There is a group of us that have been coming here for a while...men and female. And they are always so rough and rushed with the pedicures. Last time I had a pedicure the man next to me was yelling at the pedicurist that she was hurting him. All my friends gave each other gift cards to Stella bc we loved it but this year we have all had bad experiences with pedicures. I got an infection from the pedicure and will not getting one there. The nail shape was inconsistent, she did not clean my cuticles, and the polish was inconsistent.. additionally the polish wasn't cleaned off my skin. Poor customer service - they do not honor their reservations and do not let you know they are running behind. My daughter and I waited more than 20 minutes past our appointment time before getting seated and then the attendant walked away from me to attend to other customers, while someone started on my daughter's pedicure. They did not offer any explanation as to why there was a delay or when someone would be coming by to start my service. After waiting another 10 minutes, I got up to let them know we would be leaving at which point she came over and apologized and they were short staffed, and it would be another 15 minutes before someone could start my service. That would be a full 45 minutes past my reservation...My daughter's pedicure was complete by this time. Completely unacceptable. There are several other nail salons in town that run on time, where as Stella Making Beauty would prefer to take every walk in that comes along and waste your time. read more

There is no point in making an appt. I had a 3p and walked in at 250pm, when 2 ladies walked in just before me. They were walk ins. They were signing in and I said I was a little early but was here for my 3p pedicure. The 2 ladies were put at chairs and I was left in the waiting area. About 5 minutes later I was called to take my spot. I had to wait and wait and wait. I told the person that I had made an appt. Because I had a hard stop and 4 and she said..2 more minutes. Finally someone came at 320. The pedicure was fine but very very rushed. Meanwhile the walks ins had a lovely relaxed pedicure and I was given the bums rush. While the pedicure was fine,I would never go back. Super unreliable. read more
