I was recommended this shop, and I am so thankful for that. Kenji is amazing, honest, and works fast and efficiently. He is straight up with you from the get go with quotes and doesn't try to upsell you on anything. He takes care of everything from quotes, billing, reception, and shop technician. He does it all! My parents were visiting me from San Jose, so they didn't have a technician's info on hand down here. They had a battery replaced, but also the alternator was broken. We called Kenji, and he gave us a price and a recommendation to get AAA to tow the vehicle to the shop (so happy with this recommendation from him! This was smart!) Vehicle arrived to the shop, and Kenji texted us to let us know. He gave us an estimate of when he would finish, and was done exactly then. He finished fixing the vehicle by noon the next day, and mind you we had the car towed over at 5pm the night before. He is fast and we are so thankful!
