They charged us $300 for a 1,509 sq ft house -- despite the fact that the home had brand-new blinds, brand-new flooring in all three bedrooms, and no refrigerator to clean. This was absolutely not a discounted or bargain price. Before hiring them, they specifically promised they would come back and address anything my realtor found unsatisfactory after the cleaning. Based on that promise, I paid them in full immediately after the service. A few days later, my realtor inspected the property and found the cleaning quality extremely poor. She provided them with a detailed list of areas that were still dirty. One toilet was so poorly cleaned that my realtor cleaned it herself. On another toilet, instead of properly scrubbing blue staining inside the toilet, they simply suggested replacing the whole toilet altogether. That alone tells you the level of effort they put into the job. The dishwasher was still dirty. Windows, baseboards, drawers, and other surfaces were visibly dirty. There were even cobwebs still hanging on the walls. When I contacted them to come back as promised, their attitude immediately changed. They were rude, dismissive, and kept delaying scheduling. I gave them my husband's number to coordinate a return visit, and they said the earliest they could come was Saturday (nearly a week later). Then on Saturday, they suddenly claimed they would not return unless someone was physically present at the house to inspect their work. This made absolutely no sense because they already knew the property was vacant and that we were remote landlords. They had completed the original cleaning using an access code with nobody present, so this was clearly just an excuse to avoid honoring their promise. After that, they stopped answering calls from both me and my husband entirely. The house was still dirty, and we ended up paying another cleaning company to redo the entire job properly. Unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely poor-quality work. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. Respond to the owner's response: you lied! (1) The toilet was totally cleanable. The second cleaner cleaned this toilet with no problem. It looks very clean now. But you even didn't try and simply asked me to buy a new toilet. What a moron. Another toilet shown in the picture showed how my realtor easily cleaned after you still left it dirty! (2) my husband said he didn't clearly agree to have someone come for you because your accent was strong and he couldn't clearly hear what you said. Simply not realistic for us to agree. When he called you, you also didn't tell him which day and time you could come back to clean the house either. Later when I called you to come back, I already explained to you why we couldn't have someone on the spot waiting for you because it was an empty house and we couldn't hire someone to wait for you there. You knew this already even before we let you clean our house at the beginning, because we gave you the house access code to come in and nobody was there! We told you our realtor would come a few days later to check and asked if you could come back to finish cleaning if she pointed out dirty places. You agreed which is why we gave you money to do it. Unfortunately we paid you in full on the same day you did the cleaning. So you can become a moron later. You simply didn't want to keep your own promise to come back to finish cleaning. You could simply say you would come back to finish cleaning what we pointed out and no more trips if my realtor found out more later. However you simply refused to answer our phone and disappeared! If you continue to lie in public here after causing us so much stress and financial loss by hiring a second cleaner, I will further seek related third party for help. I don't believe such a horribly bad company could lie like this in public.

I was super impressed with how easy the onboarding process was - communication was fast, detalled, and I knew exactly what to expect the day of the cleaning. I loved that I received an alert when the team was on the way and their approximate arrival time - so helpful! Since I work from home, the team asked very considerate questions about which rooms to clean first, what would be the most convenient / least disruptive for me, etc. They were efficient, detailed, and I was blown away by the quality of the clean. And the best part - my home smelled AMAZING. I don't know what type of magic they infuse into their eco-friendly cleaning products, but I would like to buy it in bulk please! :).

Our former housekeeper moved so we recently had Purple Fig come in for an initial cleaning with the hopes of setting up a twice a month or bi-weekly service. We were quoted ~$280 per visit which was higher than our old housekeeper but seemed reasonable enough given they bring multiple people. They claimed the first clean was to bring things up to the "Purple Fig Standard" but when I got home after the cleaning I genuinely had trouble understanding what they did while in my home other than leave a candy cane on our kitchen counter. They don't do any laundry (even bed sheets/towels, not looking for a wash and fold service here) which is frustrating but I can somewhat understand given the time a laundry cycle takes. The most egregious offense was that they apparently also dont do any dishes . Again, i'm not asking for a post-Thanksgiving dinner cleanup here but we had a few pans and plates from last nights dinner in the sink and they didn't touch them. Overall, my wife and I struggled to understand what they really did to clean our home. When we decided not to continue with the bi-weekly service they then retroactively charged us $470 for the initial clean. For the price they charge not doing laundry or even tidying up the kitchen when there are a few dishes in the sink doesn't feel worth it. The best part of a cleaning service is coming home to a clean house that you can see and feel as soon as you walk through the door. That is why I have confidently referred him to several friends and neighbors, who also had great experiences. He installed a mini-split in my garage workshop about four years ago. It greatly improved the environment in the shop. I can work out there year round, no matter what the crazy Texas weather is doing. The blower motor was not acting right recently, so I called him out. He checked it out and the motor was bad. The motor itself was covered under warranty, so no charge for that. I had to pay for the labor. I keep the unit running most of the time. Over time, things need to be cleaned. The fan blade had become quite dirty over time. Wang and his assistant fully cleaned the whole unit, and replaced the motor. It is now fully clean and running like new. Cooling my whole shop very quickly. I can fully recommend Wang and Breeze Cooling and Heating for any HVAC needs you have. He is knowledgeable, quick to arrive, and always fair with pricing. He also does electrical work. I will continue to call him for my HVAC needs and will continue to refer him to other people. Found Breeze Cooling and Heating ("breezeamerica.com") on yelp and messaged them. Wang got back to me immediately, and he and a helper were at my house the next morning. They diagnosed the problem as not a popped line or anything else needing a whole new unit, just normal cumulative freon loss from fifteen years of heavy AC use in an Austin home built in 1952 with no insulation in the walls. So they did a full refrigerant recharge with pressure test. It's been a week now and I can really tell the difference. My house cools a lot faster than it ever did before. Entire service took 3hrs and cost $570 total. It's great to find an independent specialist who's just focused on explaining and fixing problems, not taking advantage of rubes like me. FIVE stars!
