What it is, and what I am rating it on. It is a dive bar, it has sticky tables, (not really) it has pool tables and tacky decor, it has really friendly service and it is awesome for what it is. The crowd can be a little rough and it is a Bar, must be 21 years or older. It has typical bar food, hamburgers and anything you can put in a fryer. But on Thursdays and Saturday Nights, after 6:00PM it is steak night. I usually don't like local grills for steaks, they're usually terrible. But not here, one of the best steaks I've had outside a high dollar steak house. After 6PM it is time for steaks, they close down the other menu items and you have a choice of steak (Ribeye) or steak (Ribeye). You can choose your temperature, I chose MR, and it was probably Med, but that's okay. Comes with a baked potato, a roll and grilled onions and mushrooms. But what stands out was the flavor, so good, place got a little smokey as they grilled. I really like mushrooms and grilled onions, but the steak didn't need em. I took mine off and enjoyed the steak as it was. I did finish the mushrooms and onions as a side. Highly recommend steak night. The salad was plain with cheese and croutons, nothing special. The Potato was cooked perfectly with a cooked crunchy skin, soft potato goodness in the middle. Came with butter and sour cream, I would have liked some cheese, bacon and chives, but it was still good. Lots of food, didn't try dessert. My wife enjoyed her steak too but would have liked some other options, it was a lot of food for her. But lunch for me the next day. Our waitress Zoe was new but very good, very attentive, and very friendly. Well done Zoe. Keep it up Rainbow Saloon.

Now for the Rainbow Saloon, I believe that it is the type of Saloon where everyone who enters the door will be able to feel like they just arrived @ home!! The staff follows all of the states required laws, but that doesn't mean that you won't have a fun experience! Some folks might call it a dive bar, it's what I would refer to as a rustic establishment!! Without questioning me or any push back at all, they offered to remake it for me or an offer for my next visit. I didn't want to drive pack so I took the latter. I told them all I wanted was to make them aware and pay more attention, but they took it a step further to make it right with an awesome offer. Food we got was really good and their customer service in store and on the phone was wonderful. So I'm happy.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. This is the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant…read more Coming from someone who worked in the restaurant industry, I am utterly disgusted with their service. It is absolutely unacceptable for an appetizer to take 1 hour to reach our table, our ticket in the kitchen must have been more than expired by the time our waitress, Serenity, brought it out. With nothing more than a mumbled sorry. On top of our singular appetizer taking an eternity to reach us, the order was incorrect. I can even recall what I ordered 24 hours later. The food was cold, hard, and looked like it had been sitting out for the entire hour we were waiting. For an $18 appetizer that was sheepishly thrown on the table was inedible. We decided to voice our concern to the general manager present that night, she didn't once apologize for the terrible service, instead she just asked where we were sitting what we ordered and then disappeared never to be seen again. After yet ANOTHER hour, a completely new waitress dropped off our appetizer which was slightly warm, perhaps they microwaved it for 30 seconds, I have had better wings from the samples at Costco. They also only gave us 2 sauces when the menu states that it comes with 4. So I don't know how that even left the kitchen.... Our waters were never refilled, our waitress barely came around to us, we got better service from the bus boy and girl that night who cheerfully filled up our waters and brought us the missing 2 sauces within seconds. I'm not one to complain about other customers getting their food before ours, but I do know restaurant rotation having worked as a hostess. Everyone seated in our waitress's section got served before us, even tho they arrived 30 minutes or more after us. They also ordered a full course meal, and were 6+ parties compared to our 3 top. We were too traumatized to order anything than a singular appetizer which again took 2 hours and it still wasn't correct. However we were there watching the UFC fight and had been there for 4 hours and were starving, so we settled for a cookie and ice cream desert assuming if they brought it out cold half the order would be correct. I am utterly disappointed in this restaurant's so called service, this would be absolutely unacceptable in any restaurant I have been to previously. I don't know how corporate hasn't intervened yet, I also saw many other customers who were neglected for hours at a time. Other locals in the area have also avoided this restaurant, I wish I had known before spending $33.00 for an appetizer and a cookie. Would not recommend in the slightest, unless you like your wings to be worse than gas station quality and triple the price. I have filed a complaint with corporate and will update when I get a response.

The atmosphere is a casual bar type feel with high top and table seating as well as a bar. On our first visit, we sat at a table by the sliding doors. I tried the mushroom burger with fries. It was tasty with fresh mushroom, Swiss cheese, and flat top prepared burger. The fries were fresh cut and they provided fry sauce. The waitress was friendly and kept our drinks full. The second time, we sat at a high top table with mismatched chairs. My chair was kind-of flexible, and I sank into the seat making me feel like a little kid as I scooted up to the table. Despite that, I ordered the sampler platter with a choice of 3 items. I opted for the Honey Garlic and House chicken wings with tater tots. The wings were good, and I preferred the honey garlic to the house wings, because they were a bit sweeter, and I love sweet stuff. The tots were tasty and not too greasy, but could have used a bit more salt. Again, the waitress was friendly and was doing double duty as the bar tender. The bar seating was a bit busy as it was near lunch time. I'm sure to come back again, and try yet another menu item, so shake thing up.

We arrived on a night when they were having a group event for Plant Night. It looked interesting and the attendees were making fun terrarium planters. The bar seats were all taken so we found a table in the back area behind the plant night group near the pool tables which were free play. We had to go to the bar to get our first round of drinks. I stood at the counter awhile without service when the senior bar tender stood nearby and wouldn't look my way. Finally, the other bar tender who was very busy acknowledged me and gave me our drinks. It appeared that the senior bar tender thought we were with the plant group activity and didn't choose to wait on us. After some time passed and we played a few rounds of pool, the senior bar tender came over to our table and filled another round for us. He seemed more friendly and approachable at this point. They looked like they also had karaoke and paint class as activities and other theme nights. My only downside comment is that we did not have any food, but we experienced a rather terrible smell of old fryer grease penetrating through the entire bar. The food appeared to be prepared behind the bar with a counter top fryer. That smell did not encourage us to eat and we were glad to get some fresh air upon leaving. I would certainly return again for the fun but hope the smell would improve upon my return.

Never come here. For the first time in my life I will say avoid this place at all cost!…read more You will be treated poorly and waste your money and time. I was told this place has the best wings and I took my family who just moved here to try it and will never return. We entered and the place had only one table. It took 15 minutes to get our party of 9 waters and a beer. When my mom ordered a beer it took 25 minutes to get her beer. We placed our order and it took 57 minutes for the first item to make it to the table. What came first was the kids pizza and fries which the fries came frozen and not even cooked. The pizza the kids said was disgusting and all 3 refused to eat it. They took a bite and spit it out. Then about 10 minutes later we got our wings and sandwiches. We ordered steak tacos and they gave us chicken. We ordered a chicken tender sandwich no ranch and it was drowning in ranch. We ordered a pork sandwich and the pork was cold and nasty. Ordered a burger and tasted like the grill hasn't been cleaned in months , the burger gave my brother a severe stomach ache. He said it was worse then a Wendy's burger. When we told the server she apologized and said they have a new chef she doesn't know what's going on. She asked if want it remade and we said no. It took an hour and everything was wrong. We shared 17 wings amongst 9 people two being pregnant that are due within 6 weeks. It was the worse experience. The server didn't charge me for the food made wrong or the pizza but made us pay for everything else even though it wasn't eaten. We had the bill split in two. One for my family and one for my brother. Then when I asked why the bill was higher then expected she said theirs an automatic gratuity added and she can't do anything about it because we are a large party. So she got an automatic 20% tip and didnt inform me without asking. Working in restaurant industries in my early days I was taught it's the law to notify the table. When we left I asked my brother why he paid $10 in cash and not all on card. He said he gave that as a tip. I said on top of the gratuity. He said he didn't know their was one. He went back in and said I tipped you on a gratuity why didn't you tell me. She said I told the other guy didn't you hear. He said I paid first how would have I heard when you were across the table. She gave him his cash back. By far the worse experience I have ever encountered in a restaurant. Let alone its average meal was $18 dollars.
