Tonight we returned to our local Logan's Roadhouse and had a very pleasant experience. Our waitress this evening was Kaleigh who was probably the best waiter/waitress that we have had in a very long time at any restaurant. Kaleigh is super friendly and attentive (example: we didn't have to ask for refills, she perceived the future need and delivered refills before our glass was empty. She also brought us spare napkins without having to ask). Simple little things like this always make the difference between a good meal and a great meal! We both ordered the chicken strips and they were promptly served very hot and cooked perfectly. My salad came in a chilled bowl and the lettuce was crisp, fresh, and cold. Fries were cooked perfectly-- crispy and hot. I also ordered a side of their macaroni and cheese which is always excellent (probably the best Mac and cheese in town). My wife had a sweet potato which was huge! Today's visit was completely different from our previous one and everything was excellent. The manager came around at the end of our meal and was very friendly. Great job tonight Logan's! I must say, if you ever stop and eat here, be sure to ask for Kaleigh to be your waitress! read more

Let's start with the food . I ordered the everything salad , due to health issues I avoided the eggs . The advertised picture looked amazing . If only what was delivered to my table came close, Unfortunately it do not . There was less then 2 ounces of chicken , maybe a half piece of bacon , crumbs of walnut pieces , the Tomatos we almost green , I couldn't even eat those , I lined them all up on the outside of my plate . Wasn't sure what to expect, but we didn't experience any issues during our two visits here except it was a little cold during the first visit. Service was quick and friendly. They were on top of drink refills. Food came out reasonably quickly. Rolls were given out first. During both visits, we were given two baskets and they were hot and fresh with soft butter. During multiple visits, we had the filet, the waiter said they slightly undercooked them to the temperature, so my son ordered accordingly, the lemon herb chicken and the Logan's wood grilled chicken. All of the vegetables were fresh and cooked properly, the meats were all moist and everything was flavorful. The iced tea was really, really good both times and the prices were reasonable. I think a manager was walking around asking people how their meals were too. We will definitely be back again. read more

I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for it being so uncomfortably cold. They have the AC way down and then on top of that they have all the ceilings fans on full blast so if you plan on going, wear a sweater. Other than that the food has always been great for us. I always get a nice steak and my husband orders some variety of chicken and it's always been very good. There is a bit of wait for food but if you order a salad as one of your sides, they go ahead and bring that out immediately which is nice. Definitely recommend for the food. read more

I sat at the bar and was barely greeted. I asked her what she recommend, she replied "I mean.. it's all okay. Chickens good. Streaks good." I admit Logan's was not our first choice for dinner because of the 2 star rating. When there was a one hour wait at Texas Roadhouse we relented and drove across the road to Logan's. This place is just straight up mid, there is honestly NOTHING unique about this place and I have to admit this would never be my first choice. So first off, the food was cold and was not great and there was a black hair in my baked potato, but other then that it was like a 4.5/10, but what i really hated was the service the waiter was so rude and barley greeted us, my son asked for a lemon with his lemonade and she ignored him, that really made me mad but I did not say anything bc I'm not that kind of person but my son was really upset. lastly the ambiance was so underwhelming it reminded me of a 80's dinner in the middle of nowhere and it felt like I was in a doctors office, bc it was so cold but anyway its a soild 2/5 from me. read more

Stopped by this location about a week ago for dinner. There were barely any cars in the parking lot and what looked like only two other tables currently seated. I thought for sure this would mean prompt attention and rapid service but this was far from the case. After placing my order it took 50 minutes for the entree to be brought to the table. This was rather unexpected as there were no other customers as the other tables were already eating or had just finished. The waitress, who was also the bartender, had her attention split between cleaning the bar and waiting on us and had to be asked two times to please check on our order, one of which she just went back to the kitchen and went back to cleaning without providing an update. She seemed put off that she had to wait on us and wasn't nice at all. The chicken parm was horrendous and just messy slop with completely over fried, dry chicken and burnt bread. I'm honestly kind of baffled as to how they can mess up this badly with us being literally the only order they had to work on. Also the restaurant was so cold inside it was actually uncomfortable. There's a reason this place has such a low rating and it's bizarre how John R. And Logan Guest Services KNOW this location is so bad and have consistently responded to the negative reviews over the last months and years and it's still this terrible. 05 October 2022 The best thing I can say is that the soda wasn't flat. I and 4 of my colleagues went to this Logan's for lunch today. We each ordered a burger, all of which featured bacon, 3 of them had bacon in the name. What arrived after almost 45 minutes were 5 burgers that did not resemble what was ordered. First, no bacon was present within ANY of the burgers. The burgers were made of a processed freezer-burned patty that was horribly over-cooked and completely unseasoned. The burger buns were sugary. The mushrooms were blatantly canned, and what fresh ingredients that WERE there were well past their prime. I had a fried cheese and bacon burger. What appeared was a burger with no fried cheese, but instead had 3 luke-warm mozzerella sticks jammed into it. When the multitude of discrepancies were brought to the attention of the waitress, she grabbed the manager who attempted to placate the table with a tray of deep-fried bacon. None of the other concerns were acknowledged. 5 checks and more than an hour later, we left and will never come back. And they had the sheer bloody audacity to charge full price for this dumpster fire read more

We never go to chain restaurants but we had no choice because the wait at the other little places was 2 hours on Monday on Labor Day weekend. The host was very kind and helpful, and we sat with the kids at the bar eat. The bartender tended to high ball seats as well as the customers at the bar. She rocked and pregnant!!! She tended to every need, remained calm and nice and was on her game. She made this place awesome for us. We had cold chicken wings and she removed them from our bill and the chef came out to apologize. Awesome, awesome awesome and the balance of our meal was yummy. Well now... I am extremely sad to say that we had a miserable time at this location. The service was not professional... while he was there to take an order, he never cleared the table of any food or plates. It became a nasty overcrowded mess by the end. The burger was disgusting and inedible, the bacon on a stick was not crispy enough... I really would never recommend anything about this place to anyone. The number one complaint I had was the overload of salt! I felt like I had hit up a salt lick in the middle of the field with one bite of the burger. We were passing thru and reluctant to try this restaurant because of the low scores. We are glad we stopped. We both ordered the 6 oz. sirloin which were cooked to perfection-medium rare. I have been to Logans twice since my last reveiw. Once for lunch a Great "Fried Cheese bacon burger/Fries" and all ended well. This last time not so well. Me and my wife entered around 2:15pm, sat at bar, Greeted with a smile and waited on as soon as we sat down. Wife ordered Grilled chicken salad, all was good. I ordered a 9oz Filet med to med-rare, it came RARE. I mentioned it was rare and she took it back. A few minuets later i was handed another meal, wait a minuet, it was the same filet just cooked some more after it was cooked once and it rested(cooled) while I finished my salad (5 min or so) and then back on the grill so the cooked part of the meat was cooked(that means it got dry like leather) even more so the center could heat up. and they remembered to microwave the fries so they were nice and hot, well most of them. I am not trying to give Logans bad reviews. I am trying to do the opposite. The service was great, The wifes Chicken Salad was good. My Husband and I had an absolutely inedible meal here. My Husband ordered chicken fried steak and fried. The fries were more like potato chips, they were so crisp. The meal was incredibly salty and after a few bites, decided it wasn't worth choking down. I ordered steak skewers and a baked potato. The steak skewers had rice on the bottom (I had substituted a baked potato instead of rice, so assume the skewers were originally plated with rice, then scraped off prior to being delivered to our table). My baked potato was dark brown inside and the steak portion was squishy, yet tough and flavorless. I couldn't eat any of it. Also, and on a random note, prior to ordering the steak skewers I ordered the pork chops that I later found out from our waitress were unavailable, yet she did inform me in the same breath they were having a pork extravaganza the following evening (?!?!). Additionally, there were several items that will definitely prevent us from coming back: Sticky menus, a dirty bathroom and a waitress, who although very sweet, hovered over our table and food as well as leaned in so far to talk with us her elbows were on the table as well. Disappointed with everything above, and still hungry when we got home given we only ate the salad portion of our meals, I decided to call the Manager (According to the person I spoke with on the phone, his name was Randy and he was unable to take my call, but she took my number in case he could call me back). I still haven't heard from Randy. I have a lot of sympathy for the restaurant industry, their staffing and supply-chain issues, but with steadily increasing menu prices and an edible food, I have a difficult time continuing to support those establishments when quality, service and cleanliness are atrocious. We got an email about Thursday $10 Burger and Brew and knew it was for us. I'll preface this with letting you know I'm not a yuuge burger fan but a meal and a beer for $10, I can certainly try. We order the limited seasonal menu appetizer of Moonshine popcorn shrimp and we're saddened to hear they'd sold out already. So we ordered the shrooms which ended up coming out after the burgers. No big deal, they were super hot and always a favorite. The hubby got the Roadhouse burger and seemed thoroughly pleased as it went down easily without any complaints of seasoning issues. I got the deep fried cheese and bacon burger. Best choice yet, the gooey deep fried cheese running down the burger absolutely made my night. These burgers are extra large- so I could only eat half. I'm surprised by how well this burger was seasoned and grilled. I love a char grilled burger, crunchy outside and not tough on the inside. Will be returning most thursdays for this special- we don't look a gift horse on the mouth when the deals are this good. Y'all should give this burger a chance, it'll quickly melt its way into your heart (arteries, whatever). The French fries did come out cold and were quickly replaced with fresh fries. Beers were served cold with smiling faces. No complaints. Maybe that I'm too full, but I regret not one carb that crossed these lips tonight. After all, Thursday only happens once a week, right? I got the fillet 6oz medium (pictured) with a salad no onions and tomatoes (there was still onions in the salad) whatever, i picked them out and i also got mashed potatoes with cheese and when it all came out about 35 minutes later there was no cheese and it was still on the check. boyfriend got a ribeye (MR) and it was overlooked to well done. He waited about 15 minutes for a refill as our server walked by our table several times. She didn't ask us if our steaks were okay or if we needed anything else, she dropped the food off and left. The store was very dead so it wasn't like she was busy. Coming from a former server of three years, i know when servers are busy and when they are not. My wife's filet was cold and dry as a rodeo saddle and my ribeye ordered medium was served well done and then some. We complained and the GM, Miranda Wampler, offered to make us another steak. We went out to celebrate a major accomplishment on a week night and ordered a couple of steaks. For background, we've been here multiple times. When this place opened, they were packed and the food was good. Classic steaks, prepared to order, with fresh and ample sides. Unfortunately, both the quality of the food and the skill of the cooks have gone down. Where once the sides we're beautiful and delicious, they now seem to be made up of leftover scraps. The steaks we ordered we're both far from what we ordered. The "medium" steak was literally purple in the middle, and the "medium rare" one was barely gray on the outside and was cold and purple on the inside. They took them back to finish cooking them, but then one bite revealed that they both tasted sour to each of us. That was all we could take, so we asked for our check, and left the steaks uneaten. To their credit, the manager came up and said he voided our payment, but this is the second time they ruined a meal with poorly prepared food. The last time I avoided the place for months. My family and I went here last night for dinner. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. It wasn't busy, there were maybe 5 tables, but it still took almost 40 minutes after ordering to receive our "dinner". My son Ordered the kids steak. It came out RAW. I sent it back, and they threw the same steak bites back on the grill. It came back black. My husband and I both ordered steak and shrimp skewers, with a baked potato. The baked potato was piping hot and perfect. The steak and shrimp were both ice cold. I told the server, and he insisted that they bring us more shrimp. The new shrimp came when we were both finished eating (our potato). I took a bite of one, and it was slimy, and raw. After looking a little closer... it was still partially transparent. I almost threw up. I told my husband to pay the bill and I walked out of the restaurant. I am amazed at the horrendous food. We will NEVER go back to this Logan's. Stopped in here on a Tuesday afternoon to have a steak with my father. We were sat in a far corner of the restaurant and promptly left there. We ordered a couple of ribeye steak dinners with the sides (baked potato and salad). After a few moments were were served the salads and they were very good. Several minutes later, we were served our steak dinners. They were cooked very well, however my potato was cold and old. We were approached by the waitress and we asked for our checks. We sat waiting so long for our checks that my 78 year old father finally got up and even tried to flag our waitress down. After a few more moments we were finally given our checks and the bills were payed. Regardless whether the meal is good, mediocre or otherwise...bad service is unforgivable. We were able to get seated really quickly on a Sunday afternoon. But it took an hour to get our food. Some meals were brought to the table. One medium steak was well done, which had to be sent back twice and the final time it was still well done. I finally received my French Dip which was COLD. Another weird thing they have done is they have switched their rolls or possibly they don't know how to make them anymore. This will be the las time I will go to this Logan's. Why do u put a fraud report on your debit card so it won't process. Just because we take turns paying and bill was close to 300 dollars and and our night to pay you decide to use your power to interrupt our meal and report card declined.
