First of all, we pay a lot of money just to participate in the golf league. Secondly, as mentioned above, my son is playing PGA JUNIOR. He is still a minor, which means adult supervision is a must. It's insane they still charge accompanying adult with their minor golf players given the condition they cannot play by themselves. Unfortunately we do not get to pick locations where the league take place. We do get to pick from a few dates tho. If I ever see rancho Duarte on a specific date I will avoid it at all cost.

Song Wang, the director of membership, gave me an excellent tour and I played a round to see if it was the right fit. I met wonderfully pleasant people, which made me feel confident in joining. The golf course is in fantastic condition with a great pace of play. Leadership really impressed me too--Tim, Mike, and Cyrus all took time to greet me on the course, which is a nice touch. Shoutout to Casey and Andrew who were also very pleasant back at the clubhouse. Off the course, their Agave Grill restaurant overlooks the first and last holes with a beautiful view.
