When I called to ask if they could sell it for safety, I was told by the manager it had been an ice was ice. What did I want him to do about it? I suggested getting out the broom or some more salt. (Duh- it's a liability dude!) Cannot even believe that was management's response to a safety complaint after I made it clear I almost fell twice. This the path I'm talking about at 1:22pm- the stuff is semi soft, but once stepped on and compacted it's very slick. It would take one employee all of 15 minutes to do something about this. So disappointing. How horribly lazy.

Who ever heard of a patty melt without any cheese on it? And oh yeah i actually had hair on my fries and i also brought that to her attention and she automatically blamed me for that being there... The shift leader Miss Lasandra Scott is completely rude and has no business working in any customer service job. Miss Scott has no customer service skills and contacted my private phone directly when I do not work there and never have. She did not have my consent to list my phone number as a contact for any of the employees who work at this poor establishment that apparently she is allowed to operate in an unprofessional and non ethical way. She is verbally abusive and threatened me over the phone by saying she would call the police on me when I am not even at her location/scene and never the less not even in the same city at the current moment. Awful! We ordered 3 milkshakes and two had hairs in them and the third had a piece of plastic in it! Took thirty minutes to get a burger that mooed at me and fries that tasted like cardboard! Not only that, but the milkshakes were 2 chocolates and a vanilla, but they all tasted like banana! Can I also mention that one of their bathrooms had a man in it staring at a 5 year old at one of the urinals? I was tempted to beat his ass but I was already done with that place, so I left ASAP.
