I got the Lake Superior Whitefish fry (Lake Superior was right across the street, how could I not?), which was just ok. The sides were great - french fries and green beans are a Wisconsin match made in heaven. The fish was alright, a bit fishier than I'm used to but that just might be a Lake Superior whitefish thing? The first serving of fish with your sides is generous and comes with lemon wedges and tarter sauce. The fish breading is unlike anything I've tasted before! It was light, crispy, and seasoned just right! It reminded me of the breading on Culver's chicken tenders. Only thing missing was a piece of rye bread!
