This place has a pro and cons. Pro: The only good thing about this place is the paid cna program. Cons: However, the price you pay for your certification is dreadful! The minute you're put on the floor to perform as CNA you're targeted by a specific CNA _ _ _ _ _. Her constant micro managing, harassment, defamation and omg! the gossip, the gossip is alarming! and the worst part is that she is supported by the admisnistration. Unbelievable right ? but true. The second a person goes to the DSD and complains about her behavior and request something be done or to work away from her they intentionally put them together on the same cottage imagine how that goes for the oppressed? This place looks like a professional place from the outside but in reality this place is a flea market and a den of snakes. I'm going to give just an example of many situations involving this issue a young CNA was targeted right after she was put on the floor by miss - - - - - her micro manageing and harassment made her sick to a point where every time she worked with her she throw up developing stomachs issues and at least a couple of times had to hold back tears. Make other CNA's cry . Anyhow, this young girl decided to put in her 2 weeks notice as nothing was being done about this on going problem and the reaction of the administration was " well if your not happy working here I'm going to have to let you go" and so she did. This only reveals the apathy of the administration towards her employees. Tell me who can be happy in this toxic , unhealthy and horrendous environment?? I decided to share my experience because ppl leave without saying or telling anyone about what's really happening here. My one advise to those new CNA 's is we all deserve to work in a healthy and professional environment the second you feel otherwise leave the hell out of there because make no mistake they will make your life miserable.

I want to thank NuNu, Dillon, Isaac, Delfina, Grace, Eddie, Pam, for all of their assistance and understanding during my stay. The physical therapy department is excellent. They are all caring, understanding in all of the different ailments from all kinds of different patients. I want to thank Jacalyn, Jim, Claudia, Max and Ranon for all of the therapy and helpful ideas to continue my own therapy at home. The facility is very clean and doesn't have any kind of smell to it. I like the fact that they have ice water available all the time and staff will come around and ask if you would like ice refill and even a water refill. I would recommend this place for injury rehab and for your elderly loved ones.

I dropped them off, name on each piece, including a small blanket. I visit the next day and she's wearing someone else's clothes. Her blanket no where to be found. When I went to pick up her clothes after her passing, they tried to give me a bunch of stuff that wants hers. And I only got back one shirt and 1 pant. Out of 4 tops and 3 pants I had bought her. -The place stinks -Nurses were good while we visited, other than that they didn't help her. -She got mrsa, within a week of her being there. No one noticed it until they had to call 911 to take her to the hospital, almost a week later. -Lost like 15 pounds in those 2 weeks. She wasn't eating and they didn't tried to get her to eat. -I asked all the questions, they "tried" to communicate, asked me different things she liked to eat to get her to eat, or liked to do so she can have some distractions. But nothing went any further than that. -Half of the time I visited I found her soiled. I visited every other day, as I was taking turns with my brother. All of this because we don't have the means for the good places. If your loved one doesn't have a voice, avoid this place. Because they won't take care of them at all. It was the worst experience for all of us. *The people who can speak up for themselves, were ok. This was mid-January 2026

The biggest take away after having my grandfather here for a month is that he lost every last skill…read morehe had for ADL and got worse than he was when he got there. He got an infection due to neglect, an open pressure sore, his clothes were only changed 3 times in a total of 4 weeks, and he had two showers in a month. I was very clear with them about me doing his laundry to ensure nothing was lost. Even still, they took his laundry and lost his clothes. I visited him every 2-3 days and spent most of my time at the nurse's station harping on them about lack of care and why he had become wheelchair bound after several weeks there when before he got there he was walking. Myself and other family members would find him sleeping bedside on his wheelchair on a regular basis. He couldn't reach his call light from the side of the bed, and he shared they never checked on him. He got an open sore on his tailbone from sitting in his wheelchair 24/7. The photos they posted are fluff; the place is a totally apocalyptic like. Dirty, old and broken, wreaks, and residents all over struggling to get around on their own. Getting parking in the bottom lot or the garage was usually a challenge. The outdoor areas were also filthy and gross. No real place to visit with residents. And sadly, the employees do not care (aside from Bong and Alex). Social services - useless.. she was aware of these issues and agreed that there was a lack of proper care at a level she wouldn't allow for her own self or family member and nothing changed. Even after a meeting with the ombudsman, the neglect continued until I discharged him because I was terrified he would die there. He went to the hospital for SOB and was sent to post-acute to gain cardiovascular strength and improve his ability to move around (in and out of bed, up and down stairs, walking longer distances). He was admitted to this facility relying on only a cane to walk short distances, he left unable to walk AT ALL, even with a walker.

We had the best skilled nursing facility(SNF) experience here for our beloved grandmother. After…read moreover a year of making calls to try to move her to a closer facility for our family visits, Claudia was finally able to make it happen for us. She and I had been in touch weekly for over a year and she never lost her patience with me or got annoyed when I called the way other places did. Instead she was apologetic when there wasn't an available bed. The admissions staff was very caring, detailed and informative from the beginning till end. We stayed in close touch with Crystal through the care conferences, when my grandmother had to be sent to the hospital and back, along with when she had to go on hospice. Crystal is kind and considerate. The staff took care of her through her occupational and physical therapy sessions with Alicia and Melody. She was able to self feed and sit up right in a wheelchair again. They got her moving more than she did at her previous SNF. Her dieticians Zakirah and Yesica provided a great diet for her that she enjoyed until she couldn't anymore. I let them know she loves her sweets and they helped make it happen. Her last bites before she passed were pudding and Ensure fed to her by her nurse supervisor, Vivian, who took extra special care during the last days. They built a connection because Vivian spoke Vietnamese to her so naturally our grandma took a liking and was more responsive. Vivian even took the time to stay a little later so she could feed breakfast to her. Dan (charge nurse maybe?), was very detailed, gentle, and graceful in his responses when I called to ask questions about her status. And when he had to break the news, I felt the empathy in his voice over the phone. Her other RN's and CNA's (I'm sorry I don't remember everyone's names) including Adona, have all been a lovely presence in her final stages. My grandma always appeared very clean and fresh and lovely at every visit. The janitorial team is fantastic at what they do too, keeping the facility clean and spotless. Protective PPE is always organized and right outside the door for easy use. It doesn't smell like a SNF. Her last SNF didn't smell clean. Highly recommend this facility and their staff! Thank you for all you have done to take care of her with care, respect, and dignity till her last breath.

Gemma has been so supportive through the whole process. She has guided my family through the paperwork and process of the move in and a temporary move out for skilled nursing. Then, Gemma and Lynn helped us with the transfer paperwork and settling back in. Both Gemma and Lynn have patiently and promptly responded to our questions and concerns. Furthermore, the caregivers and medial staff on the 4th floor are kind, patient, and efficient in caring for their residents. My mother is now bed-bound but she is calm and content. Their care and guidance has allowed me to take a small step back. Knowing that she is well cared for allows me to breathe easier and allows me some time to myself. Thank you so much.

I called Bradley Court looking for placement for my mother …read more I was transferred to Becky ( social worker) ,I asked if she had any available beds for my mother who needs skilled nursing she said no.. I felt defeated , once again.She was probably the 10th social worker I had talk too. But she stayed on the phone with me and asked me questions about my mothers needs which really surprised me ,but was nice because I felt she truly cared .She took the time to talk me through all of the steps I needed to take to find my mom"s placement .She doesn't realize what a great relief she gave me and helped me understand this process so much better. Because of Becky I was able to find my mom placement and I just want Becky to know how grateful my siblings and I are to her for taking the extra time to share her knowledge with me. She will never be forgotten by my Family Becky is an amazing social worker and her Company should be proud and grateful to have her at Bradley Court
