Homemade bread and made into garlic bread worth the price.

Best meal ever! You will regret not eating here. Everything we had was delicious and flavorful and fresh. I will be back. You won't be disappointed.

Not sure why this place only has 3.5 stars. My experience was phenomenal. We made reservations and was seated immediately. Our waitress was great. She tended to us and didn't skip a beat. Our food came quick and was so tasty. They were also helpful in picking out a good wine. The inside of this place is adorable. It's small, but beautiful. I will return when I'm back in town.

I had the best me-date here! What an absolute treat this place was. I came during restaurant week back in February and I haven't stopped thinking about it since. The very friendly and helpful waitress talked me into violently steering away from my diet and to try their garlic bread. It was amazing and I have no regrets. I followed that with the mussels bianco and the house salad. The mussels were really delicate and the sauce they were stewed in was addicting. The salad was great too. Then came the star, the veal saltimbocca. It was perfection, from the spinach to the angel hair to the meat itself, I am drooling as I type. I capped it with the panettone bread pudding and my soul went straight to heaven. Really can't say enough good things about this place. The food is excellent, the staff is so friendly and helpful. To top it all off, the atmosphere is relatively formal, but not so much that you can't see and appreciate the little raccoon friends that come to visit through the windows; they have a little place where they feed them and it's lit up where you can see them outside. So cute! An amazing experience!

The soft shell crab special at Stellini's this week.

Four of us ate at Stellini's this week. We have been going here at least once during our visits to Hilton Head Island for several years. As always, the food and service were exceptional. Period! We all had different dishes and everyone raved about their meal. I had the Rigatoni Bolognese; pasta tubes with a delicious, meaty marinara sauce. My wife had the soft shell crab with linguini. We all shared a basket of garlic bread and the bread disappeared, quickly. One of our friends had the shrimp and pasta while her husband had lasagna. In my opinion, the menu has a long list of great choices. I try something new each time. Last year, I had the Veal Marsala. Almost ordered the Veal Marsala again this time but in a really good restaurant, I like to see how many dishes the chef excels at. Stellini's has lots of good options. Definitely worth going here.

I came here hoping for a good dinner and although it wasn't bad, it wasn't really great either. I had chicken parm and as mentioned by others here it was tough. My wife had linguine with white clam sauce and it was only fair also. It was not bad but not good either.

They brought out water and we ordered a bottle of wine. They have a pretty good wine selection. We both decided to do the 3 course for $45. I ordered the Ceaser salad and hubby got the Al Dente Salad. Both were good and lettuce was fresh. I chose the Chicken Parm with Linguine. It was a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The breading was good & it was baked with cheese melted over top. I deducted 1 star because the sauce was a tad bit too salty for my preference, but overall it was good. I would consider ordering this again here. Hubs got the Lasagna Rollatini with Sunday Ragout. I thought it looked very good but I don't eat beef, so I didn't try it. Hubs thought it was good. For dessert I ordered the Lemon Marscapone cake, which was delicious. It had great flavor but was not overly sweet. The marscapone icing was light and creamy. I would definitely order that again. My hubby doesn't typically care for lemon desserts, but he tried a couple of bites and was impressed. Hubs ordered the Italian Cheesecake and it was delicious as well. We both enjoyed it. Our service was outstanding and the person who brought out the wine was fringe and helpful as well. Hubby typically likes bread with his meal but we didn't order any. Next time we will have to try it.

I am not sure if we just caught them on a bad night, but overall the food was "meh". We arrived around 6 and were seated immediately. We started with a bottle of wine and they brought bread and garlic butter. The bread was nice and crusty and garlic butter was very good. I ordered the pear & gargonzola salad, which is normally one of my favorites. Unfortunately the baby mixed greens were not very fresh, when I was about halfway through I noticed browned leaves on my plate, which was not very appealing. Hubby ordered a ceaser salad and his lettuce looked much fresher and more appetizing than my salad. My next disappointment was when I wanted to order the Rotola di Spinaci. Our server said it was not avaliable. :-( I was in the mood for something with red sauce and there really weren't many options that sounded appealing to me since I dont eat beef or pork. The only other option I saw was eggplant parm, so I ordered that. Unfortunately the eggplant parm fell short for me. The eggplant was bland and tasted unseasoned. The homemade marinara was a little disappointing as well in that it wasn't a rich flavorful sauce. I would definitely not order this dish again here. My hubby ordered one of the specials - some sort of chicken with broccoli & green beans and pasta with a creamy white sauce. Hubs was pleased with his meal. Overall, the service was good, but not outstanding. I told my hubby after we finished that they probably just don't specialize in southern Italian dishes (with red sauce) because so many of the menu options were creamy or cheesy or butter/white wine sauce. If we decide to give them another try, I'd definitely stick to one of the white sauce options.

The staff continues to impress--attentive, warm, and they actually remembered us, which made the experience feel even more special. We even saw the young gentleman from Croatia again who had taken care of us on a previous visit--he was just as pleasant and even stopped by our table to say hello, which was such a nice touch. We dined later in the evening this time, and it was really special to see the staff, managers, and I believe even the owner all still there together. It felt less like coworkers and more like a family--which says a lot about a place. Food-wise, everything held up to our first visit (which is rare!). I couldn't resist and ordered the beef bourguignon again--still absolutely incredible. We also had escargot (note: it comes with béchamel unless you ask otherwise), and that amazing cassoulet loaded with different meats from the evening--it was spectacular. Safe to say this place is officially our favorite on the island... and yes, I'm still tempted to keep it a secret .
