It's a giant open air brewery with lots of patio seating in front and around the side. We came up to the bar and got very quick service! We both decided to order flights for about $25 total pre tip. My favorites were the pumpkin stout, the judge, and the lemon lavender blonde! The weather was perfect to sit outside and it was very clean. There was a wall of mercy as well if you need a souvenir. Solid brewery in a cool spot. Parking can be dodgy, but I have usually found a space in the neighborhood streets with not too much of a problem. They have an ok sized space, with an even bigger patio. The patio is where it's at during the warmer months. They have it tented in the winter. The beers here are varied and I can always find one I like. This time I had the Dunkel. They do can and distribute a few of their main stay beers. You know, we've had station 26 at bars so often that we didn't realize what we were drinking was from S26! As soon as we walked in, hubs realized one of his favorite juicy ipas was from here - face.palm. I went with the Mexican lager and while decent, I'd definitely go juicy next time. The space is unique as others have mentioned. It can't be a challenge finding a seat during busy times but there's plenty of standing space along the back areas. We stopped by during a Broncos and were a little surprised that the sound wasn't on. No worries though, a tiny fan was giving the play by play The staff was super friendly and attentive, always a plus when it's a gloomy snowy day. Great brewery with an excellent selection of beers. I loved the unique options like the lemon lavender blonde and the peppercorn farmhouse. it wasn't only IPAs on the menu but the IPAs they do have were also great. Relatively small indoor space and a decent sized patio. Dogs are allowed outside but not in. They frequently have food trucks and had a decent taco when we were there. Decent beer, but be careful going even hours before the dedicated closing time. The night shift bartenders are too rude and lazy to open a fridge door to let you buy a six pack an hour+ before close, because they would rather close early than work. Sometimes, the best places are found when you do as the locals do. My friend took me to her favorite neighborhood brewery, which is literally located in a neighborhood of homes. It's hipster, quaint, and perfect to hang around with some drinks. Obviously named after a fire station that once stood in place before it turned into a brewery gave it a unique atmosphere. They have outdoor seating covered in canopies with a side area with benches and grass as well. This brewery is family and dog-friendly while also having its very own food truck! If they added some games around, this place would be perfect. I'm not much of a beer person, but was excited to see a beer slushy ($6) on the menu. What a fun and fruity drink! I could've definitely gone through a couple more glasses of this one. The slushy part of it made it super refreshing as well. As for food, you order over at the food truck. They give you a number and bring your order over to you. I just got us an order of fries ($4) to share, which was simple but a good snack while drinking. read more

I love this place! Friendly staff, good beer selection, and overall chill vibe with people from the neighborhood being chatty/friendly. Dog friendly for your fur fam to join you and your party (please be thoughtful of those who may not be dog friendly). Often a variety of food trucks parked on site (check their website for which vendor). Easy to bring brews home with you (currently have two growlers in the fridge for future drinks). Can't say I loved the Tangerine Cream, but I did really enjoy the Doppelbock. I'm also a big fan of cafe lights, and even though we were sitting in the dusty side area that felt a bit like someone's run down back yard, I liked the vibe. Finally made it over to Station 26. I've passed it a few times, and finally made my way over. Also, I keep seeing their Juicy Banger on many menus around town. Such a cute neighborhood brewery. I'm not a huge IPA fan, but their Bang Bang Double IPA is pretty amazing. Staff was great, and took precautions in regards to COVID safety. My friend and I sat at a barrel outside, plenty of outdoor seating when we stopped by. The building is an old fire station that has been transformed into a terrific local brewery. They offer a rotation of food trucks, in case you're hungry when you stop by. Street parking is available in the neighborhood, so please respect the neighbors. Station 26 Brewing has been on my must see list ever since I worked two blocks away! However, it took me until this past month to finally make my way here. Well, you shouldn't wait as long as I did!! SPACE: Renovated fire station turned brewery! Yes, please! They have a large taproom adjacent to the brewing facilities. They kept the large roll up doors and there's a great patio space that's (of course) friendly dog friendly. Everything is a nod to Station 26's former working class past. They kept much of the tile, the industrial light fixtures, the brick facade - you can def feel the history. STAFF: The beertender was super friendly and offered to assist me with making my beer selections. He offered to sample any of the current offerings for me. They def seemed to enjoy their jobs and the beers. Loves that! BREWS: I opted for a little flight of three, so I could sample a variety of their brews. After browsing the menu I chose: Juicy Banger IPA, Lemondrop Wheat, and Colorado Cream Ale. While I'm not the biggest IPA drinker, I've heard enough buzz about Station 26's Juicy Banger that I knew I had to try it. While it was good, I don't feel it lived up to the hype. I did enjoy both the Lemondrop Wheat and the Colorado Cream Ale. They seem to have quite a few variations on the cream ale too! EVENTS: They host a wide variety of events from crawfish boils, bluegrass brunches, beer releases, and so much more! Stopped by this brewery on a whim and I was so happy I did! Great selection of beers, I ended up doing a flight, and really enjoyed the Melon Gose and 303 Lager. This is a cool renovation of an old Denver firehouse. The vibe is super friendly for groups, families and individuals. There is ample seating indoors, including a covered and heated patio. Add to that a nice picnic table area and you can enjoy their beers wherever you wish. I'm particular to the bar and the side bar seating in front of the conditioning tanks. The staff is really friendly and the beer is delicious. The Cold IPA is one of my favorites as is their staple, the Juicy Banger. When visiting the east side of Denver, stop in to Station 26. Was fortunate enough to have found this place in a recent visit to Denver. Really chill spot to enjoy some great beer, watch a game and meet new people. I was a big fan of the Dunkel and the various sized glasses makes it very easy to try different things. The prices are incredibly reasonable. Food offerings come via rotating food trucks which works well. They currently have a tented outdoor Biergarten in the front for extra seating. read more

Good beers, good patio, a great time! This is the perfect place to pound a few beers on a patio in the summertime! They have a GREAT set up with plenty of table space, covered and uncovered, in the grass or on the patio. You can stand at a few barrels or sit at the bar. The possibilities are endless. They have the music loud, a sweet set up for food trucks, and its overall a great atmosphere. They had pretty decent beers- a lot of IPAs for the hop lovers. I'm not a huge fan of hoppy beer so I was limited to a few- but very good beers. The lemon drop wheat reminded me of a strong summer shandy! They don't offer any specific 'beer flights', however tasters are only $2 each. They have a board listing all their upcoming beers they're brewing (fermenting)- which threw us off a little because we thought that's what was currently offered and didn't realize it wasn't ready until we got to the front to order it. Guess that's a good way to get people to come back, because right now they're brewing a grapefruit beer which I'd love to taste. read more

Fire station turned brewery? MY KIND OF PLACE. The hubs and I met up with a group of friends yesterday it was the perfect way to end the weekend! Here's why: 1) The beer is fantastic! Being a huge IPA fan, I ordered the "Juicy Banger" and was not disappointed! It was full bodies and full of flavor! Our group also enjoyed the copper ale, and various "creamsicle" flavored beers as well! Everything tasted so good and refreshing on a hot day! Not sure what you want? Try a 5oz sample for $2! They also offer growlers and refills :) 2) Staff was beyond friendly, but a little understaffed for this past Sunday - as it was 75 degrees outside and the place was packed! The beertenders seemed a little overwhelmed with the crowd, but clearly did their best and delivered! 3) Layout is really cool - being that its a converted firehouse! The bar is HUGE and offers stool seating, tables near the garage doors, a large patio and a side yard for dogs! Most tables are community picnic tables, which works great for large groups, like ours! 4) Pricing adds up after a while - as each beer is about $5. Picking a brewery in Denver/CO can be so difficult sometimes! There are just so many options! But anyways, I'm glad that I ended up choosing Station 26 to try during a recent trip back to CO because the beers were tasty, and the food from Farm to Truck was spot on as well. It's located in what appears to be an old fire station, and with the nice weather, people were enjoying the patio and brought their dogs out too. I miss that CO brewery patio life. It was our first time visiting the actual brewery, since we just moved here from Texas. My fiancé has visited Denver prior and first ran across their tangerine cream ale while hiking in Arvada at a local bar. She was instantly hooked. Obviously we had to make it a priority to get it at the source once we were settled in. We were not disappointed! Zoey was our server and made us feel like regulars from the start. She was thorough and patient with us, even though she was rocking it (since they were busy). Her, along with the rest of the team, executed their sanitation protocol due to covid, and also made sure to explain what the expectations were regarding this.
