Kimchi seafood soup appetizer: Warming and full of umami!
    Susan S.

An update: 6/2025. I returned for the "steak stone" experience (photo below) and ordered an 8 ounce New York strip. It came sizzling on an exceptionally hot stone full of rock salt. The salt helps both to make it stick less, and to add flavor. In my opinion, both of these issues could be resolved with selling meat with more fat in it. It was a challenge, keeping up with how quickly the meat cooked. Literally, famine to feast. Better for a group, than a dinner for one. Prior to the entree, I had a starter of a half dozen oysters. I saw them shucked. I know they had been alive on ice. But I know in my heart it had been a long time since those oysters felt the pull of a tide: They had lost the plumpness and sheen of truly fresh oysters. As always, the front of the house was friendly, efficient, and attentive.

Steak stone and sushi is one of my favorites! The steak hibachi always great! I substitute noodles for rice. Every hibachi comes with two pieces of shrimp which is always nice too.

My favorite is Stuffed Jalapeño and spicy tuna cucumber wrap.. They are so fresh and delicious Our server is patient. Thanks for your service because it's my boyfriend's birthday.. It 's so memorable and we have a wonderful time.! Soup is also so good!

Delicious sushi to miso broth soup and entrees of Hibachi, Filet Mignon and Chilean Seabass. Delicious !! Large menu and very accommodating wait staff. My "go to " restaurant for Sushi and Seafood.

Some of the best sushi in Niagara Falls always clean and friendly atmosphere. The crispy calamari is some of the best I've ever had would definitely try.

Stopped in for a bite to eat after a day of shopping! I sure was hungry and boy oh boy this hit the spot! It's a very nice and relaxing place with a patio. The food, oh boy! What a great selection! If you can't find something you'd like, then you're just not hungry . Once we sat down, we we're greeted by one of the servers and he made us feel like queens! I just love to be doted on. We were eating our meal within 10 or 12 minutes of ordering . What a great place with tons of specials. The prices are amazing for what you get.

    Pineapple rice

We made reservations a week in advance for my husband's birthday. The man who helped me was very pleasant. Everyone enjoyed their food. I had the pineapple rice - Delicious! Also the Wicked rolls were excellent. My husband had the shrimp & scallop stone dinner and raved about it. The only issue was that they couldn't split our check for our large party. I've been plenty of places that do this.

**update: ordered takeout again, and then dined in another day... extremely friendly service... no complaints... I'd like to add, can sign up for rewards and earn points to take money off a future order - worth it if you're obsessed like me!!** So I've eaten at the Lockport location a few times but not here. Me and my boyfriend are having a little staycation and decided to order takeout from here. He has never been to any location. Food was ready on time and packaged well with all the utensils and sauces we needed (the eel sauce is great but the eel sauce mixed with spicy mayo is to die for!) I ordered the "Little Delicious" and "Las Vegas Superstar" rolls. They were soooooooo amazing. The Las Vegas Superstar definitely stole the show between the two though. My boyfriend had chicken pad Thai and California rolls (and tried my rolls). He said he really enjoyed the food and would come back again for sure and may even want it again tonight. I would be more than willing to have it two nights in a row myself. He did mention the pad Thai was good but not his favorite it. I have similar experiences in which I never care so much for the entrees so I actually make the rolls my entree. I will definitely be enjoying more rolls at this location.

    Steak on a stone

Food is fantastic! I had the NY Strip on the Stone. It is amazing. The New England clam chowder is probably the best I ever had! The pad tai and sashimi were excellent. Service was terrific too. We will come back! Lexi was or server. Great job!

    Avocado/cucumber Roll & California Roll
    Thomas S.

Upon arrival their is outdoor seating and they had a fire going, the ambience of which just embraces you like a warm blanket. Our waiter, Dennis, was great, very patient and attentive. I love cooked sushi as well and the Little Delicious was fantastic. We ended up ordering two more rows of avocado/cucumber and California rolls. The kids chicken fingers definitely deserve praise as they were actually quality chicken and good portion sizes, unlike every other place that is very small. The fries were perfect, had a nice crisp outside with a soft inside. Drinks were delicious and presentation was great. I had a Long Island that I wish was stronger but it wasn't bad. This is a recommended stop for anyone in the area!

Our entrees included chicken pad Thai, red curry duck, Massaman curry and tofu pad see ew. The portions were large enough for all off to have leftovers even after we had eaten our fill. I wish I had ordered the Massaman curry for myself, but I guess I'll just have to come back for more!

Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. My husband ordered nigiri sushi: red snapper and white tuna. Both of these were bland, with a mushy mouthfeel. My oyster had lots of sheen and liquor, but they were clearly harvested long ago, and were shriveled in their shells. Both of us left with upset stomachs. As a topper, our young waiter asked us as we settled the bill, "Why are you old folks out during the busy time?" OMG. This restaurant is affiliated with Wind restaurant, which also uses robot servers. Service from the staff was still attentive and friendly, and the place had a nice, lively vibe without feeling chaotic. Definitely a spot I'd go back to if I'm in the area again.

Lowering your expectations is also a good approach. The place was packed on Saturday evening, but we still got a table right away. It was located at the back of the room, next to the cash registers. Next time, I would definitely prefer to wait for better seating. Did I overeat? Yes, I did, but no regrets, and I would do it again :). The cucumber and kani salad were very good. We tried all three sushi appetizers. Beef gyozas and shrimp tempura from the kitchen appetizers section were yum. The tempura was pleasantly crunchy, and I almost ordered more. Our favorite things were classic rolls, salmon and yellowtail. The least favorite were the Classic Roll with Spicy Salmon and the Queen Roll with spicy tuna. No offense, but I thought spicy salmon and tuna that evening were pretty bad with absolutely no taste. I compared it to eating sawdust, but actually I've never eaten sawdust, so it was kind of mean from my side. We liked the flavors in general. The Christmas, the Rainbow, the Hollywood and the Dancing Crab (the most handsome) rolls were all very tasty. Perhaps due to the restaurant's high volume, some of our food was prepared very sloppily. I can only imagine how quickly all the chefs had to work to fulfill all the orders. They still should maintain some standard, in my opinion. Well, that's the consequence of visiting during the busiest time of the week, I suppose. Our server, Anna, was really pleasant. She thanked us for ordering extra sashimi for additional cost (still low). She also complimented the way we were ordering. My dining companion knew what to choose from the menu, and we gave her a longer list of dishes so Anna didn't have to check on us as often. It just worked out perfectly for us. Oh! There was this guy helping with the food service. He was probably in training, or maybe just filling in, or maybe just helping out on the weekends. His mood and attitude were pretty bad, but my companion said I should be more relaxed about it ;). Anyway, I'll be back. We had a lot of fun. Someday, I'd like to order from the regular menu for comparison. Maybe the special rolls are bigger and look tidier? The Sushi Queen is a good place to check out for an affordable dining experience.

The dining area, food stations and bathrooms were all very clean, which is so important at a buffet. The variety of food goes from everything you can imagine at a Chinese buffet like sushi and fried rice to American options like burgers and fries, to surprises in-between like New England clam chowder and prime rib. Tons of dessert- hard ice cream, cakes, pies, fruit, jello, even Crème brûlée and waffles. One of my favorite surprises was the variety of mocktails. Most places offer me pop as a mocktail or a Shirley Temple at best. Decent pricing. Father's Day special dinner menu was $50/pp (Canadian) about $36/pp (American) which is pretty great for all you get and that's WITH their high tax. I believe the refular pricing is about $10/pp less. A must try only 30 minutes from Western NY.
