Juliet was so sweet to help us make our order. Thank you! The food was yummy! We had the strawberry bagel with chives and strawberry cream cheese and a garlic bagel with lox cream cheese and the banana pudding rice krispy and the lox with onion and tomato and cream cheese on challah bread. The challah bread could have been a bit more fresh. But the bagels were good and chewy. No indoor seating but there are two picnic tables right outside. No a fan of the banana pudding rice krispy but the bagels and sandwich were good!

My wife was really craving a bagel sandwich and this spot is conveniently located between our two jobs. The place definitely had efficient service. It is a grab and go spot so don't plan on sitting down. They do have a walk up window to order on sight. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on everything bagel. It was good but nothing to write home about and I feel like that's the same as many Chicago bagel places. The everything bagel was really salty. My wife ordered pastrami sandwich and really liked it. So if I go back I'll probably get that. They also had a lot of interesting smears that I wouldn't mind trying out.

Great bagel! Simple menu and options. They're not doing anything crazy or new here. But what they're doing, they're doing it well!

Our host had recommended this place, so we thought we'd grab breakfast to eat on the road on our way out of town. It was fine, nothing to write home about. Maybe I was spoiled after having one of the best brunches of my life yesterday at Spinning J. The service was ok but I wanted to know the prices of some items in the refrigerator case, and I never did find out. There is zero ambiance as I guess it's intended to be a grab and go situation. But they could put some chairs in there as it was super awkward standing waiting the 10-15 minutes it took for our sandwiches to get made. You can see into the bakery where they make the bagels. Honestly they were just average bagels. The egg was an overcooked hockey puck, would definitely not order the egg sandwich again. The lox bagel was better, but nothing compared to the one I had yesterday. Anyway bottom line is there are soooo many food choices in the area, I probably won't return here.

Tasteful breakfast food at above average prices for a takeaway window. Prep time is a bit long...

I order from here quite often on Uber Eats and their bagel sandwiches and iced coffee HIT, every single time.

Staff was friendly and it's always a nice little luxury to get a coffee not made from home in this economy! Love this place. Bit of nostalgia for a different time. I remember the cereal bar. Now that I've made myself sound about a million years old it's time to sign off! Go catch up with friends here

I ordered 5 coffees one morning, and all the register guy did was write a few names on some cups and placed it down. I understand tipping culture is a divided topic of discussion, but at the end of the day, it is OPTIONAL. After pressing the skip button from what I believe to be non-tip worthy service, he threw a fit and said "Wow you're serious? After I did all that?" Meanwhile all he did was write names on cups. Now I would understand if he was the barista working hard to pump out the coffees, but two lovely ladies were in the back doing that. He shooed me and my friend out of line as we were still processing what he just said. The next customer orders and he had the audacity to talk about us to them while we're 5 feet away. Delusional as he was, he had the nerve to say we were holding up the line and made him do "all that work", and I could promise you, we knew exactly what we wanted to order the second we got up, and took no longer than 45 seconds. We also witnessed he got into it with another customer, so it seems like he's the problem here. Most wild service I have ever received, all for some milky coffees. I ended up tipping the lovely ladies in the back though. Be warned. There are much better spots.

I don't know what sorcery they are using to bake these scones, but they are not your average dry, flaky pastry. They are moist, gooey, huge, heavy on flavors and ingredients, and always delicious. I'm tempted to ask the owner to start texting me the scone flavors of the day so I never miss my favorites. Top 5 scones: - Peaches and cream - Cherry chocolate - Vanilla chai and/or vanilla rosemary (can't pick) - Lemon ginger - Chocolate caramel pecan Obviously I'm a sweet pastry person, but they also always have a couple of savory options like ham jalapeño cheddar, goat cheese, etc. I had one that was like blackberry habanero one time?? So good and so unique. Thank you, Ritual, for always feeding me scones :)

I took a sip. Yuck! I waited a few minutes, thinking, maybe it wasn't THAT bad, and tried another sip. Yuck! On my way out, I brought my drink back to the counter. It was still warm. I told the guy that the drink was terrible, that it tasted like warmed up Hersheys syrup. He took my drink and said, "Oh I'm sorry about that." I paused a second; he had nothing else to say. He didn't offer to make me a new drink. Didn't offer a pastry. Didn't offer a refund. I'm out $6 and I did not get to enjoy a treat. We're urged to support local, but experiences like this remind me why I like to go to the consistent chain that ALWAYS remakes my drink if there's a problem (which their rarely is), no questions asked. Totally disappointing. Would not go back because my drink was terrible and the customer service didn't exist.
