After a few months of use I began experiencing eye pain and irritation, blood shot red eyes, gritty feeling in my eyes and dryness. I called her office 3 times, describing in full detail my issues and asking that the doctor call me and advise a course of action. Even though the receptionist assured me that the doctor would return my calls, neither she nor anyone else from her office ever had the common courtesy and decency to call me back. I have never experienced such uncaring, callous utter disregard from a doctor before. Especially a doctor who deals with the most delicate and sensitive part of the body. It is obvious to me, she couldn't care less what happens to her patients, after the initial visit. Once I declined to purchase my glasses from her, I clearly became a non entity. There is absolutely no excuse for her behavior. BEWARE!

Then one of the ladies decided to ring her up. It took all of 2-3 minutes. As a customer, I didn't like seeing that. I didn't notice her until she spoke up, but I would guess she must have waited 15 mins altogether. I also ended up leaving and not getting frames (though I did try), it had more to do with price--and I felt I could get a better deal elsewhere. There was still one customer after me. They were closing in 15-20 mins.

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office. The staff is ratchet, unprofessional, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate clearly or respectfully. A medical office should make patients feel supported, not ignored. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Honestly the only thing missing is the staff members wearing bonnets and coming in with their house slippers.

Funny, they had my cell number and appointment reminder texts had been previously sent to me but no one took the initiative and tried a phone call or a text to my cell phone.
