It's a Starbucks, so quality really isn't an issue as its all standard. The reason I give this particular Starbucks only 2 stars is that they are absolutely the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Both inside and out. And after waiting for 10 minutes in the drive through, they don't even mutter so much as a "sorry for your wait." Up in Oakland county, if I waited HALF as long as I do at this Sbux, they would apologize profusely and provide a coupon. I guess they can't do that here, because they'd be constantly giving out free drinks. read more

Very nice staff.... Always friendly. Drinks are very good. Parking lot is small as noted by other post. Typically the orders are prompt and precise. Manager will typically interact with the patrons when he is there. read more

Everything I have ever had from here is wonderful. However, I do wish they had a some way to know what the secret recipes are. When you get the Starbucks application there are great recipes on there. Then, you go to get something you've seen and they tell you that you will have to come in with the recipe because they do not know how to make it. They really should have them. read more

This is the most convenient for me typically, but I've about had it. They REGULARLY get my order wrong; I usually get my ground coffee here and the grind has been wrong as well! Starbucks as a whole is great about correcting things without question, but what if I've gone through the drive-thru and I don't have time to find a place to park and go inside? This defeats the whole purpose of going through the drive-thru. Everyone has been perfectly pleasant and I like the store overall, and I absolutely understand people make mistakes, but this is way too much money to have so much be done wrong on a regular basis. read more

Slowest service anywhere. Just sat in the drive through literally at the window for over 10 mins, looking right at my drinks inside the window ready to go out just waiting on the whim of the order guy to hand out, unfortunately for me he was very busy playing a game of catch with the apple pay scan gun, by himself. Please fix this place Starbucks or open a new location with properly trained, less distracted employees. If they open a Bigby's nearby I'm done with this place. Coffee tasted good. read more

I'm a frequent Starbucks drinker. This Starbucks is the worst downriver. I never have a problem with any other Starbucks in the area except this one. They never put toppings on drinks like the toppings on holiday drinks and they rarely put caramel drizzle on caramel Frappuccinos or macchiatos, which pretty much makes a caramel macchiato a macchiato. When I've asked why there's no topping on drinks in the past, they just say "oh you wanted that?" Um, yes I want the drink how it's supposed to be made. The baristas here are really good for doing quick half pumps of syrup too so your drink doesn't have full pumps of the flavoring and your drink ends up tasting horrible. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte last week and the syrup is very orange so the drink ends up being orange. When they handed it to me, it was slightly off white like a cup of milk. I asked if they put any pumpkin spice syrup in it and they said yes. I took a sip and it tasted like a cup of milk. I asked to have it remade and they just added a couple pumps of the syrup to it and it turned orange. Amazing. I've gone inside and watched them make drinks before and they do very quick half pumps of the syrup which like I said, makes the drink taste wrong. I just ordered a caramel macchiato today and it tasted like a cup of milk. I'm not sure if it's just laziness or they're in a hurry but taking the extra 2 seconds to fully push the pump down and letting it go back up before you pump again makes a difference. And put the cinnamon spice on pumpkin spice, caramel on caramel macchiatos, chocolate on mochas, etc. That's how the drink is supposed to be made. I should t have to ask. The entire staff needs retraining. Save yourself the time and headache go to the Starbucks in target across the street or the Starbucks in Taylor. read more

Hello, My name is Sarah and I recently had stopped in to the Starbucks, on West and Allen, in Woodhaven. My daughter and I are frequent customers of Starbucks, and would like to thank you all for such great work. I have worked for a coffee shop before and I do understand how crazy the days get, especially on the weekends. We came through the drive through around four this evening, in the middle of all of the chaos, and I can easily say that I have never felt so pleased to have stopped by. The gentleman, I believe his name was Dustin, had politely greeted us with a warm welcome and a big smile, as the team of workers behind him were, too, busy at work inside. All of the workers here have really positive attitudes, but this one had stuck out to my daughter and I. This was the first experience I had ever had in any store that I didn't feel as if I had to rush out of the way because the workers were more focused on getting everyone out. I felt comfortable and like he was focused on us, and making sure everything I had needed was taken care of, along with some small talk to fill in time. It did take some time to get my drinks, but that is a minor detail when you have such a great experience! I would just like to thank all of the workers of this location.
