My wife and I stopped by this Start Beauty yesterday because she wanted some beauty products. We found parking easily in the front and came an hour before they close. The lady working was very nice and knowledgeable on the products, I think her name was Maddie. They didn't have the item my wife was looking for but she got something else. They have a lot of products inside and also do some services for women. My wife asked about their specials and also wanted to do her eyebrows. They also have specials on certain days and the deals seem reasonable. They charge a small fee here if you pay by credit card so just be aware.

such an amazing place to get your eyebrows threaded! i never really needed brow mapping and shaping, so it's perfect to go for a cleanup. the price is unbeatable-- i got a stamp card where you can get your eyebrows done 7 times for only $55! on top of the good pricing, they're so quick. i get in and out in less than 15 minutes. the actual shop is filled with great stuff! from korean skincare to viral tiktok makeup, i spent over an hour with my friend looking around once. the plaza is pretty big, but be careful because i noticed this specific parking lot sucks and attracts the worst drivers!

Went in today and got a cleanup with Asha and I didn't have time to throughly check it after in the mirror till I got to my next destination. I still love this place though! But for future reference always double check Asha and the younger woman's ( not the one in my previous review) work when they are done to make sure they did everything correctly.

0 star!!!! Worst service! I just did my eyebrows and i have rashes all over my face! She did a horrible job! I would never come back to place! Why would you do an eyebrow like this that leaves not only my eyebrow injured but also my nose too! Horrible experience

Told her I like thin brows but I loved my shape, what in the world is this?????? She didn't even remove my brow makeup and just did it how she thought looked fine and they look disgusting. My shape is gone and they look super u done and patchy. I'm so pissed and disgusted by these brows and her response that I was wrong. Horrible horrible horrible!

The lady fucked up my eyebrow from the front And she was being super harsh with me . She was more focused on talking to another Indian lady rather than my eyebrows . She also gave me a dirty look when I walked in . If I could I would give no stars at all! DONT COME TO THIS PLACE !!!

They did a decent job on my eyebrows, but I really did not appreciate the attitude from the lady that worked on them. I don't get my eyebrows threaded that often so I don't know how to do all the proper hand stretching things, but whoever did my eyebrows did not seem very patient about that. read more

Bought lash glue for lash clusters and i used it once and it dried hard really fast. My other glues have never done that, i noticed my lashes started falling off in clumps. I called them to let them know my lashes were coming off (i understand they don't offer refunds but as a courtesy after letting her know she could've made an exception.) I told the young lady that answered she should remove it from the shelf she said oh, ill let vendor know and hung up. read more

Careless careless careless. Even though she ripped out my brow by doing the threading so fast, she didn't get some of the obvious black extra hairs and so I asked her to get them and she tried and said they're too small so I proceeded to ask her for the tweezers and showed her and got all the little ones. If you're gonna do it carelessly or rushing, please find another job. Editing to say that Farida is the best threader there. This picture is not what Farida did or would ever do. read more

I came to this place to get my eyebrows done with my sister feb 20, 2020. Guess what ! I ended up with scars ! The lady who did my eyebrows must have been new she was light skinned, with light brown hair, she was in the second seat. She doesn't know what shes doing. MY EYEBROWS ARENT EVEN!!! Not only that when i gave tip i heard her and the other worker talking about tips saying 2 dollars. She then has the audacity to asked if my sister and I paid together? Lady Im a server I know how to tip. Eye brows are 5 dollars i basically tipped you 15% already. Actually your 15% is 75 cents. I TIPPED MORE THAN TWENTY YOU SHOULD BE GRATEFUL!! My sister always goes here to do her eyebrows but after what happened yesterday we're officially not coming back. I have photos to prove it. I'm sure this business would make more money if the girls that worked there liked their job. This is just about the store not the services. The tall girl with a big face (sorry don't know her name) didn't greet or ask people if they need help just stared at people like a weirdo. The team could use help on customer service that's what makes or breaks a business. All of the stuff in the store can be bought on Amazon or any other store so why not keep your customers with good customer service. read more

This was a horrible experience here all the staff working her are so unprofessional and not helpful....my 9year old daughter likes to play with makeup so I allowed her to buy a product...after my little daughter bought the product we were not even out the door yet..and realized that what she got was a tester ....and they would not exchange the product that my daughter purchased...and was very rude and extremely unprofessional! It is the perfect one-stop-shop. They have an enormous selection, yet it isn't jammed-packed like most beauty supply stores. They also have an amazing threader (I forgot her name, but I'm sure the other threader is just as good). I used to get my eyebrows threaded a few blocks down at a small shop, but the wait was not worth it. And i can't forget to mention their NYX and dermalogica products! It's hard to find a place around here that don't overcharge their customers on those products. read more

Eyebrow threading for only $5!!! My only complaint is the ladies can go a little thin on the eyebrows if you're use to having them really thick. What you should do is hold the mirror while they do it to make sure it doesn't get thinner than you want. Other than that they do a great job and give you what you pay for. $5 is best deal in town! CASH ONLY for eyebrows! read more

I come here to get threading done by Asha who does a great job. Not only is it a quick process but only $5 for eyebrows, you can't beat that! I also like how she offers me Aloe Vera at the end to apply to my face as I have sensitive skin. Great service, I definitely will recommend family and friends here to get threading done by Asha. read more

Do not get your eyebrows done here, they don't even ask u what shape you want. They left one eyebrow thinner then they other. They act all stupid when you tell them u didn't like it. Of course it's not their eyebrows or their money so they don't care. And they have so much attitude. Never coming here again read more

As a manicurist I can't resist a new beauty supply, so when I was driving by I had to stop. I was pleasantly surprised to find all of the products I usually go downtown to buy right here in the valley at the same prices if not better! This is a great place with great customer service. read more

Very affordable makeup, and they carry Morphe products so it saves me a trip of going to Burbank or ordering online. Their eyebrow services are such a great price and everyone is always friendly and quick. Definitely would recommend to stop here before going out for an event read more
