Went in to get a estimate to wire up off road lights on my truck. we went over want I wanted witch involved some drilling holes in light bar. Was given an estimate of $300 and was told this job would not be a problem, so I made a $200 deposit and a appointment. Went in at appointment and got a story that the guy that dose the drilling was not in. Was told to come back the next day. Then I was told the light bar was to thick (1/8 inch) to drill. Requested my deposit back and was refused and was told I get store credit ONLY! They never touched my truck. Beware of this crook. read more

Horrible experience with my 2023 gmc Sierra, went in to replace all door speakers and install an amp for the highs.... Where do I start ? They drilled a hole through the firewall on my brand new truck when the could've ran the power cable through one of the boots like you should.. there's a ton of distortion in all speakers, my Lc8 audio controller was wired improperly.. I lost all function to all vehicle chimes and warnings... they claimed to have tons of experience saying they work on Bentleys and Ferraris yet the work they perform doesn't show... I had to go to another should in the Alhambra area and get it done right, the tech there advised me that I have no need for splicing and cutting my stock wiring when I could you a plug and play harness meant for these newer trucks!!! Worst place to get anything done at .. they broke a piece of my car while installing a amp and didn't want to take the fault and the wires they used are so thin they where heating up not even letting me know of the potential hazard of using such a small gauge wire for the amp I have u think they would have done this enough times to know what gauge of wire to use .. definitely the worse experience and they tried to up sell me the bigger gauge for more money instead of taking the blame and making me happy .. complete rip off .. read more

Had went down there and got a full system put in. When I picked it up my truck my speakers were super distorted, the subs were hardly bumping. He told me to take it home and let the speakers break in. I left the lot and didn't even get a mile and the whole system shut off. Took it right back and the fuse had already blown. So I had them replace it he wanted to charge me an extra $50 for it. After they fixed it a few days went by the distorted sound got worse so I went back and asked for a refund because it sounded terrible. He wouldn't refund me my money and the bank won't help lol. They are always super busy on weekends so prepare to wait. The amp I bought recently has been having problems and I've been back three times to reconnect it.
