Foods always good but this one takes forever to get your food and they often mess up your order. If you wanna go through the drive through you better have at least 30 minutes to spare because they usually take at least that long. Probably the worst steak and shake I've ever visited. Thoroughly disgusted with the wait time. The service and the product. We waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins to give our order, 2 milkshakes. 20 mins later we paid for the order after another ten mins we received the order and the time was not because they were taking special care with our no cherries request. This restaurant is pretty good if you want to sit down for 25 minutes and eat with some friends. If you love a little spice the Jemaican Jerk Burger is awesome with cheese. There shakes are also excellent. But service most all the time is very slow and I don't think the employees take their jobs seriously. read more

The store has a convenient location for locals and out-of-towners (near Interstate, shopping centers, hotels). I ordered the chicken finger platter. The chicken was crispy and the honey mustard sauce had a good taste. I like the shoestring fries, but I didn't eat some of the fries because they had a pale, undercooked appearance. The service was a little on the slow side for a drive-through (10-15 minutes), but the employee who waited on us was nice enough. I enjoy the dining-in experience more since you have plates and seem to get more food for your buck. For example, even though I ordered the chicken finger platter from the drive-through, I did not get any coleslaw. I'm guessing that either an employee forgot about the slaw or didn't have any container for it. In any case, I give this place three stars, but sometimes, I think the place could go down to 2 stars because of poorer service and food quality. If you want an almost guaranteed 3 or 4 star experience, come by and order one of their shakes. That's really the strong point of the place. read more

Came in at 7pm alone say at the bar waited to get a menu... managers with their trainees, at least six of them stood in my servers way and wouldn't move to let him bring me water. ... after that I didn't see him again until I was walking outabout 15 minutes later. read more

I went last night and this guy was working, he took our order at the speaker, sounded sad and depressed. When we go up to the window he didn't even come to take our money for 5 minutes. We had to turn off the car! When he finally did come he said our total was $12 and he only charged us $10. My boyfriend asked if he can put that seasoning in a cup and the worker gave us a whole bottle unopened free. So then he came back 5 minutes later to give me my Heath shake and it was melted and gross. When he finally gave us our food, my boyfriend had to ask about his diet drink. We were pulling away when I looked in the bag and my food wasn't in there after sitting at the window for already 25 to 30 minutes! He went inside and told them that he was missing them and the workers then informed him that they still have yet to make any! We waited for a good 45 to 50 minutes for our complete order and we were still unsatisfied! Our fry were cold when we got them and his burger was too!! Have been going to this location for about 6 months. It seems the service is very lacking, went up to the door about 6 weeks ago and the doors were locked. People were inside but couldn't go in. Then 2 weeks later we went in, got seated and 20 mins later, still haven't been served. If it had been busy I would understand but there were 6 people in the place. We were looked at by the waitstaff that was standing around talking. We left. Then today, everything was good food wise and ordered shakes to go. I looked at the window and saw our order. I watched the waitstaff walk by and by not looking at the order. 15 mins later we got up to go pay for our meal and when asked about our lunch I told them that our shakes had been sitting in the window for atleast 10 mins. When the cashier went over to get them, I watched the waitress put her finger into one of the shakes to tell what it was. I asked about it and the cashier said she didn't, I wear glasses but I'm not blind. I told them to keep them but my wife and grand daughter took theirs. They offered to re make them but I told the cashier that I didn't have another half hour to wait for a chocolate shake. If the waitstaff was as good as the food, it would be a great place to go to. We used to go to lunch after church there, but probably will not go back there. If we want steak and shake we will drive to Lexington and visit the Hamburg location. read more
