Just wanted to mention - I noticed that the negative reviews on here are about there being a wait time when you have an appointment. I have had to wait on occasion, but I always understand - they do their best to accommodate as many people as possible, and sometimes they may run late. This is just what happens, and will happen at any nail salon you go to. I've been going to this particular one for a long time, and the entire staff are friendly and accommodating. A wait at times is not a big deal, considering how wonderful this place is.

The reference picture has a diff design on every nail, I got the same 5 designs on both hands. She charged me 137 for the design. That is the most ridiculous price I've paid. She never mentioned it would be that expensive and I never imagined it would be anywhere close to that. It was partly my fault for not asking the price before we began but this quality of work is not worth over 200. A price like that is something you discuss with the client. I never would have agreed to get them done if I knew. I questioned her when she gave me the price and she mentioned it was 137 for the design because it was difficult and took 2 and a half hours. I appreciate that she did her best but to look at that work and think to charge someone 137 is insane, without even letting me know beforehand. I paid and even tipped 15 because I just try to avoid conflict but I am so upset and feel stupid for spending that much on a mediocre nail design. I would avoid this place for any kind of design. In response to the owner: No I'm not happy with the work. It looks nothing like the picture I showed. And it's worrisome that you as an owner think it's acceptable to charge 137 for a design (210 total) with work that looks like that.
