We stopped in for a cocktail and a few bites before heading downtown and had such a great experience. Our server, Mike gets a huge shoutout from us! The food was delicious. We ordered the octopus, which was incredibly interesting and unlike anything I've had before. It was made with orange, pistachio, and Alabama white sauce and we was so surprised how well that combination tasted. My husband especially loved the char on the octopus. We also had the blue crab hush puppies, which were amazing. We tried several cocktails from the menu and every one of them was great. The overall vibe of the place is super cute and fun. Honestly, I was surprised it wasn't busier because the service was phenomenal and the food and drinks were excellent. Huge shout out again to Mike for taking such great care of us. We'll definitely be back next time Nashville.

Stationary inside of Union Station is a great spot for food and cocktails! I have been for both happy hour and breakfast, and had great experiences. The service was a tad bit slow but the food made up for it. The breakfast sandwich was really great. The building is absolutely stunning and worth a visit to see this historic Nashville train station!

Pros: - hotel is gorgeous and so is the restaurant space! very chic - 2 hours validated parking if you eat at the restaurant - drinks were pleasant Cons: - Service was quite bad. Our waitress was very kind BUT didn't take our order/greet us for 20 minutes, forgot our alcohol until near the end of our meal (and we weren't successful in getting her attention until we got up and followed her to the bar). We also had to ask for silverware+napkins. Just terrible considering they claim to give an "elevated" experience here - Food is very hit/miss! I.e. the burrata toast was very flavorful, but the seasonal french toast was the texture of a brick :/ Overall, I would NOT recommend to come eat here! Maybe visit just to see the inside of the hotel, but the food/experience is def not worth the price and time.

Our group was in need of a brunch spot as most places had really long waits and ended up coming to Stationairy. So glad we came by here as it's inside a historic old train station (now a hotel) and had no wait. We were sat within a few minutes and had a nice server. He was a bit busy so service lacked a bit. I ordered an iced latte and the egg scramble with biscuits and potatoes which came with a salad. The coffee was disappointing as it was pure milk. The server had it remade and it was a bit stronger but just tasted burnt and watery. The breakfast was super tasty and fresh. The eggs were delicious as were the biscuit. The potatoes were so so good and crispy. The salad was also a nice touch. Great portions and decent prices! Would definitely come back here again for another meal.

Avocado toast, I only ate the eggs.

Service is fine, ambiance is OK. My avocado toast was absolutely inedible due to a ridiculous amount of onions, it was like guacamole toast. Atop stale non-toasted bread. The salad was sprouts. Very very bad. Don't know if I just ordered poorly and if Nashville don't do California (which is fine!) or if the chef has a Thing for onions. The server took the uneaten food away without asking why we didn't like it, so I'm guessing this isn't a new thing.

One of the best brunch spots! Ordered acai bowl and avocado toast. Both were prepared nicely. Our table also ordered stuffed French toast - so good! Staff were knowledgeable and provided great recommendations. The location was beautiful. So much history attached to it!

The stationary boasts a great ambiance with fresh food and a great view, sadly, they need a little work on the food. First the positives... the location is great. Union station is so beautiful and the view and inside of the restaurant was unique. The service was great! Everyone from the hostess to the waitress to the bussers were super friendly and accommodating! Now for the negative .. when we walked in for brunch at about 12, there was a DJ playing house music! It wasn't bad music but just didn't fit the vibe for a Sunday morning brunch. Next, and most importantly was the food.. it was just ok. The menu items were interesting and we were excited to try the breakfast but it was just ok. The eggs were bordering cold, the coffee mug was sooo hot and coffee was ok, and the rest fine. The price was not bad but I definitely expected more.

Stationairy is such a gem, especially being inside Union Station--there's so much to take in, from the architecture to the atmosphere. We did have to wait outside a bit longer than expected, even with a reservation, but once we were seated, it was totally worth it. I ordered the Acai bowl, and it was amazing! The variety of fresh fruit made it feel both refreshing and filling. The service was attentive, which added to the overall great experience. The large windows let in tons of natural light, creating such a pleasant vibe.

We wanted to grab brunch at the bar, but the hours were listed incorrectly online and it was closed. We'd already trekked across downtown, so we decided to give Stationary a try. The space was absolutely beautiful! However, it was a hot day, and the space was uncomfortably warm. Our server was fast and worked quickly. Our drinks took forever. I'm not sure I got the right drink (it was so sweet it was hard to drink), but I was afraid to send it back because I didn't know how long a replacement would take. The highlight of the visit was my power bowl! It was absolutely delicious.

First -- the venue is INCREDIBLE. So beautiful. Our food was delicious. For the price, I'd like some fresh-baked bread and butter. All the dishes on the table were plated perfectly and tasted great! Our server, Talia, did the best job possible being the only server. We had to wait a while, but we weren't in a hurry, so it was fine. Definitely worth the effort, but management has room for improvement.

We were looking for a small plate menu for sharing so the description on line was intriguing. This old train station ambiance is truly gorgeous. Cocktails were nice and just how we ordered them. Absolutely loved the brussels, some of the best I've had, as well as the Tandoori cauliflower which was crispy and so flavorful. Steak tartare was a bit disappointing with too much aioli masking the steak flavor and over creamy. Our server was amazing though!

We went in the afternoon so it was pretty quiet still, but the bar tenders were friendly and helpful. And although I'm not a huge tequila fan, I was impressed with my drink. Prices were reasonable for the drinks we ordered and this bar being located on Broadway. Definitely worth a visit.

There was no live music available at the time, but they did have a DJ which I thought was spinning the turntable rather well. It's my bad that I didn't also catch on that his is basically a Tequila Bar, rather than a more general craft cocktail establishment. Judging by the well stocked bar and the word of our waitress, other alcohol and their associated craft creations are available, but it's pretty much off menu and not well into our waitress' repertoire. And yes, Cinco de Mayo was just a few days away. One member of our party just wanted a soft drink, which was not possible that night as their CO2 was down. That did make me wonder whether the non-alcohol drinkers had much to chose from here. I suppose we could have then wandered over to the Redemption Bar at Chief's? Anyway, we're not Tequila Drinkers, and since other drink options appeared to be guesswork, we left towards more traditional mixed drinks (and live music) at a nearby Printers Alley bar. This was a rare night that I really wanted a craft cocktail in a smooth environment, and in the end it just wasn't the same.
