The first two times, they forgot to screw some things down (missed the screws out entirely. This week, they changed my brakes. $2,000 plus. But they put in warped rotors (how can that possibly happen?). That was 9 days ago and they have now told me they can't fit me in for another 11days. So 20 days with defective brakes is OK to Union County Kia. Shocking. The funny thing is that I have previously left a 5 star review because of the customer support girl, who works for the customer. I ended up taking my Audi Q5 to a Import specialist and they indicated the issue was a bad fuel injector. They were able to take care of the repair in short order. They also told me that previous work done by Woodies wasn't done correctly and they had to do it over. They talk about their quality of service and their ASE certified mechanics and their belief in Customer Service and treating you like family. That was not my experience.

The owner acted surprised it was not done. No quality control here. This was a Friday, he had to keep til Monday as they were closing. Rental car extended, which was more expense to the person paying. Owner did not care. Went to pick up on Tuesday as instructed. The door did not align with the front door when closed. The two doors should close flush as the other side did. The owner wanted to keep it another 3 days to fix this. I, at this point, did not trust the owner not to do something to my car. He had already gotten ugly because it was not right. The basic in your face issues. He also did not replace the trim at bottom of door that was scratched. He just tried to clear coat over it to not see. Which I noticed immediately,. He got nasty and said " When I try to save someone money they do not appreciate it", referring to the gentleman paying. He then quoted $2,000 to replace that small trim piece. I am sure he would never try to save someone money. I just said leave it to save the paying gentleman money. I could live with it. While I was there he was going to try to adjust the crooked door. I had to go out to the reception, which I did not want to leave car at this point. He said insurance requird it. There were no tools or equipment being used, but I went. He was yelling at me and told me I was difficult. Because I wanted my car right, I was difficult. After 3 times, you would think it would be right. I went to front and they set the camera so I could see what they were doing. They pushed and pulled for a while, making me nervous, but brought it out and it was acceptable, not great, but I needed to get out of there. At this point he was very angry and I did not want this to escalate. I will say I would not, under any circumstances, recommend this place. Ever. All nice when he starts, but if you do not accept his poor work,, then all hell breaks loose. There is also bubbles in the door paint....just to replace the door, the rental was 5/12 til 6/1. when was told 1 week to repair. Just does not care. Horrible business.

Oil change came out to be $99 and the front desk worker did confirm they did a full check on my car including fluids and tire pressure. Well, the next day I checked and my tire pressures were low (around 25 PSI when they're supposed to be 32) and my power steering fluid was also very low. I guess they did a good job on the oil change part but not sure what I paid so much for if I ended up having to refill everything else myself.
