I typically love coming here, they're typically fast and super helpful. Today I came in around 6:45 in a good mood and trying to hurry and get my eyebrows done before they closed and I was turned away, I was even ready to rip much larger as they were about to close. I was told they closed at 6:45 when on their sign it says they don't close until 7. A little frustrating when it usually doesn't even take 10 mins for them to do my eyebrows. If you're going to close at 6:45 then then how hard is it to put that on the sign! Just be mindful when coming here. Also bring exact change or be ready to buy something else when you come here as you do have to pay at least $10 in order to use a card. read more

Most important, I love my the way my eyebrows look. While I was there I snooped around the shop and came home with 2 new makeup brushes. I like this shop. Can't wait to come back! read more

Finally found an eyebrow place close to home. The girl who took care of me was so sweet & did a great job on my eyebrows. Make sure you do spend $10 or more to pay with debit card but it isn't that hard when they have a great selection of makeup and hair products. read more

$5 for brows and always gets them right so I have no complaints! I think they have a form of stamp card so if you plan to come here often, def purchase it. Their array of make up is also pretty good so you could always browse after getting your brows done read more

If you want to get your eyebrows done here, go to Itasha. She is really good and understands your needs. The price is very inexpensive. The Asian lady working behind the counter was very helpful in helping me find the perfect lipstick color. They have good makeup artist there to help you but they are not there regular. read more

I have been coming to this location for years now. I like how they have brands that you may not have access to at other common stores! They have great false mink lashes, so beautiful. I regularly get my eyebrows threaded each month or every few weeks. Itasha has been doing my eyebrows for almost 5 years now. She is always so precise and amazing at what she does. All the other girls who thread are also amazing. When Itasha is not there I go with the other girls and they take well care of their clients eyebrows! 10/10 :) read more

I absolutely love this place ! If there was more than 5 stars they would be defiantly getting them. I don't trust many people with my eye brows or hair in general. first time coming here I was extremely nervous but I came out looking fresher than ever. The girls here are so nice and they do amazing work. There is a 10 dollar minimum for debt or rent credit and that my excuse to buy beauty products like morphe , I mean what's better than not waiting for make up in the mail Also I've been coming over here for more than 2 years. I always look fresh due to lovely and sweet Itasha She is the most sweet and light handed women ever. At first I came looking like a hot mess and she shaped them and made them look perfect. If you looking for a new shape or just anything that has to do with brows come to Itasha. I promise there's no one I trust from the valley to the bay expect for her !!! I would be very wary when purchasing products at this store. I recently purchased lash glue and when I got home and opened it, it smelled awful and looked old. I contacted the makers of the product and gave them the Lot number to see when it was manufactured and they let me know that it was manufactured October 2017! The lash glue has a shelf life of 12 months. And of course Starr Beauty does not give refunds. read more

Before the pandemic I used to come here every 3 months to have my eyebrows done. Today was the 1st time during the pandemic and I was impressed how clean it was. I liked how everyone greets you when you enter. Everyone is friendly and nice.. I like how they have hand sanitizer at the entrance and safety dividers at the registers. no stars this place is the absolute fucking worst!! They suck at doing eyebrows I don't know how they're considered eyebrow technicians if they don't even know someone's eyebrow shape or how to shape them !! They shouldn't even be working there!! I went in wanting to get my eyebrows cleaned up and I came out pissed because my eyebrows look like absolute shit! Both asha and shekila should be fired for their shitty customer service!
