I love this little coffee shop! The baristas are always friendly and always make the perfect cup of coffee. We popped into Stellar Coffee to meet up with a friend who lives here in Roswell. There is a section in the back for gamers which I thought was wonderful. In the front section it appears like a quaint cafe. My husband and I had a hot chocolate, muffin, and one of their homemade fruit and bars. Everything was delicious. The cappuccino I had was good. I came back later in the day and had an americano, which I didn't like much. I don't know if it's the water that's used or not, but it tasted a little funky. This is a great addition to Main Street..good coffee, friendly, seating and they are welcoming to local artists to display work...that huge empty room in the back holds so much potential...hope it gets used...Roswell makes it hard for new businesses to pop up...everyone complains about Main Street and it has such potential...but getting The Good Old Boys to loosen their grip is hard...a Coffee Shop like Steller is great...next a deli? Wine & Cheese, cute old time saloon? For sure Steller is a great alternative to the usual places. read more

Great location, friendly service, alternative milk available, even some healthy snack choices! This would get a higher rating from me if they did not let their shots die while making my latte. When I questioned the really nice barista, he had no idea what that meant. I explained the difference it would make in flavor, but he was not receptive to my suggestion. You can enjoy your everyday espresso drinks where you can actually taste the espresso because it's not loaded down with syrup and also enjoy pour overs and friendly staff. Probably the best coffee shop in Roswell, but definitely not the best coffee shop in New Mexico. Not a large selection of non-coffee drinks. And not very many baked goods. The espresso is average, but inexpensive. It looks like they have a good machine, so could be a problem with the beans. Average for New Mexico. read more

I love the atmosphere here! The building has great history and they have really tried to maintain that. Plus the coffee is fantastic!!
