    Oreo and chocolate shake
    Savannah S.

Great spot for a burger, fries and shake!! ecspecially at night!! Debately better than in n out I like the variety of the menu and the staff is nice and helpful too!! Food is good, fries could use some salt. The shake are great!! A MUST TRY for burger lovers I've only been through drive thru but the inside looks nice and family friendly! Thanks Steak 'n Shake!

Got the garlic double steakburger. Burger was good, but the patties are super thin, like a smash burger.

just moved to the area and HADDDD to scratch the steak n shake itch!!! food was yummy, service was amazing. asked for "extra pickles... like lowkey a gross amount" and they delivered!!!! this is my first time having steak n shake in 2 years and its everything i ever remembered!!! although it was expensive for "fast food," i'll keep paying because its just GREAT plain and simple. garlic butter burgers taste just like they did 2 years ago, fries have soo much flavor, the nutella shake gets 10 big booms!!! *BOOM x10*

Suppose to be the western bbq burger
    Sandra B.

Not what I expected. I ordered the western bbq and bacon burger. It was less than flavorful. There was a dime size amount of bbq sauce. The patty was broken up and placed on the burger in 1 side of the burger. And the fries were cold. I decided to try this place because it was a block away from home. Instead I'll drive the 2 miles up the road to whataburger

What the shake is supposed to look like

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I mean how hard is it to make a freaking shake right. See attached pics. I simply ordered 2 shakes one simple chocolate and one fancy white chocolate with pink sugar sprinkles... I got two runny crappy shakes with a dot of shake and no sprinkles or cherries. I mean I know it's not a big deal but seriously how hard is it to follow the card in front of you when making a shake!! And it wasn't even frozen. I mean really. Will never be back. And everybody in there looked like they hated their jobs and would rather be anywhere else so please do so.

This was the garlic burger and the Onion Rings
    Lein P.

This was our first time ordering from this place and its gooood.......My favorite was the garlic burger and the onion rings. They got it ready so fast and it didn't even take long like most places. I really like how the carry out bag had a kind of seal on it, like if it was closed already you cant open it again until it gets delivered. Just e few things were forgotten, like napkin, straws and ketchup but with that being sooo good I didn't even care for a straw...

    Paint peeling

We stopped for a bite due to the convenience of the hotel. I was so excited to bring my husband here as steak n shakes are hard to come by in Texas. We were not greeted or even acknowledged upon entering, we placed our order on the screens provided. The kitchen was obviously understaffed and stressed. While waiting for our food, one of the employees announced over the mic that it would be 30 minutes. A few more minutes passed and a female yelled "we're done taking orders!" She continuously turned away more and more customers as we waited. They ended up closing the restaurant, even though it's supposed to be open 24 hours. The restaurant itself was disgusting, and not because they were busy and couldn't keep up. The paint on the walls was peeling and splitting off. The high chairs were so disgusting I immediately thought to myself that I would never put my daughter in one. There was a weird smell of B.O. and grime in the air. The lights were flickering, only one door worked. The female that was barking at the customers came out for a restroom break wearing *literally* slippers! She did come out to check on all of the customers once they caught up - and then slammed her gloves into the trash can and said "I ain't cleaning this I'm going home." I had to keep reassuring my husband that this is not how they normally are! This whole restaurant needs an overhaul.

Double steak burger & Cajun fries
    Wilhelmina M.

Can't expect too much! The food is cheap and I'm sure the workers are underpaid. The $4 meals can't really be beat. A steak burger with Cajun fries just hits the spot sometimes, you know? But I really, I only come here to eat if I'm in the mood for a milkshake. My favorite one is the birthday cake shake but all their shakes I've tried have been great! They've never messed up my order here so there's really nothing for me to complain about. I'll continue to come here and eat my $4 meal!

Service was incredibly welcoming and gracious and attentive throughout the meal. It was a large team that ran like a well-oiled machine. They have beautiful pizza ovens, so I had to try the pizza. I ended up eating at Farena twice during my stay on property, and I tried both the Marghertita and sausage pizzas. Both were excellent! The crust tasted fresh, crisp in the right spots and tender where it needed to be. The sauce was savory, and always enjoyed the leftovers later in the day. I also had the Fritto Misto, which was excellent, as well. Crisp perfection and seasoned beautifully. The only miss was I originally ordered the Cacio e Pepe , and, while the text of the pasta was very nice, the sauce was very very salty. I honestly think it was a mistake.... Like someone accidentally added more salt thinking it hadn't yet been seasoned. My server was quick to swap it out, and opted for pizza instead. Even if I you aren't staying at the hotel, Farena is a great choice for a delicious Italian meal in the Arlington entertainment district.

We DID however try their trout pate dip with crostini style bread, and OH MY GOSH. The medjool stuffed dates were a flavor I have never experienced, literally 10/10. And the beef short rib empanadas were def a must try, the sauce they serve w them has so much depth of flavor.
