They texted and called the day before the appointment to confirm, and showed up right on time. My microfiber furniture was absolutely disgustingly dirty due to our dog, and within 2 hours of showing up these guys had all of it looking like the day we bought it. Their guys are extremely courteous. I really appreciate the customer service. If there is anything that I'd suggest, I think it would be really nice for the service people to wear those plastic shoe covers while cleaning because it kills me to steam clean my place and see them walking back and forth with dirty shoes draining the water and stuff when they're done. He gave me a price over the phone, explained the process and answered all my questions and concerns. This guy is the BEST .. I got the run around with the big cleaning companies ... got quoted a low amount on the phone, then they come to your house and spike the price up by a few hundred dollars. This guy locked in a price for me for a great amount, was on time, brought 1 other guy including himself, went to town on my couch and BOOM my couch was brand spanking new. Quality of work was as good as it can be! I have a hardwood floor and was worried about eventual scratches from the machine and the tools the technicians use, and also from water drops and leakage. I got no scratches thanks to their machine having rubber kind of wheels and the drops of water were quickly wiped out the technician. This company provides a very high quality cleaning. My carpet is almost like brand new. Not to forget the solutions they use do not smell and are environmentally healthy, I will not be breathing some poisonous chemicals which most carpet cleaning companies use. After a bit of an oopsie with a rug that wasn't cleaned properly if at all, and a subsequent negative review here on Yelp, I was quite pleasantly surprised to be contacted immediately by the owner of the company. Between he and his son, they informed me that there was one staff member that was the source of the issue that they had been made aware of, and the intent and urgency with which they remedied the situation, then discounted the final bill for the trouble, showed so much integrity that I would trust these guys with any future rug cleaning. The quality of the final work was also quite impressive, as I have an elderly dog who is starting to have accidents, and their ability to remove all of the pet residuals and smells was a relief. Wasn't sure if it would all come out. Overall, yes, there was a significant issue with the original work, but it was remedied in an above-and-beyond manner that gives me confidence in using this company again. Oh, and I work in a high-level corporate training and coaching position around creating premium customer experiences...and the way this situation was handled is textbook regarding exactly what to do and how to do it. I Love Steam Pro! We had carpets that we were sure would never look good again due to really dirty high traffic areas, stains, etc. Also had dining room chairs that we thought we might have to be recovered. We also had living room chairs had not been cleaned for decades and had I reverted to using doilies to cover the arms and head rest or covering with knitted throw. The last person I used said I should not hope for "miracles for the high traffic areas because the carpet is so old" He also left the carpeting so wet that, when I walked on it the second day the water came up between my toes. Enter Jeffrey and Michael, who arrived right on time, were friendly, and very professional. The dining room chair quote I received over the phone was honored even though the dining room chairs were larger than Jeffrey expected. They worked harder that any cleaners I have ever used. They spent almost two hours and kept at it until things looked beautiful. My hubby and I can't believe the incredible difference! Wish I could give more that 5 stars! They are that good!!! read more

I originally went on Craigslist looking for someone to clean my carpet but when I called several of the listings, I thought, no way, was I going to allow these people to come into my house. So, I called a friend and asked her if she could recommend a good carpet cleaning company and she gave me Jeffrey's name and number. Now, the carpet that I needed cleaned was in really, I mean, really bad shape. It had lots of stains and spots from dogs and cats, as well as, spills from drinks. It is an old carpet but was an expensive, thick, light beige one. I called Jeffrey on Friday night and he was able to send Mike and Tony over on Saturday (the next day) to steam clean my carpet. I was told by several people (including Jeffrey at Steam Pro) to not have big expectations on the outcome. This was fine with me because I really needed to have the smell dealt with and some form of cleaning because I am going to have visitors in that room in another week. Well, the result was just unbelievable. It is like I can see the real color of the carpet and all the spots and stains are GONE. About 4 years ago, I rented a Rug Doctor and cleaned that carpet and it did not even come close to looking as good as did after Mike and Tony worked on it with the Steam Pro equipment. Mike and Tony had been working since 9:00 am that Saturday on many other cleaning jobs before they got to my house. They really put effort into cleaning and the results were the proof. They made certain they went under furniture and even scrubbed certain areas with a brush. Of course, since there is water involved in a steam cleaning, I made certain that I opened windows and had air flowing through the room and by Sunday, my carpet was dry.
