coffee cake and one maple donut. Cost us $10.40??? Waited nearly 30 mins for a pastrami sandwich. The female worker didn't speak English and she told me in spanish that she only understood spanish so my husband helped translated, no problem. But now she doesn't understand him and he's spoken Spanish his whole life.... so after sometime she figured it out. I'm guessing she's new, she had no idea what each donut or things called. Now waiting on my pastrami....about 30 mins. Don't believe me? Ask management to check the camera....when they call me for my food I got to the register and the woman had no clue what we ordered. Disappointing to find out a donut is 1.29 and coffee cake is 2.49??? We left. Got home and there was a dog fur in my pastrami. I'm not coming back. This is the closest donut shop to me that is open 24 hours and accepts credit cards. I have never had a bad experience coming here. Their prices are not expensive and they have good quality donuts. My favorite is the chocolate on chocloate no sprinkles. So good! The parking here is always packed because the area is small and it is next to bank of america and chase. I normally come here late at night because I'm weird and that's the only time I want donuts. I came last night and the guy working was really nice and helpful. It was late at night so I know people working late hours aren't always in the best mood so it was nice to have good customer service. I wish I could have donuts every day but I would be a blimp, so I enjoy this place every so often. read more

Updating my review as they have improved service and also because I didn't see any perv old Hispanic males who make a visit very uncomfortable. Anyway, ordered bagels, donuts and coffee and everything was delicious! Bagels were a bit to burned. Coffee was great and the price very affordable. I will continue to visit ! I ordered donuts for my staff for Valentine's Day and went in the night before to order and prepay. When I went to pick them up after waiting 20 minutes I am told my order was cancelled and they did not make them. Sadly, I was not able to take treats to my staff. It's sad to say once you've been to this Yum Yum Donuts you will not be happy at any other yum yum this place goes above and beyond customer service their attention to the customers Needs & Wants is so important their compassion is always available these women and men that work here are top-notch this location for yum yum should be a staple brawl yum yums this location is a Hidden Gem and I frequent no matter how busy no matter what time of day I know I can go in and get my coffee and a bagel and have it cooked just wright and have my change given to me with a smile and hope that I have a great day I know a lot of times people go unrecognized but these people that work here are absolutely impeccable read more

It's a 24-hour donut shop. If you're looking for some sugary fat yumminess, then you've found the right place. If you're looking for something high quality, then this place is probably not for you. One word of caution. Do not get the "Mango Chilla". It tasted like they put vodka in it. Either that, or the juice was old. I didn't end up finishing it. Anyway, the place is crappy, but it's a short walk. So, with the cost of gas, I'll be back for more. (Try the sushi place on the corner. Mmm.) read more

The lady who helped me at the register was very nice as well and great at giving recommendations! I will say though, I got the ham and cheese breakfast croissant and I was not a fan. I ordered it hot, but the outside was only slightly warm when I got it and it was very cold on the inside. Portion wise it was pretty big so portions are worth it I guess, it just wasn't my cup of tea. I think there's some sort of sauce in it, I am not exactly sure, but I just didn't like the flavor! I think I'll just stick to the drinks for when I come!! The inside was really cute and very clean. I like how they have the cup holders at their stations by the trash can that way you don't have to ask or if you want an extra it's there!

Guys, don't even bother, the donuts are garbage and they let bums come in there and harass customers at 4 AM. I'm a hard-working dude getting donuts for my crew and there's a psycho just in there asking me what city I'm from and if I'm an undercover cop trying to bust him.
