After 6 visits post installation, each visit came with a series of unprofessional issues, we are left with permanent damage on our cement driveway where an amateur handyman, at best, used an incorrect tool to drill into the cement. Steel Advantage, after a no show to repair the hole, sent another person to fix the mess says it can't be fixed because of the angle the person drilled the hole. We are left with extreme frustration and have the need to leave it as is or figure out how to remedy on our own as the company offered nothing. In addition, we are SOOOO done with them. If they were to come out again it would be service call number 7 to complete what should have been a very simple project and what they taught, they are experts at.
