He moved both our washer AND dryer to access the dryer vent. This was my first carpet cleaning experience with any local company. After two years in our new…read morehouse (with little kids), our carpet desperately needed a cleaning. I called and asked about their special for two rooms and a hallway for $125. The gentleman on the phone told me that rooms larger than 200 square feet would cost more (I forgot the actual price) and any special treatments would cost additional as well. He helped me schedule a time for the following week. About 15 minutes before the scheduled time, I received a phone call letting me know that they would be arriving soon. I wasn't there but my partner was there and said everything went well. We opted for the basic cleaning and didn't expect all the stains to be removed (for example, some chalk paint in the hallway). The carpet looks much better! The invoice noted the stains that couldn't be removed and the traffic wear pattern in the hallway. We had reasonable expectations for what carpet cleaning could do and are satisfied with the entire experience. Would definitely hire again for future carpet cleaning needs.
