We stayed on the harvest host lot the brewery offers. We came in the brewery for a snack and a beer. It was great, tasty snacks and great beer. The service was excellent and very quick. The interior is large with many tvs with sports.

The food was good. The service was pretty good as well. Really chill ambiance and family friendly. I got the Pork Belly Mac & Cheese and it was good, but really heavy. The goat cheese salad looked good and the Starr burger was amazing looking. The hush puppies were more like croquettes however just by the way. The Harvest Host location is good, however it is not the first building that you see. Overall really amazing experience.

This is my ABQ Beer Passport review for Starr Bros. Nice, clean newer building in a strip building setting with private parking. Partially shaded sunset facing patio (assume dog friendly), long bar, long pub tables and regular dining tables. They have pub style food from their own kitchen (with chili cheese fries)! Service was great and the environment was what you'd expect from a taproom. Brewery on site seen through a window next to the bar. Very beer forward place. I tried the Lemon Radler, Somos Cerveza, and the LA Blonde ale, which was my favorite. It was quiet until 4pm, then it got busy. Appears they are huge NM United supporters.

We are full time RVers/digital nomads and this is the 2nd time we've done an overnight Harvest Host stop at this location. When we come through this way, we make it a point to make a stop. Here is what worked: The food is unexpectedly delicious and way beyond 'bar food' The green chile stew. What???!!! So good The lot for RVers is ample and easy enough to maneuver around in. We have a pretty big rig 44'. The beer (we had a flight last time and really enjoyed it) The outside patio for dinning The reservation requesting, communication and approvals...easy peasy Their online app to order food Their extensive menu What does not work; ( if you're not staying the night with Harvest Host, this may not even apply) The street noise is pretty bad. It doesn't keep us up, but it's loud until late at night with sirens, street racers, etc... I can't tell if this is not the best part of town or not. You often see FIVE O around and every now and then a random loiterrer? We've not had any issues, these are just observations. The field where RVers park is dusty and unlevel. If the wind kicks up, you're gonna get smacked with all that sand. We did a review on our first stop here a couple of years back. You can find us on YT Mile High Beach

We always enjoy a stop at Starr Brothers. Seems like they have something for everyone from fish tacos, to loaded fries, to burgers. Their beer selections are just as diverse and appealing. Service is good and there is enough space to meet with a group and watch a football match.

The service was great from the start! Thanks! This place is nice and big with open feeling! They have TVs without the sports bar feel. Another thanks! The beers were all good. Nothing blew us away, but nothing was unliked either, so that's good.

Beer and service was good food was ok. This place is also great to watch sports on TV. We enjoyed our appetizers more than the main course. For appetizers, we had goat cheese nuggets & piggy pops. Both were good and would get again, but we also want to try other items. My bf had the buffalo wings, and I had the tortilla burger. He enjoyed the wings and said they could have put more sauce on them, but they were cooked well. The tortilla burger looked better than it tasted. It was very dry, and the ketchup that comes with the fries tastes like bbq sauce. I asked for regular ketchup, but they said they didn't have any.

Happened upon this place and I am glad that I stopped. They had a Porter on tap. It wasn't very busy so I was able to grab a spot at the bar. Good amount of room inside and covered seating outside. I had the Pork Belly Mac n Cheese with the green chile. It came with a small salad. The salad was fresh and the Mac n cheese was tasty and spicy. Good beer, good food, good vibes.

Being from out of state, I would have never even found this fantastic restaurant if it wasn't for my "Harvest Host" app! Being a motorhome owner, it's not always easy finding a "stop for the night", but with our HH we found Starr Bros! I ordered the Wedge Salad, with the promise from my wife that I could order a side order of their Beer Battered Onion Rings with smoked garlic dressing! OMG, that was the best Wedge Salad that I have ever ordered, and what a portion! But seriously, the Onion Rings were "to dye for"! They were absolutely fantastic! My wife ordered the Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Salad, and it was so delicious, but huge, and she has enough leftovers for another meal! The service was really good, the beer I ordered was very good and the cleanliness and over all atmosphere of Starr Bros will definitely have us coming back if we are ever in the area again! Thank you John, from Starr Bros for allowing us to stay, and to Harvest Host for this great destination!!

"Poutine"! Not the usual Canadian Poutine, but still very good!

I debated between 2 stars and 3 stars and gave 3 stars cos the Waiter guy was so nice. The kitchen folks need to up their game! Lukewarm pasta, uncooked potatoes in their Green Chili Stew, chewy meat in the same dish, although the broth itself was awesome. We had the Poutine to start and while it wasn't the usual Canadian style Poutine, it was excellent. After trying that we were expecting a wonderful meal. We were sorely disappointed. How can a kitchen send out pasta that is barely warm? Where's the pride in what they are cooking and sending out? So 5 stars for the "Poutine and Server", 1 star for the cooks. Hubby also said the beer was excellent!

From the moment we arrived, the service and ambiance were warm, welcoming, and where we wanted to be! Large and open, Bow and Arrow is spacious for folks to come for pint, small groups, as well as large groups and company events. We sat at the bar for more face-to-face service and had a great experience. We each got a flight and loved the ability to try four different beverages each since the menu is so extensive, creative, and delicious! I got the "Dos Arrows," "Wildly No. 1," "Bury My Heart," and "Lav Letters to the SW." I listed them in order of my favorites. Each beverage was complex, unique, and delicious! I would have enjoyed a full pint of each drink! Alas, 4 5oz beverages was enough! Prices are reasonable for such high quality beverages! We also loved that the brewery recognizes Indigenous land rights and supports Native American initiatives. Euro-Americans have much to learn from Native peoples, the original stewards of this land. But first, relationships, listening, and reparations are needed! We loved Bow and Arrow Brewing. We look forward to visiting again next time we are in town!

The place was packed thanks to the live music, but we still managed to find a spot to sit and enjoy the scene--which was honestly impressive. It had that lively, local energy without feeling overwhelming. The bands were playing, the crowd was into it, and the beer was flowing. Solid selection of local brews with something for every taste--whether you're into hoppy IPAs or something more mellow. Everyone was friendly, and the staff kept things moving even with a full house. Street parking was available nearby (big win in Albuquerque on a busy night), so getting in and out was easy. If you're looking for a spot with good beer, chill vibes, and live music that draws a fun crowd, High and Dry delivers. Definitely coming back for another night like this.

Poor communication spoiled our visit…read more My fiancé and I stopped by for a drink and he ordered a 32oz can of apple beer. The staff handed it over the bar to him without mentioning that it was strictly for off-premise consumption. Honestly, I suspected something might be off when I saw the large, unopened can, but because the bartender handed it directly to him without a word of warning, we assumed it was fine. We ended up opening it and drinking it for a while before the staff finally noticed. When they did realize what happened, they completely panicked, told us it was a "felony," and confiscated the can. We completely understand that New Mexico has strict liquor laws and that the brewery has to protect its license. Now that we know the rule, we definitely won't make this mistake again. However, the situation could have been entirely avoided if the staff simply communicated better at the point of sale. If you hand a customer a large package container over the bar that cannot legally be opened on-site, it is your responsibility as the server to state that clearly. The staff should have caught this when serving us, or at least handled the mistake with better customer service instead of escalating the situation. It was an honest mistake caused by a lack of clear guidance from the bartender. As two professionals that work on base nearby, this is a letdown, especially as we have frequented this brewery in the past.
