Clean store, a lot of huge selections in shoes and styles, but issue is their prices are pretty high compared to other places like Footlocker or Champs, etc. Service was great, same guy that helped my husband out two multiple times when he bought our shoes. read more

In all honesty i didnt have a problem with this store. This is like any other independent shoe store. Is everything marked up a bit? Yes. However you get it right then and there and the customer service i personally experienced is awesome. I been here twice in 3 days and walked away with 4 pairs of shoes. I went in with my to buy a pair of these Yeezy slides. I called first. The guy who answered the phone said they run big and he would hold a size 9. Way too big. My son tried on a size 7 while at the store. He wanted the bone color, but they didn't have it in stock. The young kid I think who was the manager tonight tonight said he was gonna order it from his warehouse. Then he told me it was gonna be $300 because it's a size 7 in men because it's a smaller size than what they normally carry. GTFO! Really! That's ridiculous. i bought a sp5der hoodie here before and it seemed very high quality and heavy material so I came back to look for a gift for my bf. but this time I spotted soooo many fakes.. it's made obvious bc the sweaters on the racks are all supposed to be the exact same product, but they're clearly all made wayyy different. All the same price. (I think 285 all sizes) didnt wanna seem disrespectful to the employees by saying anything , at the end of the day they're not the one scamming customers, it's the owner So I just left and made sure to take pics. I didn't look at much else, once I noticed reps why would I continue to waste my time. Do notttt spend money here you're getting SCAMMED... might as well order on GOAT, they authenticate it for u n everything. BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! My daughter purchased a pair of Nike Panda Dunks $180, only to later walk several stores down to Foot Locker to find the exact same pair for $115. Went back to Swish and they would not allow her to return the shoes or credit the difference. She was never told of their return policy and they don't print receipts. Only email. By the time you receive your receipt you have already paid. The receipt states no returns.... this is illegal. California Business and Professions Code Section 12024.2 BPC. Giving this spot two stars just due to the lack of sizes and variety of shoes that are available for sale. I'm a Size 7 I'm mens and an 8.5 in women's and most Of the shoes I've been trying to hunt down, were not available. They were in bigger sizes, but probably due to them not easily being sold. The same thing kinda goes for the sale rack. There were decent shoes available but just not in a variety of sizes. A majority of the shoes were dunks, Jordan's and some Yeezys. The prices are extremely high. Panda dunks we're going for $400, but force larger sizes that aren't as hard to find. The shop is fairly small with about 2.5 walls of shoes. The rest of the store sold apparel. Other than that the staff member greeted me while walking in, but really didn't make conversation or ask if I needed help. read more
